An apparatus may comprise: a base; an ejection device configured to eject, via a food outlet on the apparatus, one or more of a plurality of food items; and a rotation device operably mounted to the ejection device. The rotation device may be configured to rotate the ejection device relative the base to cause a change to a direction of ejection of the one or more of the plurality of food items relative to the base. The rotation device may comprise a motor and a ring gear. The motor may be connected to the ring gear. The ring gear may be connected to a bracket assembly. The rotation of the bracket assembly may cause the rotation of the ejection device.

A ring and a collar are each coupled to the stakes and each of the ring and the collar are horizontally oriented when the stakes are inserted into the ground. A garbage can is positioned to extend through the ring and the collar having the garbage can standing on the ground. Thus, the ring and the collar surrounds the garage can to inhibit the garbage can from tipping over. A pair of gates is each hingedly coupled to the collar. Each of the gates is positionable in a closed position having the collar and each of the gates encircling the garbage can when the garbage can is positioned in the collar and the ring. Each of the gates is positionable in an open position thereby facilitating the garbage can to pass therebetween.

Abstract: The embodiments described herein are directed to a coil support pad for condensate drainage and a method of manufacturing the coil support pad. The coil support pad generally functions to provide support for outdoor coils and facilitate the drainage of condensate away from the coils.

Abstract: A rotatable handle assembly attachable to a generally tubular object has an auxiliary handle circumscribing a hand passageway configured to receive a user's hand therein. A clutch biased in an engaged position operatively couples a shank extending from the upper end of a hook attachable to the object to a collar integrally formed as a portion of the auxiliary handle and releasably prevents the shank from rotating relative to the collar. A ratchet on the upper end of the hook cooperates with a pawl on a pivot arm which is attached to the lower end of the hook and which extends toward the ratchet and is rotatable about a transverse axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the shank to adjust the size of the object passageway receiving and releasably retaining the object therein.

Abstract: A bag container dispenser rack includes a containment structure that has an open first end and an opposite, second end. The structure is sized and shaped to fit slidably about a container dispenser for film bags and has an aperture at the second end. The aperture is sized, shaped and located to at least partially align with a dispensing opening in the container dispenser. A support stand is attached to the containment structure and provides connection to a surface. The support stand is pivotally mounted to an underside of the structure and optionally is securable in either a first, upper position or a second, lower position. A latch prevents unwanted removal of the dispenser from the rack. Two or more structures may be attached to the support stand, thereby providing a choice of bags. Openings are provided in the rack to provide visual access to outer surfaces of the dispenser.

Abstract: A soap dish is disclosed, the soap dish comprising a tray having a drain, a floor surface, and at least one rib projecting upward from the floor surface, the floor surface being angled in a direction extending towards the drain, the drain defining an opening in the tray so that a liquid can travel along the floor surface and exit the tray by way of the drain. The tray is removably secured to a base, and the base has at least one leg that is movable relative to the base from a first position to a second, different position, the first position arranging the base at a first height, and the second position arranging the base a second, different height. The soap dish is usable in a variety of settings, and is effective to drain water from the dish to increase the life cycle of the soap and the dish.

Abstract: A beverage container holder adapted to hold a wide variety of containers including cups, bottles, mugs, and tumblers. The device preferably includes a base, an upright extending upward from the base, and a receiver near the top of the upright. The receiver preferably includes a cup holder which is preferably made detachable so that it may be washed in a dishwasher. The height of the receiver with respect to the base is adjustable in the present invention. The rotation of the receiver with respect to the base is preferably also made adjustable. The adjustment mechanism may preferably be activated using only one hand.

Abstract: A support stand includes a first casing, a rotary mechanism, a second casing and a holder. The rotary mechanism is disposed in the first casing and has a first gear and a threaded rod coordinated with each other. The second casing is connected with the rotary mechanism. The second casing is able to rotate from a first position to a second position in relative to the first casing. The holder is connected with the threaded rod. When the second casing is at the first position, the holder is stored in the first casing. When the second casing is rotated to the second position, the second casing drives the first gear to coordinately rotate the threaded rod so as to push the holder out of the first casing. The support stand occupies less space as the holder is stored, and it has better overall integrity.

Abstract: The invention creates a storage option that can be set up individually and sits securely on a sandy subsurface, whereby the placement of beverage vessels is achieved in a service-friendly manner. The tray used for this purpose is held in a stable manner, yet can be removed. For this purpose, a storage element that can be set up as a cup holder above the subsurface is proposed as a two-part system. A straight mandrel is provided, comprising an upper and a lower section, wherein the lower section is adapted for being turned or inserted into the subsurface. At a certain height above the end of the lower section, the straight mandrel has a horizontally extending structure which is adapted and suitable as a holding support for the tray-like storage element. The storage element has an opening, which is guided over the upper section of the mandrel in order to rest on the horizontal structure and be held there.

Abstract: A bucket stand is described herein. The bucket stand has a body for receiving and supporting cylindrical objects such as paint containers. Within the body is a padding for securing the cylindrical objects, so that when a user lifts the cylindrical object, for example, the paint container's handle, the bucket stand is lifted too. This permits better portability of both objects without having to separate them and carry each individually. Furthermore, the cylindrical object is only temporarily secured within the bucket stand for easy removal of the object when desired. The bucket stand is also able to be further elevated and includes wheels to enable sliding of the stand. Additional padding is utilized to allow various sizes of cylindrical objects to be retained. Some embodiments utilize angled walls, magnets and fasteners to further assist in securing the cylindrical objects within the bucket stand.

Abstract: A test structure and method thereof for determining a defect in a sample of semiconductor device includes at least one transistor rendered grounded. The grounded transistor is preferably located at least one end of a test pattern designed to be included in the sample. When the test structure is inspected by charged particle beam inspection, the voltage contrast (VC) of the transistors in the test pattern including the grounded transistor is observed for determination of the presence of defect in the sample.

Abstract: A viscous material processing system has a chamber to hold containers shaped as drums and has a plunger that presses into the interior of the drum to press out its highly viscous contents. The chamber has a hinged enclosure that has a hydraulically activated clamp that connects the two sides of the hinged enclosure that is controlled by a controller in a methodical way. The hydraulically activated clamp can be arranged in series and also has a relief cartridge and pressure sensor to prevent the drum from over pressurized. The processing system also has viscous material compounding system that receives and uses the material provided by the drums.

Abstract: A viscous material evacuator has a chamber to hold containers shaped as drums and has a plunger that presses into the interior of the drum to press out its highly viscous contents. The chamber has a hinged enclosure that has a hydraulically activated clamp that connects the two sides of the hinged enclosure. The hydraulically activated clamp can be arranged in series and also has a relief cartridge and pressure sensor to prevent the drum from becoming overpressurized.

Abstract: A display support includes a sliding module and a base module detachably connected to each other. The sliding module includes a first integral-formed frame and a second integral-formed frame movably disposed therein. When using the display support, the sliding module is joined in a receiving portion of the base module.

Abstract: An apparatus includes a lockable, adjustable pole support rail allowing a user to adjust a mounted pole to vertical on sloping terrain. The apparatus has multiple embodiments and useful applications, in that it can be attached to a vehicle's hitch receiver, or can be self-supporting utilizing fold-out stabilizing or attachable legs, for example. In addition, the apparatus may include wheels, thus permitting ease of transport to or from a vehicle. The pole can be deployed with a range of attachments or devices depending on the application. Exemplary applications include a photography camera, a surveillance camera, an infra-red camera, an antenna, loudspeakers, lighting equipment, signage, weather monitoring equipment, inspection equipment, and detection equipment.

Abstract: A suction-type mounting bracket device for use with a portable electronic device includes a crossbar, an adjustable mount, at least two support posts, at least two suction cups, and a control lever. The adjustable mount is slidably provided on the crossbar for the portable electronic device to connect thereto. The support posts each have a first end connected to connecting sections provided on the crossbar and a second end connected to the suction cups. The control lever is connected to the suction cups for controlling the suction cups to attach to or release from a smooth surface. With these arrangements, the portable electronic device may be stably and firmly mounted in a car via the suction-type mounting bracket device and may be adjusted to different angular positions for use.

Abstract: A support for a water heater is constructed of a plurality of component elements including four stacks of two elements each. The first base elements can be positioned to form an approximate cylinder with the second upper elements stackable thereupon. Diametrically opposite pairs of elements are secured in position by steel bands. An elongated trough fits between pairs of adjacent stacks of elements and has laterally extending flanges which engage and support the weight of the trough upon inwardly directed ledges on adjacent component elements. The trough is designed to fit extending laterally or transversely so that it can be extended to lie beneath the spigot on the water heater to facilitate draining, as needed.

Abstract: The disclose describes an improved holder for an archery bow which includes two arms pivotally attached to one another and a sliding support arm for resisting bending moments due to the weight of the bow being held at a distance away from a tree. The support arm and one of the arms each feature a separate fastener for securing the holder to a tree.

Abstract: The eyeglass holder apparatus provides a softly lined open-topped container for eyeglass storage. A pair of rods and a base with selectively employed adhesive supports the container. Abstract: A lavatory carrier including at least one vertical upright, a horizontal cross plate, a clamp secured to the cross plate and releasably coupled to the upright, wherein the vertical position of the cross plate on the upright can be adjusted using the clamp, at least two horizontal arms for supporting a lavatory, and brackets secured to the arms and adjustably coupled to the cross plate. The positions of the arms, therefore, can be adjusted vertically and horizontally. In addition, horizontal positions of each of the arms on the cross plate can be independently adjusted using the brackets.

Abstract: A bucket clamp assembly receives and supports a five gallon bucket securely in place while the user mixes slurry-like products. The bucket is preferably inserted into the clamp assembly on the ground. The user places the bucket on a base plate between a fixed front support and an opposing hinged rear support and firmly against the hinged rear support, thereby raising a lever arm operating the hinged support to an open position. The user then presses her or his right foot firmly down on the exposed upper surface of the base plate and places the left foot across the lever arm. The clamp is thereby securely pressed to the ground using the worker's body weight. Further pressing the left foot down across the lever arm also forces the hinged rear clamp support surface to swing distally or forwardly, thereby firmly squeezing the sides of the bucket against the opposing, fixed clamp support, securing the bucket in place for safe and efficient mixing.

Abstract: The present invention provides a portable support stand for various devices such as laptop computes, tablet PCs and other electronic equipment. The stand has a tripod configuration which promotes stability of the user device. The front legs of the tripod may be adjusted between compact and extended positions, and may be placed in a position relative to the rear leg anywhere from 0° in a fully closed position to approximately 180° in a fully open position. Audible indicators are used with overall stand adjustment and with adjustment of stoppers at the ends of the front legs. Adjustment of the front legs relative to the rear leg employs a pivot section, including a finger disc spring, an adjustment actuator and an engagement member between the spring and the actuator. The engagement member includes projections or dimples which engage receptacles on an engagement member to secure the stand in a desired arrangement.

Supporting arms for carrying the fixture are secured to each support member.

Two outer edges of each sliding part are bent to form a guiding rail thereat. The sliding parts are secured with the guiding plates connected to a monitor. The guiding plates are inserted within the rails of the frame. The clamping members are two torque springs in an opposite position. Each clamping member has one end secured to the frame and another end connected with a roller to engage with the rail of each sliding part of the lifting device for locating purpose.

The posts each includes an outer tube and a rod which is received in the outer tube. An elongated rod serves as the vertical support for the produce and equipment. For outdoor use the rod can be secured directly into the ground or secured to a stand that is placed on the ground. The stand further allows the apparatus to be used indoors. In use, produce or equipment is either threaded onto the rod, after opposing holes are cut into the produce or equipment, or adjustable ring platforms can be positioned on the rod so that the platforms extend generally perpendicularly from the rod to support the produce or equipment in a vertical manner. An arm platform is provided that can be adjustably secured to the rod and positioned to form the character's arms. The platform is adapted to hold additional produce or equipment as desired.

Abstract: Apparatus for retaining a canister having an adjustable base and at least one swing member attached to the base and preferably two swing members attached to the base opposite each other. The base further has a spring member disposed thereupon and in contact with the swing member to keep the swing member in a first open position. The swing member has a first end that is rotatably attached to the base via a hinge member and a second end that has a semicircular recess formed therein. The base is adjustable to provide an adjustable range of motion of the swing member with respect to the base. In operation, the apparatus moves from a first open position to a second closed position upon application of a force upon the swing members to retain a canister placed between the swing members. Use of the apparatus results in no temporary movement or constricting of a worker's limbs which can cause imbalance or injury nor requires a second person to stabilize the canister.

Abstract: An apparatus for supporting a sink having a laterally extending peripheral flange. The apparatus includes an elongated horizonal support bar and a pair of sink support members supported on a support bar in spaced relation to each other. Each of the sink support members includes an engagement portion for engaging the support bar and a bifurcated arm portion extending from the engagement portion for receiving the peripheral flange of the sink therebetween. The engagement portion of each of the sink support members is selectively movable to a plurality of lateral locations along the support bar to adjust the spacing between the pair of sink support members.

Abstract: A water basin floor mounted support for holding a water basin, such as a floor mounted sink or bathtub in a position where it is to be mounted in the floor of a structure during the building of the structure. The floor mounted support comprises a carrier plate having an enlarged central opening designed to receive plumbing connected to the depending tub portion of the water basin. The water basin also has a peripheral flange which is to be mounted in the floor of the construction. A plurality of height adjustable legs hold support the support plate at a desired elevation and thereby stabilize the water basin during the actual fabrication of the floor, such as the pouring of a concrete floor. In this way, the floor can be literally poured or fabricated around the sink or other water basin such that when the floor is completed, the sink or other water basin is firmly mounted in place. The height of the legs are adjustable so as to accommodate for floors of differing height relative to the ground surface.
