Abstract: A dispenser includes a container having panels defining a cavity for holding a supply of a product. The panels include a top panel having an opening for dispensing the product and a side panel extending orthogonally to the top panel. The top panel is connected to the side panel along a top edge. The dispenser also includes an affixing tab extendable from the top panel along the top edge. The underside of the affixing tab is a mounting surface on which is an adhesive material. The affixing tab is moveable between a closed position and an open position. In the closed position, the affixing tab lies flat against the side panel. In the open position, the mounting surface is exposed and securable to a support surface using the adhesive such that the affixing tab and the adhesive are capable of securing the container to or suspending the container from a vertical or horizontal support surface.

Abstract: A mounting system made to hold secure a custom insert device and be attached securely to a water sport board or vessel by an adhesive layer. The purpose of the insert device holding mount is to provide a small, lightweight, durable, reliable and convenient electronic device holder that can be unobtrusively attached to a water sport board or vessel and endure rough water environments and conditions. Our patent application includes our primary insert device as a water resistant time piece device, yet we plan to design a variety of insert devices with different functions for the benefit of the users. The device holding mount will be made of a soft, yet rigid water and weather resistant material. The material we will use is EVA foam, which is a type of polyethylene foam material. This EVA material is commonly used as a durable padding material in a wide variety of products.

Abstract: A fixing mechanism for fixing a display device is disclosed. The fixing mechanism includes a housing whereon a first hole and a protrusion are formed, and a bracket installed on a side of the housing. The bracket includes a connecting part for connecting the housing. A second hole and an opening are formed on the connecting part, and the protrusion passes through the opening. The bracket further includes a bending part connected to the connecting part for shielding the second hole. The fixing mechanism further includes a fastening component passing through the first hole on the housing and the second hole on the connecting part for fastening the bracket on the housing.

Abstract: A display device includes a panel that is mountable to a vertical wall, and a leaf assembly comprised of a stack of like shaped leaves that are bundled together and connected to the panel, and a plurality of magnets that enable the leaves to be magnetically held in one or the other side of the panel but be manipulated by a user with one hand, in a flipping manner, thereby freeing the user's other hand to perform tasks related to use of the display device. The panel includes a slot through which rearward end portions of the leaves are passed and bundled by compression plates, thus leaving the connection arrangement hidden from view and aesthetically pleasing. In an arrangement, a frame is provided about the panel to guide and support, at least in part, the lower edges of the leaf assembly.

Abstract: An attachment device is provided for supporting electrical wiring, communications wiring, and piping having an elongated body with first and second surfaces, opposite faces, and opposite ends. One or more transverse passages extend between the faces permitting passage of wiring and piping therethrough. Mounting passages extending between the first and second surfaces permit securing of the attachment device to a structure using fasteners such as a nails, screws, or bolts. Additionally, adhesives can be located on the second surface for securing the device to a structure.

Abstract: A mounting assembly is provided for securing objects to a substrate in a manner that permits the objects to be removed from the mounting assembly and from the substrate. The mounting assembly includes a planar sheet-like holder with opposite front and rear faces. A repositionable adhesive is applied across the entire rear face of the holder, and the holder is removably disposed on a release liner. A generally U-shaped cut is formed in the holder to define a flap. The flap can be repositionably attached to the object, while remaining portions of the holder can be repositionably secured to a substrate.

Abstract: The mounting device has a mounting frame (2) that includes means for securing the sanitary body. A covering (14, 15, 26) is positioned on the mounting frame (2), said covering concealing the mounting frame at least at the front. The covering (14, 15, 26) has at least one first decorative element (15) that conceals the mounting frame (2) at the front and is secured to the mounting frame (2) and at least one second decorative element (26) that conceals the mounting frame (2) at the top. The second decorative element (26) forms a removable cover for a cistern (5) mounted in the mounting frame (2). The covering (14, 15, 26) preferably has at least two further decorative elements (14) that conceal the mounting frame (2) at the sides.

Abstract: The present invention provides apparatuses for photovoltaic modules, including frameless photovoltaic modules, to structural supports, such as various architectural elements. In addition, the present invention provides methods of mounting photovoltaic modules using the various apparatuses.

Abstract: A support for mounting an article onto a wall. The support includes a body with apparatus for holding or hanging the article. An impervious securing sheet is connectable air-tightly onto the wall and extends outwardly beyond a backside of the body. A friction plate is connected to the body and to the securing sheet. If the friction plate and the securing plate pull away from the wall, a negative pressure prevents the article from falling.

Abstract: A shelf front mounting system mounts to the front of industry standard shelving. The shelf front mounting system holds product signage or advertising, strips or spines of merchandise product. The shelf front mounting system includes a flexible clip portion having an upper finger for contacting the shelf lower surface near the front edge of the shelf and a lower detent for engaging the shelf front at about the lower lip.

Abstract: A device and kit to retain hanging objects that is wall mounted and does not require additional structures mounted to the hanging object. The device can have at least one base configured to be adjacent to the wall and at least one tab extending from and at approximately right angles to the second face. Various means of attaching the base can be used such as adhesives, nails, and the like. Where a nail is used, the base can have a hole to allow passage of the nail. In use, the device can have one tab or two tabs at right angles. Where two tabs are used, the device is suited for placement at a lower corner of a frame. The device may be presented as a kit having a plurality of identical bases or a variety of sizes and shapes, double sided adhesive tape, nails, and packaging.

Abstract: Utility brackets for attaching system components (e.g. wires or wire bundles) to structures are provided. The utility bracket includes a first portion that supports a product and a second portion for adhering to a support structure. The second portion includes a separation component that separates the second portion from the support structure by a predefined amount. The separation component includes a plurality of ridges or dimples for allowing even application of an adhesive. A nut plate or wire ties secure the product to the first portion. The second portion can include a base plate that is rotatably coupled to the first portion. The bracket can be formed by a molding or extruding process.

Abstract: A flexible conduit for routing cable between a source and destination is provided herein. The flexible conduit may have a corrugated cover portion and a generally flat attachment portion for attaching the flexible conduit to an attachment surface or nearby structure. It is contemplated that the flexible conduit may flex in the lateral and/or vertical direction such that the flexible conduit may be intricately routed between the source and destination. It is also contemplated that the attachment portion may be directly attached (e.g., pressure sensitive adhesive, hooks and loops, etc.) to the attachment surface to allow ease of installation without the use of tools. It is also contemplated that the elongate hollow body of the conduit may exhibit a slit opening opposite the attachment portion of the conduit to facilitate non-destructive installation and removal of the cables. It is also contemplated that the attachment portion may be attached to the attachment surface with screws.

Abstract: The laptop computer document holder is an unobtrusive plastic sheath with two plastic telescopic arms for moving in and out of the sheath. One of the telescopic arms has a top with a document clipper for clipping the document to the top when the telescopic arms are extended. This clipper secures the document at eye level above a screen or monitor of the laptop computer. The plastic sheath has a flat face with adhesive tape affixed for permanently attaching the plastic sheath to the laptop computer. Once the document holder is attached to the laptop computer, the holder cannot be misplaced or lost. Thus, the laptop computer holder is readily available and accessible when needed to hold a document at eye level above the laptop computer.

Abstract: An apparatus including a J-shaped hanger and a first device is provided. The J-shaped hanger may include a hook and a base, the hook connected to the base, the base forming a substantially flat vertical portion of the J-shape, the hook forming the hook portion. The first device may have a first portion having an opening which is large enough so that the base can pass through the opening of the first portion while the base is substantially parallel to the first device. The first device has a front with a first temporary or removable adhesive and a back with a second temporary or removable adhesive. The apparatus can be used for hanging a picture frame.

Abstract: There is provided a hanger kit and locator for mounting a wall fixture, with hanger devices, upon a wall and locating the precise location of the hanging devices. The hanger kit includes at least one fastener that is inserted into a wall and is cooperatively engageable with the hanger devices. The hanger kit further provides a locator pin that is temporarily affixed within a hanger device. The wall fixture is temporarily positioned against the surface of a wall such that it abuts the wall. Thereby, resulting in the locator pin creating a reference mark upon the wall. The reference mark is indicative of the precise location of the hanger device. A fastener is inserted in the wall at the reference mark. As a result, the fastener inserted into the wall is spatially relative to the hanger device of the wall fixture. In this regard, the fixture may be secured upon the wall by utilizing the properly spaced fasteners.

Abstract: A holding device with a securing sheet for mounting onto a wall. The device comprises a base means and a holding means connected with said base means for supporting a foreign article. An impervious securing sheet is connectable air-tightly onto the wall and extends outwardly beyond a backside of the base means. A friction plate is connected to the base means and the securing sheet. If the friction plate and the securing sheet pull away from the wall, a negative pressure prevents the article from falling.

Abstract: An accessory storage mirror that includes a mirror and one or more accessory holders attached to or configured to attach to the surface of the mirror. In a preferred embodiment, the mirror includes a magnetically active material backing the mirror, and the accessory holders include magnets. The magnets preferably are rare-earth Neodymium magnets, and the accessory holders include a non-scratch backing. The accessory storage mirror provides an aesthetically pleasing setting for viewing and displaying jewelry and accessories.

Abstract: Flexible mounting devices for navigational/entertainment displays, especially for in-vehicle use, are described herein. In an embodiment, the flexible mounting device comprises a flexible gooseneck, a magnetic base magnetically attached to a front end of the gooseneck for holding a display, and a windshield suction attached to a back end of the gooseneck for providing windshield support from the rear by suctioning to the windshield of a vehicle. In another embodiment, the flexible mounting device comprises a flexible neck, which may be firmly attached to the dashboard of a vehicle with a sticky gel pad. The mounting device also comprises a counter weight attached to a back end of the flexible neck. The display is fixed to a front end of the flexible neck such that the display protrudes beyond the dashboard. The counter weight at the back end of the flexible neck counter balances the weight of the display at the front end, and thereby helps to provide a stable support.

Abstract: A kit for use in securing a vehicular handicap permit to the interior of a vehicle windshield so that the permit is visible through the windshield includes a strip having Velcro on one side and a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the opposite side. The kit also includes a permit holder with pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side and a Velcro strip on the opposite side. The holder is secured to the permit by folding the holder so that two sections of the adhesive coating face one another and pressing the two sections against two sides of the permit adjacent to edges of the permit. The Velcro on the exposed side of the holder may then be secured to the Velcro on the strip, which is attached to the windshield by its pressure-sensitive coating so that the permit hangs downwardly behind the windshield.

Abstract: A mount for removably mounting a device to a reference surface is provided. The mount includes a thermoplastic hot melt adhesive, and a tab that extends from the adhesive. The adhesive is configured to adhere to the surface and the device when the device is mounted to the surface. The adhesive is also configured to be removed from the surface without damaging the surface by moving the tab in a direction substantially parallel to the surface.

Abstract: A “Universal Unit” is disclosed, for use singly or in pairs, to form a bathroom accessory system. The Universal Unit has a back portion with a substantially flat front surface and a rear surface which is adapted for mounting on a wall. The Universal Unit has an upstanding projecting portion extending perpendicularly outward from the front surface. This projecting portion has two lateral and substantially parallel sides with at least one recess in one side for holding a separate accessory. The recess may be round, in which case the accessory may be a toilet tissue spindle, a towel bar or a grab bar, or it may be elongate in which case the accessory may be a shelf, a soap dish, a tumbler holder and/or toothbrush holder. Advantageously, the projecting portion has two recesses, one round and one elongate, so that a single Universal Unit may be manufactured, warehoused, sold and used for all of the above-mentioned purposes. The projecting portion and the back portion may be separate pieces.

Abstract: A decoration hanger comprised of at least three layers, attached at the upper portion to form a solid piece and the bottom portions being separate layers that have adhesive stripping used for the placement of multiple decorations. The device is preferably made from lightweight, flexible material and two dimensional when flat for easier shipping and storage. When is use by the consumer, the decoration hanger would be mounted by adhesive stripping located on the upper portion of the back of the base layer, then any lightweight decorations would be attached using the adhesive stripping located on the front of the base layer, the back and the front of the middle layer and the back of the top layer. After use, removal of the hanger is aided by a tab that helps in the prevention of damage to the surfaces to which the hanger is mounted.

The bracket also has a U-shaped bracket having first and second arms that perpendicularly extend from the front surface. The U-shaped bracket defines first and second interior side edges and an interior rear edge. The cap assembly works in combination with a container. The cap assembly comprises a cap head, a bottom edge, and a ring. The ring has a first outside diameter that is larger than a distance between said first and second interior side edges to suspend the cap assembly in combination with the container from the bracket.

Abstract: A protector for protecting a wall or other flat building surface from impacts caused by people and equipment. The protector is made from paper and comprises a honeycomb layer sandwiched between a wall-facing, lightweight paper layer and an outer-facing, heavyweight paperboard layer. The three-layer construction with a heavyweight paperboard outer layer is capable of distributing a point load across the entire surface area of the protector. The protector can be affixed to and removed from a wall without damaging or marking the wall.

Abstract: The hanger with photo display is a support hook(s) incorporating a display adjunct. The hook is fabricated from a flat sheet of material. The material is capable of a high degree of flexing without breaking. Double-sided tape is employed to mount the sheet on a flat, vertical surface such as a wall or door. The sheet is sized to neatly present a display item. The display item may take the form of a photograph, an advertisement, a message, or the like. The display item can be easily changed without causing the double-sided mounting tape to release. The hook is designed to support a load of pre-determined maximum weight. If the pre-determined weight is exceeded, the hook will bend (without breaking) to release the load.

Abstract: A mounting bracket for use in core device such as a heat exchanger is disclosed. The device has a plurality of tubes disposed in stacked, spaced relation such that side surfaces thereof define opposed faces of the core device. The bracket comprises a cap portion and a filler portion. The cap portion, in use, is disposed against and secured to a portion of one of the faces of the core device defined by side surfaces of a pair of adjacent tubes. The filler portion extends from the cap portion and is interleaved, in use, between the pair of adjacent tubes, and has opposed faces abutting and secured to respective portions of said adjacent tubes. The bracket can be brazed to the core device and have an aperture for threadingly receiving a threaded shaft for mounting a component to the core device. The tubes can be of the stacked-plate type.

Abstract: The invention provides a melt glue fixing method for fixing a terminal in the passageway of the insulating base. A glue blocking device is used to let a melted material flow toward a designated area during heating. Thus, the resulting structure will have a better fixing effect. An electrical connector based on the invention includes an insulating base with a plurality of passageways and a terminal accepted in the passageway. The insulating base and the terminal are fixed via a melt glue fixing structure, and the melt glue fixing structure has a shape which can increase the fixing effect. In the melt glue fixing method and the electrical connector using this method according to the invention, the melted material can flow toward a designated area due to the glue-blocking device. The resulting structure has a better fixing effect, thus, the terminal can be effectively fixed on the insulator.

Abstract: An adhesion method for a wall hanger paster and a base comprises the steps: spreading liquid glue or dissolvent on the center of the bottom face of the base or melting the bottom face of the base with instant high heat; bending the paster to be an arc shape; and pressing the paster toward the bottom face of the base, the bulgiest point of the center of an arc face connecting to the base, and then gradually pressing the paster to make the paster and the base gradually stick together. An adhesion device for a wall hanger and a base comprises an upper mold and a lower mold. The upper mold has a paster clamping board having holes, a clamping trough, a base holding board having pillars, and the center place of the base holding board having a base installed groove corresponding to the fixing place of the paster.

Abstract: The present invention provides for a coupling assembly for releasably connecting a trash container with a fixed object, such as a wall or cabinet. The coupling assembly acts to prevent the trash container from being easily tipped onto its side, while allowing user to easily disconnect the trash container from the fixed object. The coupling apparatus includes a first coupling connected with the fixed object a second coupling member connected with the trash container. The second coupling member includes an extended portion adapted to be received within a pocket on the first coupling member. The coupling assembly can be configured to work with trash containers having different shapes and sizes. The trash container can also include a lid further restrict access to the inside of the trash container. As described below, a latch or clasp can also be used to selectively lock the lid in closed position.

Abstract: An adapter includes a rigid plate which has a plurality of fastener elements extending from one side. The fastener elements align with fastener-receiving holes formed in a member heretofore intended to receive fasteners for mounting the member on a supporting surface. An exposed side of the plate has pressure sensitive adhesive for securing the member to a support surface eliminating the use of fasteners extending directly from the member into the support surface. Preferably, the plate fastener elements are self-clinching and are press-fitted in the plate and have threaded bores for receiving fasteners which extend through the usual mounting holes formed in the base of the member to secure the plate to the member eliminating the use of screws for attaching the member to a support surface.

The peg has an axially extending surface portion adapted to be positioned uppermost when the supported surface of the base is positioned along a generally vertical surface, which axially extending surface portion restricts free movement axially of the peg of sheets of paper around and hanging on the peg. That axially extending surface portion can be defined by a layer of adhesive on the peg or by closely spaced sharp edges on the peg. Such sharp edges could be on screw threads around the peg, ridges extending transversely across the peg, serrations formed on the peg, or by abrasive granules adhered along the peg.

The anchor assembly includes a main body, a double-sided adhesive, and a fastening member. The main body includes a base, wherein a through-hole is formed through the base. The double-sided adhesive is attached to one side of the base. The fastening member is retained within the through-hole. The fastening member may be manufactured with the main body and the double-sided adhesive as a single piece.

Abstract: A stretch releasing adhesive article for mounting on a wall surface includes an elongated stretch releasing adhesive strip having a first major surface with a non-adhesive contact surface adjacent the first end, and a backplate having a first major surface including a protrusion arranged in overlapping relation with the adhesive strip non-adhesive contact surface that serves to concentrate a force applied by a user in the region of the first end of the backplate in the region of the non-adhesive contact surface of the adhesive strip. A method of adhesively mounting an item to, and removing an item from, a wall surface that is susceptible to damage without damaging the surface is also disclosed.

Abstract: A system for mounting a member such as a rail to a support surface such as a floor, made of a precast concrete material, without penetrating the floor. The rail mounting system includes a base plate secured to the upper surface of the floor via an adhesive, with one or more connectors extending upwardly from the base plate. An anchor plate is secured to the rail, and adjustment screws are interconnected with the rail for adjusting the elevation of the rail relative to the base plate. When the desired elevation of the rail is attained, engagement members such as nuts are secured to the threaded connectors extending upwardly from the base plate, to fix the height of the anchor plate, and thereby the rail. A grout layer is then applied between the base plate and the anchor plate. After the grout layer is set, the leveling screws are removed and a topping layer of concrete is applied over the components of the mounting system so as to encapsulate the base plate, the anchor plate and the engagement members.

Abstract: A bracket assembly to suspend objects, having a bracket and a suspending tab assembly for organizing objects in a suspended manner. The bracket comprises a rear and front wall joined at a top edge and a bottom edge. An interior seam defines the interior area where the rear wall and the front wall join. The front wall comprises at least one aperture having a longitudinal channel defined by edges. The suspending tab assembly comprises a generally elongated torso having a first tab at its distal end. The first tab is shaped to snugly fit within the at least one aperture. Opposite the first tab, the torso has a second tab. The second tab has adhesive means. A peel-off sticker initially covers the second tab to prevent unwanted matter from sticking to the adhesive means. The rear face of the rear wall also has adhesive means and also has a peel-off sticker.

Abstract: A support device for supporting at least one medical wire adjacent a supporting surface. The support device comprises a plate-shaped holder portion defining a peripheral edge, the holder portion comprising a support slot defining a loading opening made in the peripheral edge of the holder portion, a holder well made transversely in the holder portion spacedly from its peripheral edge, and a channel made transversely in the holder portion and extending between the holder well and the loading opening. The holder well is dimensioned such that it is broader than the medical wire the support device is destined to support.
