Abstract: A bracket is attached to the mounting board of a taxidermy work piece both to facilitate attachment and detachment of the work piece from an adjustable taxidermy stand by an individual, and also to later support the work piece on a building wall. The bracket includes co-planar attachment flanges with screw holes for attachment to a rear surface of the mounting board, a second flange spaced from the plane and that defines a shaped aperture for engaging a wall hook to hold the mounting board on a building wall for display, and a third flange extending downward from the second flange to form a recess to engage a top edge of the plate on the taxidermy stand. A related method is also illustrated, the method including temporarily supporting the work piece on the taxidermy stand until additional fasteners can be placed.

Abstract: A bracket, system and method for supporting modular hanging components such as furniture, storage components and other objects on a movable wall having horizontal mounting channels is provided. The bracket has an upper latch portion and a lower portion with bracket openings that align with the mounting openings in a vertical wall strip to fasten the vertical wall strip to the bracket. The hanging components can be removably attached to the vertical wall strip by standard attachment hardware such as side and cantilever brackets. This arrangement permits modular hanging components using a vertical wall strip system to be supported by a horizontal mounting channel of a movable wall in a horizontal wall system without having to modify the movable wall, the modular hanging component and/or the attachment hardware and may reduce the number of horizontal mounting channels.

The bracket has a lower bracket member and at least an upper bracket member that attaches to a movable wall module. A cubicle wall start is then coupled thereto. If a higher cubicle is needed, the bracket will have at least one intermediate bracket member to increase the overall length of the bracket.

Abstract: A holder is disclosed to hold a socket onto a hanger. The holder includes a socket-engaging device, a locking device and a hanger-engaging device. The socket-engaging device includes a V-shaped body and a block. The V-shaped body includes a first branch and a second branch elastically movable towards the first branch so that the V-shaped body can be inserted into the socket. The block is formed on the second branch for abutment against the socket when the V-shaped body is disposed in the socket. The locking device includes a groove defined in the first branch of the V-shaped body and a tab extended from the second branch of the V-shaped body. The tab can be inserted into the groove so that the elastic V-shaped body is expanded, and the block is firmly located against the socket. The hanger-engaging device includes a dovetail groove for receiving a dovetail formed on the hanger.

Abstract: An exemplary flat panel display (2) includes a display module (20), a supporting member (30) attached to the display module, and a base (40) engaged with the supporting member. The supporting member includes engaging members (31), and the base includes elastic arms (411). The engaging members detachably engage with corresponding elastic arms whereby the supporting member is detachably engaged with the base. The base can be detached from the supporting member of the flat panel display whenever desired. Therefore once the flat panel display has been newly manufactured, it can be conveniently wrapped and transported at a reduced cost.

Abstract: Herein are disclosed systems and methods and assemblies for mounting an accessory base to a surface (e.g., a wall surface). The systems comprise a mounting bracket which can be attached to the surface by a double-faced adhesive such as a stretch-releasing adhesive. The accessory base can be attached to the mounting bracket.

Abstract: A mounting apparatus for holding a storage device defining at least a mounting hole in a bottom thereof, the mounting apparatus comprises a bracket and a locking member. A support plate is arranged inward from a sidewall of the bracket. The storage device is disposed on the support plate. The locking member is movably connected to the bracket, and comprises at least one locking portion. The at least one locking portion is inserted in the at least one mounting hole to hold the storage device.

Abstract: A vandal resistant pull box to secure terminating utility cables and cable connections below ground surface. As a retrofit apparatus, brackets engage the bottom edges of the pull box container and a top cover securely engages the brackets. As a complete assembly, the container is included with the brackets and the cover. Any type of locking device may be employed to secure the cover to at least one of the brackets.

The quick-release swivel fork assembly includes a first portion, a body portion releasably coupled to the first portion, a pin supported by the body portion, and a latch member coupled to the body portion. The body portion is rotatable relative to the first portion about a first axis, while separation along the first axis is prevented. The pin defines a second axis for rotatably mounting the remote member. The latch member is biased to a first position in which the latch member blocks separation of the body portion from the first portion in a direction substantially perpendicular to the first axis. The latch member is operable to selectively enable separation of the body portion from the first portion in a direction substantially perpendicular to the first axis.

Abstract: A pusher accessory for assembly conventional elongated product display hooks configured at one end for anchorage on a supporting panel or board and supporting in suspended fashion along their length a multiplicity of product items for removal from the opposite free end of said hook. The pusher accessory has a stationary component for attachment in fixed position adjacent the free hook end; a movable component mountable on the hook for free sliding movement there along; and an extensible tension spring affixed at one end to the stationary component and carried at the other end by the movable component. When extended by separation of the movable component and intervening product packages suspended from the hook, the spring applies spring tension force to the movable component and intervening packages and advances the latter as product packages are removed. Preferably, the spring is a flat coil spring carried at the coil end by the movable component.

The rotating element includes a first side having a different height than a second side. In the locked position of the locking element, the first side is less of a distance from a contact portion of the wall plate than a distance the monitor arm must be moved for dismounting the monitor arm from the wall plate, such that the locking element contacts the contact portion before the monitor can be moved for being dismounted from the wall plate.

Abstract: An assistant ceiling device designed to shield an escape hatch installed to a ceiling of an elevator cab is provided. The assistant ceiling device includes two elongated rail guides and a rectangular assistant ceiling plate. Each guide is installed at either side of the emergency escape hatch and has a length longer than that of the emergency escape hatch and shorter than that of the ceiling of the elevator cab. The assistant ceiling plate is laid on the rail guides to shield the emergency escape hatch. Each guide has a latching jaw so as to allow the assistant ceiling plate to be installed to the rail guides by laying both sides of the ceiling plate on the latching jaws.

Abstract: A rod hanger uses a spring insert clip horizontally insertable into a sheet metal housing to embrace and grip the threads of a vertical rod. The hanger has a sheet metal housing with parallel slots in opposite walls parallel to the rod. The clip has spring thread-form legs which are guided into the slots and held embracing the rod. The clip is U-shape with parallel legs which project from and snap behind one of the walls of the housing. The hanger may be in the form of a beam clamp or flange clip.

Abstract: An apparatus is provided for removably mounting an electronic device to a surface and for positioning the device with respect to the surface. The apparatus includes a cradle securable to the electronic device and a pivot link, which has a first end and a second end. The first end being pivotally coupled to the cradle. The apparatus also includes a support having a mounting pedestal coupled thereto. The second end of the pivot link is pivotally coupled to the support. The apparatus has a base which has a lower face that can be coupled to the surface and an upper face. The upper face has a receiving slot for the pedestal, the slot having a shoulder extending thereabove to engage the pedestal. The slot further has an open end to allow the pedestal to be moved within the slot. The base further includes a releasable locking arm having a retaining ridge located in line with the open end of the slot to selectively hold the pedestal within the slot.

Abstract: An improved pony bottle bracket that is light weight, compact, simple to use, and facilitates a quick and easy set-up is disclosed. A push button latch enables a diver to quickly disconnect the pony bottle from the main bottle. The pony tank bracket and base unit bracket are mounted by use of a belt and adjustable band straps. The locking mechanism is self-contained, thereby eliminating or minimizing the use of separate components (e.g., no clevis, hitch, cotter or quick release pins) which may be lost. The bracket also eliminates or reduces the use of any items which may entangle the diver or entangle other objects in the diver's surroundings (e.g., no string, cord, chain or lanyards). The bracket is bidirectional (e.g., reversible) such that the top bracket mount may be rotated between about 0 and 180 degrees.

Abstract: A flat panel display mounting apparatus that enables quick and easy mounting and dismounting of the flat panel display. The system includes a first bracket having a periphery defining a plurality of spaced apart notches and a second bracket selectively removably receivable on the first bracket that includes a plurality of fastening buttons, each fastening button defining a slot. The fastening buttons are spaced apart and positioned correspondingly with the notches of the first bracket so that the slot of each fastening button receives the periphery of the first bracket at a separate one of the notches when the second bracket is received on the first bracket.

Abstract: A locking mechanism for preventing theft of an object hung on a flat surface is provided. The locking mechanism may comprise a latch, hook and key. The latch may be attachable to the wall with an optional wall track attached thereto. Also, the hook may be attachable to the object with an optional object track attached thereto with the object track engageable to the wall track when the object is hung on the wall. Furthermore, the hook is engageable into the latch simultaneously as the object track engages the wall track.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a mounting bracket for mounting a horizontal support member between vertical support columns of an equipment rack. The mounting bracket comprises a base member and a latch. The base member comprises integrated side and end plates, with the side plate being securable to the horizontal support member and the end plate constructed to vertically support the mounting bracket thereon. The latch detachably adjoins the mounting bracket to the vertical support column, and is constructed to be hand-operated to detach the mounting bracket from the vertical support column in response to a tool-less manual manipulation of the latch.

Abstract: An accessory device mounting platform includes a substantially rigid frame and a substantially rigid mating tray that are slidably interconnected along a first direction, the frame and tray include a tongue-and-groove slide mechanism arranged therebetween for sliding the tray relative to the frame relative to a first direction. A resilient biasing mechanism, such as a cantilevered flexure or tension spring, is coupled between the frame and a latch bolt portion of a clasp mechanism for biasing the latch bolt portion toward a latch strike plate mechanism formed in the tray. The latch strike plate mechanism is formed with an inclined surface that is positioned to engage a latch bolt portion of the clasp mechanism and is structured for deflecting the latch bolt away from the frame, while the resilient biasing mechanism of the clasp mechanism is structured for biasing the latch bolt back toward the frame.

The locking assembly has a bracket assembly with a front and back plate that are fixedly attached to each other about portions of peripheries of the front and back plates defining an opening therebetween with a top slot and at least one side slot. The back plate is directly or indirectly fixedly attached to a surface. Positioned within at least one side slot is at least one pivoting release lever having an upper leg and lower leg movable about a pivot. The locking assembly further includes a yoke assembly having a yoke assembly plate of a size and shape to fit edgewise and be guided into the opening between the front and bottom plates via the top slot. The upper leg of the pivoting release lever and an exterior surface of the yoke assembly plate can be mateably restrained through a pair of interlocking notches.

Each rail has a narrow opening groove and a pair of rack-shaped portions on both sides thereof. A block has loose-fitting holes and an upper width insertable into the opening groove. Bolts are loosely fitted into the holes of the block. A cylinder is loosely fitted between the bolt and the hole. Nut plates have a nut hole to be screwed with the bolt. When the bolt is turned and pushed upwardly, end portions of the nut plates extend across the opening groove and are placed on the pair of rack-shaped portions and pulled downward by a tightening force of the bolt screwed into the nut hole. A fixing member engages the apparatus to the block.

Abstract: A mounting platform assembly for a stand device includes a connecting platform having two parallel engaging blocks projecting from a bottom surface thereof, each having a positioning hole and forming a slope on an outward face thereof; and a fixing base having two engaging ribs projecting from a top surface thereof, each forming a sliding groove on the top surface of the fixing base corresponding to the slope of each engaging block, and the fixing base having a positioning means including an engaging button and a push rod. Abstract: A light fixture mount capable of securing an outdoor light to a support surface. The device includes a first support that is adapted to co-act with a second support so as to hold the light fixture in a stable and supported position until the light fixture is secured to the support surface in a permanent relationship. This is accomplished by providing on one of the supports at least one catch that engages the opposing support so as to support the weight of the fixture in a stable position while fasteners are installed to secure the fixture to the support surface.

Abstract: A locking assembly having a substantially joined bracket assembly with a front and back plate defining an opening therebetween with a top slot and a side slot. At least the back plate is directly or indirectly fixedly attached to a solid surface. Positioned within side slot is a pivoting release lever having an upper leg and lower leg movable about a pivot. The pivot is fixedly attached to the front and back plates such that the upper and lower legs are free to move within the opening between the front and back plates within a defined boundary about the pivot. A collar extending from the front surface of the collar assembly plate is attached to a device.
