    Abstract: A roll mill for a milling-dispersing treatment has a fixed roll fixed to a frame, and a transfer roll displaceable into and out of contact with the fixed roll in a direction perpendicular to the fixed roll by a servomotor and a ball screw. A laser sensor disposed between the fixed roll and the transfer roll measures the distance between the rolls, and a load sensor measures a pressing force between the rolls. An electronic automatic control device maintains a constant distance and a constant pressing force between the fixed roll and the transfer roll by feedback of detection signals sent from the respective sensors, wherein the servomotor is driven by the electronic automatic control device to adjust the position of the transfer roll.

Ultrasonic oscillations (52) may be applied to cause elastohydrodynamic pressure and viscosity increases and/or production of smaller sub-Kolmogoroff eddies.

    Abstract: The dosage granulator comprises a feed hopper receiving reclaimed asphalt to be granulated. Under the lower opening of the feed hopper, a tearing up device is situated which is controlled by a conveyor type weigher mounted thereunder. The tearing up device comprises tearing rollers with knives, gratings, and a plurality of pressure arms reciprocating through the spaces of the gratings to press the material downwards. The tearing rollers rotate to drive the material towards the gratings, where it is cut by the knives in co-operation with said gratings. The dosage granulator may comprise a reciprocating stirrer situated between the tearing rollers. Reclaimed asphalt of a size of up to 30 cm may thereby be cut into granules of 5 cm. The amount of granulated material is adjusted by means of the conveyor tape weigher.

The chisels are all the same, but the holders are of different sizes so that the chisels of a first set have a longer radial reach than the chisels of second set, which in turn have a longer radial reach than the chisels of a third set. Each first row has chisels of the first and second sets, and each of the second and third rows has chisels of the third set. The provision of the chisels of the first and second sets having longer radial reaches enables the mineral material to be drawn into the crushing gap between the rotary crusher and the scraper-chain conveyor and broken up more efficiently.
