Abstract: The safety clip contains two clip legs (11,12) between which a fabric (13) may be placed. One clip leg (11) is provided with a switch (15) whose actuator (16) is operated by the introduced fabric web (23). Bulges (19) provided around the movable actuator (16) ensure that a card cannot be slided between the clip legs to keep the actuator depressed while the fabric web (23) is being removed.

Abstract: An improved bag shut-off clamp is disclosed. The clamp comprises curved resilient first and second legs connected by an integral hinge. The clamp includes means for holding the ends of the first and second legs together for engaging transversely a closable bag having a neck interposable intermediate the first and second legs at the neck thereof for closing the bag at the neck. The clamp includes means for biasly urging opposed surfaces of the first and second legs engaging the neck substantially continuously together along the length thereof. The clamp further includes means for manually engaging the legs in biased relation. The clamp further includes means for localizing pressure along the length of the neck engaged between the legs, thereby sealingly closing the bag at the neck.

Abstract: A clamp for the detachable holding of web-shaped materials, comprising a spring steel clamping strip consisting of two downwardly extending legs having lower free ends and an intermediate section interconnecting said legs at upper ends thereof, a pull bar fastened at one end to the intermediate section and an elongated slide element defining a transverse groove through a portion of said element to define two arms and a longitudinal bore through the ungrooved portion, said bar passing slidingly through said bore and permitting said clamping strip to be completely drawn into said groove to create a bringing together of said legs, the distance between the two arms being less than the distance between the lower free ends of the legs when in an open position, the lower free ends of said legs being bent towards each other and serrated, the legs contacting said arms at only one point when in said groove.

Abstract: The invention relates to a clip made of plastic, in one piece, consisting of two articulated arms (1,2), one of the ends (4) of which serves as jaws and the other end (5) as a lever arm, and of an upper elastic component (10) forming a spring, which comprises, between the two arms (1,2) and the elastic component (10), two swivelling, crescent-shaped components (8,9) for opening and closing the clip, which are united by a hinge (11) and joined both to the ends (5) and to the elastic component (10) by two groups of corresponding hinges (6,7,12,13).

Abstract: A shadecloth stitching pin for joining shadecloth to temporary or permanent fixtures or to itself. The pin includes a pointed end to pass through the cloth and gripping means to prevent the pin withdrawing from the cloth.

Abstract: The invention serves to hold together the male and the female parts of ground glass joints.As can be seen from the FIGS. 1,2 and 3 this new device consists of two rings (1+2) concentrically placed one above the other. Both rings are connected on their outside by three bow-shaped retainers (5).The two rings (1+2) have one opening (3,4) each on one side. These allow the rings to be slid onto the male and female parts of a glass joint. Both rings then firmly grip the two parts of the joint and hold them together.

Abstract: A molded plastic hanger and a clip for use therewith or with other members. The hanger includes a body portion having a diverging pair of arms including slots therein and a crossbar for mounting garment holding clips. A plastic swivel hook is connected to the body portion at a stem. The stem includes a shaft having an annular locking recess in its periphery which is adapted to be received within a mating socket of the hook to connect the hook and body portion to each other while enabling them to be swiveled readily with respect to each other. The clip is arranged for securement to the crossbar of the hanger or to any other rod-like element and is formed of a three piece construction comprising a pair of plastic jaws and a resilient U-shaped member, also formed of plastic, but having a higher tensile strength and resiliency than the plastic of the jaws.
