Abstract: The present invention is a pant leg cuff retaining device for maintaining a pant leg cuff relative to a user's footwear, having a strap with clips assemblies removable attached to each end for providing a means of removing the strap while not removing the attachment devices.

A fastening mechanism is attached to the wearer's clothing where such fastening mechanism has a second fastener attached thereto. The first and second fasteners are detachably attached to each other thus preventing at least a portion of the wearer's clothing from dragging against the ground while the wearer is walking.

Abstract: The current invention discloses a simple method and device to prevent trousers' hem sliding under the heels, no matter how long the legs are. The present invention discloses a unique way of using adhesive material, such as hook and loop fasteners (such as Velcro™) or magnetic material, to prevent legs of trousers or pants from getting caught under footwear. According to this invention adhesive material is applied on the back of the footwear and on the inner seams of the trousers. When the two parts of the adhesive material is attached together, the hem is locked to the shoe and it cannot slip under the heel. The invention according to this disclosure allows a method to attach the hems directly onto the shoe, without a need to have any separate parts. Moreover, once the parts of this invention are attached to the trousers and to the shoes there is no need to any adjustments or assemblies later on.

Abstract: A preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a pant-leg retaining device that requires no structural modification to the garment or to the footwear and comprises a U-shaped clip formed from an elastically resilient material, a portion of which is covered with a decorative cover. A clamping assembly attached to a front face of the U-shaped clip adapts to selectively and releasably hold a portion of the pant leg. A portion of the front face includes a shield member adapted to protect an engaging edge of the front face from wear from repeated use and, ideally, the shield piece is colored in contrasting color to the cover material.

Abstract: A device for preventing a trouser leg from catching between a bottom of a wearer's foot and a footbed of an open-back shoe can comprise an elongate member and an attachment member. The elongate member can be configured for placement within the trouser leg such that the elongate member does not protrude from the trouser leg. The elongate member can be positioned at a bottom of a trouser leg such that the elongate member does not extend below the bottom of the trouser leg, oriented such that the elongate member is generally perpendicular to the bottom of the trouser leg, and coupled to the trouser leg.

Abstract: An apparatus that resembles a part of the human body that can dispense fluids is disclosed. The body part is made out of a polymer, where the shape of the body part is determined by a mold. Tubing is used to transport the liquid. One end of the tubing is flush with the edge of the body part such that the tube does not protrude from the body part but also can dispense fluid freely. A nozzle can be included in this end to direct the flow of the fluid. The other end of the tubing is connected to a container with a pump, where the pump can dispense continuous or specific amounts of fluid. Alternatively, gravity can be used to force the fluid through the nozzle. The apparatus can be designed for use by an individual or separate from an individual.

Abstract: A stay system for hems (12) of long pants (FIG. 1) includes hems (12) that resist getting caught between the heel of a foot and shoe or caught at the top opening of short boots. A stay system comprised of a pocket (14) with stick (16) eliminates the hem (12) from rising up and getting caught and offers the wearer a comfortable and non-obtrusive feel of the stay and pants (FIG. 1). The pocket (14) is made of material and laminated with adhesive on one side. The pocket (14) is attached to the pants by activating the adhesive with heat or the pocket (14) can be attached to the pants by other attachment methods. The stick (16), retained inside the pocket (14), is made of slightly flexible yet rigid material to effectively and comfortably hold the pant leg hems (12) straight down. Other embodiments are described and shown.

Abstract: An apparatus for holding a motorcycle rider's trouser or pant leg in place is disclosed. In one example, a strap having a pair of fasteners is disclosed. The fasteners permit the attachment and removal of the strap to a pant leg. The strap may have a reflector positioned thereon. The reflector may be permanent, or may be disposable and thus temporarily secured to the strap. The strap may be formed of or coated with a fire-retardant material.

Abstract: A pants hem and cuff protector that prevents the hem from touching the floor by positioning it above the ankle rim of the shoe. The cuff protector is held in place by the shoe, and secures the pant cuff so that it will not become dirty by dragging on the floor or pose a safety hazard. The cuff protector also serves as a fashion billboard for advertising and customization.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a protective cuff guard for protecting the hem of a pants leg. In exemplary embodiments the cuff guard comprises a body comprising at least one layer of durable material such as neoprene or nylon; a first fastener element and a second fastener element, disposed such that when the body is folded around the hem of the pants leg, the first fastener element engages the second fastener element, detachably affixing the body to the pants leg. In further embodiments at least some of the fastener elements are magnets. In further embodiments the cuff guard may further comprise a decorative device affixed to the body of the cuff guard.

Abstract: A device for restraining a lower portion of pants to prevent them from dragging along the ground is disclosed. A separate unit attaches to a rear portion of each shoe worn by a user. The device itself may include two surfaces defining a space or a single surface forming a gap for receipt of each of a user's lower pants' legs. The device thereby retains the pants' legs above the ground preventing damage to the pants' legs.

Abstract: A personal audio device accessory includes a collar having a semi-circular back portion and two side members extending from the semi-circular back portion. The side members form an opening to enable the collar to be placed around a user's neck. An adjustable mounting clip is coupled to the semi-circular back portion to removably retain a personal audio device behind the user's neck.

Abstract: A pant cuff protecting device includes a clip member that has a central section and a first leg and a second leg each attached to and extending away from the central section so that the clip member is U-shaped. Each of the first and second legs has an inner surface facing each other and an outer surface facing away from each other. The central member biases the first and second legs toward each other. The clip member is positioned on a pant cuff such that the cuff is adjacent to and extends along the central member and such that the first leg is positioned outside of a pant leg of the pant cuff.

Abstract: An aesthetically pleasing fastener for allowing a desired height of a hem of a pants leg to be maintained and repeatedly changed without compromising structural integrity of the pants leg or having to cooperate with a shoe so as to allow the fastener to be used without a need for a shoe. The aesthetically pleasing fastener includes a clip and a covering. The covering covers the clip. The clip receives the hem of the pants leg and allows the desired height of the hem of the pants leg to be maintained and repeatedly changed without compromising the structural integrity of the pants leg or having to cooperate with a shoe so as to allow the fastener to be used without a need for a shoe, while the covering makes the aesthetically pleasing fastener aesthetically pleasing.

Abstract: A cuff clip jewelry device is provided in the form of a spring-biased cuff clamp having a decorative charm adhesively secured thereon and a U-shaped shoe clip connected to the cuff clamp with a detachable length of sterling silver chain. The cuff clamp is attached to the cuff of a baggy pant leg and the shoe clip is slipped onto the upper portion of the back of a shoe. The jewelry device prevents the cuff of the baggy pant leg from dropping below the heel of the shoe and being dragged on the ground.

Abstract: This invention relates to a trouser leg retaining device which is used for maintaining one's trouser legs in the proper position in relation to one's shoes. This invention includes an elongated elastic strap with a snap fastener device at one end and either a locking clip or an O-ring at the opposite end. The snap fastens onto one's trouser leg while the O-ring fastens onto one's shoe. The elastic strap has an adjuster positioned on it to adjust the length of the strap.
