Abstract: An anti-theft apparatus for gripping mobile phones and other handheld items to allow secure marketing display of the handheld products. The anti-theft device grips a handheld product in legs, which are manually screwed tight by rotating a specially shaped key that fits into a similarly shaped slot aligned on the axis of a draw pin. The draw pin tightens and loosens the legs around the handheld device.

Abstract: A flat panel television console and support kit allows the consumer to employ any of three modes of support, namely stand mount, console mount, and wall mount. The console assembly has upper and lower shelves on upper and lower shelf supports, which are supported between a pair of legs. A bridge receptacle is located on the upper end of each leg. A bridging structure has ends that can be received in the bridge receptacles. A vertical column having a lower end is detachably secured to the bridging structure at a joint so that the vertical column extends upwardly from the bridging structure, providing an elevated support for a flat panel television. A cap structure can be received in the bridge receptacles when the bridging structure is not used, and a flat panel television may be mounted on a stand on the console or on a wall mount.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to fluid sprayers and more specifically, but not by limitation, to a portable airless fluid sprayer including fluid container support features configured to accommodate fluid containers of different sizes. In one example, a fluid sprayer pump assembly is provided and includes a pump assembly housing and a fluid intake conduit configured to provide a fluid path to the pump assembly housing. The fluid sprayer pump assembly also includes a frame assembly supporting the pump assembly housing and including a plurality of fluid container support features. Each of the fluid container support features is configured to accommodate a respective fluid container such that an inlet end of the fluid intake conduit is positionable within the respective fluid container. In one example, a fluid container support feature includes a fluid container holder pivotably attached to the frame assembly and movable between first and second positions.

Abstract: The kinematic platform is a spherical-prismatic-spherical kinematic platform providing six degrees of freedom with controlled braking at each joint. The kinematic platform includes a base and an upper platform plate, with the upper platform plate having opposed upper and lower surfaces. The upper surface thereof provides a mounting surface for an external article to which controlled three-dimensional movement is to be imparted. A plurality of linear actuators are further provided, with each linear actuator having opposed upper and lower ends. A plurality of upper and lower spherical joints are provided for pivotally mounting the linear actuators between the upper platform plate and a lower base. Each spherical joint provides selective and controllable braking, allowing for the controlled rotation of each end of each linear actuator with respect to the respective upper platform plate or base.

According to one embodiment, an apparatus includes a cylindrical body that is configured to be inserted into a correspondingly shaped cavity in an exterior case of a tablet computer, where a longitudinal portion of the cylindrical body is configured to remain outside the exterior case, and the longitudinal portion is configured to support a touch screen of the tablet computer above a surface. The apparatus includes a first groove directed along a diameter of a first circular surface of the cylindrical body, where the first groove is configured to engage with a structural member within the cavity. The apparatus further includes one or more protruding members that extend distally from the first circular surface of the cylindrical body, wherein each of the one or more protruding members is configured to be fixedly seated into a corresponding hole within the cavity.

Abstract: A system and methodology facilitates the handling of oilfield material. The oilfield material is stored in at least one silo which enables use of gravity to feed the oilfield material to a blender or other suitable equipment. Each modular silo is transportable and may be engaged with a support structure via a pivot connection. Once engaged, the silo is pivoted to a raised, upright position on the support structure. The oilfield material is then moved to an interior of the silo, and gravity may be used to feed the oilfield material to a blender or other equipment in a controlled manner.

Abstract: A stand for a bicycle having a wheel, which stand holds the bicycle in an upright position of use on a horizontal surface. The stand comprises a trough having an upwardly open receptacle which is dimensioned and configured to receive the wheel in close cooperation therewith. One or more feet may be manually coupled to the trough to project laterally therefrom to steady the trough on the horizontal surface. The feet may slide fit to the trough, fasten by threaded fasteners, or may fold for stowage within the trough and swing out into a deployed position. The trough may include a storage compartment for bicycle tools and repair materials.

Abstract: An apparatus for storing and retrieving cookware and utensils utilizing an assembly attached to the interior of a kitchen cabinet. The assembly is accessible by slides attached to the cabinet and incorporates hanger assembling and hanging guard assemblies whose positions are adjustable along the length of the assembly. The hanger assemblies utilize hooks that hang in a downward vertical position and are capable of rotating and pivoting around their vertical axes. The hanging guards are constructed of material that protects and separates the cookware hanging from the hanging assemblies.

Abstract: A dispenser assembly secures an object, such as a bottle of nail polish, within a tilting repository at an orientation and angle efficacious for accessing the object with one hand. Pressure applied to the repository tilts it to a desired angle for facilitated access and manipulation of the object. After the pressure is removed, the center of gravity for the repository and object is met, and the repository returns to its starting position prior to receiving the exerted force. A bracket portion provides a support for the assembly. Sidewalls that extend form a base in the bracket portion include slots. The repository portion includes rods that slide into the slots, thereby forming a cradle. The repository may then tilt in response to an exerted force applied to the object in the repository. A brace hinges up from the base to hold the repository at a desired angle.

The base has a support and a shaft extending from the support and the podium has a hollow shaft, a stage coupled to the hollow shaft at the midway point of the stage, and a compliant clamp mechanism coupled proximate to each distal end of the stage. The hollow shaft of the podium is configured to slip over the shaft of the base, such that the podium is supported by the base and rotates about the shaft, which allows the podium to rotate around the base. In other words, while the base is stationary, the podium can be rotated through an entire 360° rotation. The compliant clamp mechanism operates to grip an object and to suspend the object so that an operator can work with or apply paint and other decorative features to the object.

Also disclosed is a mast with mechanical means for increasing cable tension in order to secure its tripod base to a surface of attachment.

The cradle includes a plunger extending out of the backing portion in a first direction so that, when engaged by the MU, the plunger is moved in a second direction opposite the first direction moving the latch to release the hoop portion so that the hoop portion moves under its bias into the securing position.

Abstract: A reflective decoy device for hunting wild turkey employs a glass mirror and strutted gobbler feathers. The turkey decoy device is attached to a hunting weapon, such as a shotgun or compound bow, with its mirror element substantially vertical to the line of fire. A partially transparent, partially reflective one-way mirror, half-silvered sight is incorporated in the mirror decoy for aiming the mirror perpendicular to the line of sight. This device create an illusion of a 3D decoy which may be used as a big game decoy for various animals such as antelope, mule deer, white tail, and elk.

Abstract: A case for a portable electronic device such as cell phones, cameras, MP3 players and PDAs wherein said case includes material at the corners to provide protection to the electronic device. To reduce bulk at the corners and allow the material forming the case to conform with the contours of the device, the protection at the corners includes strips of material defining apertures there between. The apertures provide reduction in bulk and allow the case to conform to the corners of the device therein. Alternately, the protection at the corners can be provided by other structures co-molded into the corners of the cases. Such structures include material that is of a reduced thickness than other material used in the case, or structures that are formed to conform to the corners of the case. Such structures can be joined to the material forming the panels of the case by co-molding.
