  • Patent number: 8079539
Abstract: A built-in module for an inverter and having tension control with integrated tension and velocity closed loops, where required tension feedbacks can be obtained by internal calculations of the inverter or feedback signals of a tension sensor. The tension control module is applied to provide a tension control for a winding mechanism which is operated by driving at least one motor. The tension control module firstly builds a tension control to provide a balanced tension to the winding mechanism. Afterward, the tension control module builds a velocity control to provide an accelerated or decelerated adjustment for the winding mechanism. Accordingly, the winding mechanism can stably maintain a tension-balanced operation.

  • Patent number: 7611087
Abstract: A method and an apparatus f or winding careless and soft-core rolls (11), of film materials (10). The film (10) is made to advance, at differentiate speeds (S1, S2), between a first and a second drawing unit (12, 21) making the film (10) to perform a floating loop (19). The film (10) is fed in a controlled way, making it adhere to a grooved corrugating drum (22) by an air jet (29) to corrugate cross corrugations in the film (10) while it is being wound up; the corrugations of the film (10) traps air and prevents the implosion of the roll (11). A programmable electronic unit (32), controls the drawing units (12, 21) in relation to control signals (E1, E2) related to the feeding and winding up speeds (S1, S2) of the film (10), and in relation to a control signal supplied by a sensing device (28) for detecting the position of the floating loop (19).

  • Publication number: 20080098707
Abstract: A method and apparatus for production of a yarn, by plying, twisting or covering several staple yarns, subjected to a prior transformation, is provided. At least one of the staple yarns is different from the others and/or is subjected to a different prior transformation. The prior transformation may be carried out in parallel in the same machine, by independent transformation members able to be independently controlled. A slackening of yarn tension resulting from the prior transformation to give the desired tension at an assembly point is carried out on yarn feeding devices. Routing of the yarns is achieved by guide members towards the point of assembly, where the staple yarns are combined and arranged in parallel. A bobbin receives the assembled yarns in a device, constituting or associated with a positive feed device operating without slippage with relation to the yarn.
