Abstract: Modular casket hardware which includes a bracket configured to attach to a casket corner wall surface. The bracket is also configured to be oriented with respect to the casket in a first orientation to attach to the casket wall and a second orientation to attach to the casket corner. A bore in the bracket is configured to receive a casket bar when in the first orientation. Tabs on the bracket are configured to at least partially fit within a portion of the casket bar when the bracket is oriented in the second orientation. A bracket cover could also use other bracket type mechanisms to attach and hold the casket bars to the casket which will support the required weight of a casket at the grave site. Once a bracket and bars are attached, the casket will be able to be shipped without the decorative bracket cover installed. The decorative modular casket bracket cover will be able to be added to the casket at any time.

Abstract: A bracket (1) for attaching a device (51) to the upper part of a wall (53) of a container (55) comprises two parts (3, 5), the first part (3) of which secures the device to the wall while the second part (5) provides rigidity of the bracket (1) when secured in position. The first part (3) is of generally “S” shape with a horizontally extending extension (9) from the upper part of the “S” by means of which the “S” shaped part is connected to the second part (5) through a pivot (11). The second part (5) is of generally “U” shaped construction, and is movable between a first or open position in which one side (13) of the “U” extends parallel to the horizontally extending extension (9) of the first part (3) so as to effectively form an extension thereof and the second side (15) of the “U” extending parallel to the first side (13) and being connected thereto by the base part (17) of the “U” and a second or closed position in which it forms a substantially box section with first part (3).

Abstract: A bracket for mounting a fish finder display head to a conventional multi-gallon plastic pail is described with reference to two alternative embodiments. In the first embodiment, the bracket comprises spaced apart arms to provide a gimbal style mount and the arms have inboard, upwardly extending hooks to fit over the peripheral edge of the pail. In the second embodiment, the arms are combined with a stabilizer member and may be attached directly to the outside surface of the pail by means of threaded fasteners or Bungee cords or both. In both embodiments, a tip-over guard is provided in the form of a generally U-shaped of aluminum stock that is attached such as by rivets to the distal (outside) ends of the bracket arms. Means are provided for wrapping a power cable between the arms.

Abstract: An accessory mounting system is for attaching at least first and second accessories to a vehicle. A first bracket is configured to connectably receive the first accessory and a second bracket is configured to connectably receive the second accessory. The second bracket has a configuration substantially different than the first bracket. A mount is coupled with the vehicle and is configured to connectably receive the first bracket to attach the first accessory to the vehicle and to alternatively connectably receive the second bracket to attach the second accessory to the vehicle. The mount preferably includes a base coupled with the vehicle and at least one and preferably two apertures extending into the base, each configured to receive a fastener coupled with the accessory. A slotted opening extends into the base, is spaced below the apertures, and configured to receive a portion of either an accessory or a bracket connected therewith.

Abstract: A system for providing an infusion chamber provides a clip assembly for attachment within a drinking vessel. A box assembly contains an infusion chamber and may be attached to the clip assembly. The box assembly has a top swinging lid to accept dry ice and other materials suitable for infusion. The bottom of the box assembly features a communication void or slot at the bottom of the box to allow the contents of the box assembly to mix with the surrounding drink, but yet not fall loose into the drink. The clip features contoured adhesive wedges to assist in attachment of the clip to the inside portions of a drinking container. The clip assembly has a thin stop tab or shelf that fits into the box assembly. A side hook from the box assembly is supported by the lower portion of the stop tab or shelf of the clip assembly. The upper or top side of the stop tab or shelf is trapped by a stop tab of the box assembly.

Abstract: A shelf for a cabinet, for a refrigerator or the like, includes a glass plate for holding items which is supported along its side edges by track or rail type brackets suitable for fastening or mounting in said cabinet and aligned with a support structure formed or held by said cabinet. The brackets are joined by at least one crosspiece and with said crosspiece(s) form a cradle to hold said plate that is suitable for supporting the mechanical strength of the shelf.

Abstract: A fan mounting structure includes a casing, a fixing support and a protection means. The outside of the casing has an opening. The fixing support is connected to the casing and is provided with a fan accommodating space. The fan accommodating space is in communication with the opening. The protection means is connected to the casing. Via this arrangement, after the user detaches the fan body from the fixing support, the protection means can protect the electronic components within the casing from suffering damage due to external forces.

Abstract: Disclosed is a simple, inexpensive utility container device for use with a hollow rung ladder. The container device includes a rung insert member and a container for holding a liquid material. The container includes a pair of aligned openings that are offset rearwardly so that the container automatically tips to a suitable forward angle to make it easier for the user to access the contents of the container. In a preferred device, the rung insert member will include a rung insertion portion at each end of the rung insert member, with a container holding portion therebetween, to permit the device to be used in either right or left hand mode. In an alternative embodiment, the rung insert member and container are an integral unit.

Abstract: A beverage holder device made from a flexible foldable cylindrically-shaped insulated sleeve with a longitudinal seam that includes a piping or welt material along said seam. The sleeve has an inside diameter sized to receive and hold a beverage container. An elongated bracket is mountable to a vertical surface. The sleeve has a foldable insulated bottom portion which is attached to the sleeve to prevent the beverage container from dropping through the sleeve. The bracket has a longitudinal channel and a corresponding opening therein with a closed bottom end and an opening at its upper end. The channel is sized to receive by sliding engagement therein the piping or welt material so that when the piping or welt material is slid into the channel starting from the channel's upper end, the piping or welt material and the sleeve are held in place by the bracket.

Abstract: This invention is an apparatus that will allow the conversion of feeders of the prior art to be converted to feeders that feed a controlled amount onto a plate that keeps feed off of the ground, and converted back again without having to remove the existing motor and spinner of the prior art. There are many people who use spinning distributors to feed grain to wildlife. Many of these persons would like to keep the grain off of the ground and feed specialized pelleted feeds that can dissolve on the ground. This device allows these people to use this apparatus with existing spin type feeders, but to also convert them into a multi purpose unit and back again in seconds with out modification to the existing spin unit.

Abstract: A gripping device for use on a paint tin has a U-shaped grip with a middle section and two flexible arms. Free outer ends of the flexible arms are provided with hook-shaped parts which are used to couple to a paint tin. Within the grip is a U-shaped handle, free outer ends of which are provided with sleeves that can slide along the anus of the grip. There are stops on the arms of the grip which limit sliding of the free outer ends of the handle in a direction towards the middle section of the grip. By pulling the middle section of the handle towards the middle section of the grip, the arms bend as a result of which the free outer ends of the arms come towards each other.

Abstract: Disclosed is a can server, and a refrigerator having the can server. The refrigerator having a can server, comprises: a refrigerator body having a cooling chamber therein; a door for opening and closing the cooling chamber; and a can server having a body arranged so as to be rotatable between a supporting position protruding from an inner wall of the cooling chamber or the door and supporting a can, and a withdrawing position implemented on the inner wall in upper and lower directions. When using the can server, the body of the can server is rotated to the supporting position thereby to support a can. On the contrary, when not using the can server, the body of the can server is rotated to the withdrawing position in parallel to the wall surface thereby to enhance a spatial utilization degree for the cooling chamber, a home bar, or an inner space of the door.

Abstract: A mast support system for use with a container (e.g., a Connex container) to hold a light fixture, security camera and other accessories that may be desirable to mount above or from the roof of the container, generally comprising a support structure for purposes of supporting the accessories, and means to affix the support structure to the container. Embodiments of the mast support system disclosed include one or more posts removably attached to a base, which is engaged with the corner of a container. Attached to the posts are accessory support systems, extending therefrom for positioning and angling the accessories.

Each of the elbow members is shaped to include a spring portion and a tab joined thereto. The spring portions flex with respect to the base member. The tabs on the pair of elbow members are arranged adjacent to one another and oriented to extend in a substantially common direction to be received in a common hole in the support frame. The tabs extend outward from the spring portions and have recesses for gripping the support frame.

Abstract: A dive tank support device for supporting a dive tank while a diver is attempting to attach the dive tank to the diver's body immediately before jumping from a vessel and beginning a dive. The dive tank support device may be formed from a body having a bottom support adapted to support a dive tank and at least one sidewall extending up from the bottom support and configured to limit tilting of the dive tank relative to the bottom support. The body supports the dive tank and the recess enables the dive tank to be easily pulled from the dive tank support device once a diver has attached the dive tank to himself.

Abstract: The present invention provides for a coupling assembly for releasably connecting a trash container with a fixed object, such as a wall or cabinet. The coupling assembly acts to prevent the trash container from being easily tipped onto its side, while allowing user to easily disconnect the trash container from the fixed object. The coupling apparatus includes a first coupling connected with the fixed object a second coupling member connected with the trash container. The second coupling member includes an extended portion adapted to be received within a pocket on the first coupling member. The coupling assembly can be configured to work with trash containers having different shapes and sizes. The trash container can also include a lid further restrict access to the inside of the trash container. As described below, a latch or clasp can also be used to selectively lock the lid in closed position.

The extension member extends from the central member in a direction opposite the leg members, with the extension member being dimensioned to receive the loop-type handle to retain the bag in a predetermined position and location, thereby suspending the bag generally adjacent to the receptacle.

In a preferred embodiment, the device is a commercially available cable-tie, modified to provide a releasable attachment and reliable storage of a focusing straw onto an aerosol can. A method of the present invention allows a user to modify an existing cable-tie to provide releasable attachment of a focusing straw onto an aerosol can or other item. The availability and subsequent use of a focusing straw often reduces aerosol over-spray and the resultant air borne contamination. Use of the present invention has, in some cases, reduced the consumption of aerosol spray oil by 30%.

A switch (24) is secured to the bracket (12). The switch (24) is triggered when the fluid level (65) rises above a predetermined level causing electrical power to the associated HVAC unit (39) to be shut off. An HVAC unit (39) employing this device is also disclosed.

Abstract: A device providing an improved method for the storage and releasable attachment of a focusing straw onto an aerosol can. In a preferred embodiment, the device is a commercially available cable-tie, modified to provide a releasable attachment and reliable storage of a focusing straw onto an aerosol can. A method of the present invention allows a user to modify an existing cable-tie to provide releasable attachment of a focusing straw onto an aerosol can or other item. The availability and subsequent use of a focusing straw often reduces aerosol over-spray and the resultant air borne contamination. Use of the present invention has, in some cases, reduced the consumption of aerosol spray oil by 30%.

Abstract: An apparatus for resting a paintbrush on a surface includes a support body having a first leg portion with opposed front and rear surfaces and a second leg portion extending at an angle relative to the front surface. A strip of double-sided tape is adhered to the rear surface of the first leg portion and can be attached to a paintbrush such that the second leg portion and a handle of the paintbrush engage a support surface to support bristles of the paintbrush above the support surface.

Abstract: A paint brush pocket of one piece construction defined by a sleeve having a first closed end and a second open end, the cross section of the sleeve dimensioned to the cross section of that portion of a paint brush to which the bristles are attached, the depth of the sleeve dimensioned to the length of the paint brush from that portion to which the bristles are attached to the end of the bristles, it being understood that different size sleeves will be used for different sized paint brushes, the second open end of the sleeve having a generally U-shaped tongue to engage the rim of an open paint can, the U-shaped tongue extending over the rim and depending downwardly within the paint can and thus positioning the sleeve in juxtaposition to the circular outer surface of the paint can.

Abstract: A level sensing device (10) for a drain pan (50) which collects fluid from a source of fluid (40) in an associated HVAC unit (39). The drain pan (50) has at least one side wall (55). The device (50) has a bracket (12) having agenerally U-shaped portion with first and second legs (16, 18). The generally U-shaped portion serves to mount the device (10) to the at least one side wall (55) of the drain pan (50). A shelf (20) extends from the second leg (16) of the bracket (12). A switch (24) is secured to the bracket (12). The switch (24) is triggered when the fluid level (65) rises above a predetermined level causing electrical power to the associated HVAC unit (39) to be shut off. An HVAC unit (39) employing this device is also disclosed.

Abstract: A paint can attachment for supporting a paintbrush in a generally vertical position adapted to be removably mounted on an annular rim of a paint can having an inner circular wall with inner and outer surfaces, an annular bead at the top end thereof, and a concentric radially spaced circular rim channel. The attachment is a resilient integrally formed member having a planar generally crescent-shaped main body portion with lateral sides, an arcuate inner edge, a semicircular outer edge defined by a peripheral semicircular lip depending from an underside of the main body portion adapted to resiliently engage the outer surface of the inner wall of the rim, and a semicircular rib depending from the underside of the main body in radially inward spaced relation to the lip and terminating in an inner bead at its lower end adapted to snap over and frictionally engage the annular bead at the top of the rim inner wall.
