Abstract: The invention could be an adjustable accessory hook comprising a first L-shaped attachment member comprising a hook, a first rectangular plate connected by a first common end to a second rectangular plate in a perpendicular orientation, the second rectangular plate further having a lengthwise channel, a hook for supporting container-based carry means that projects outward and away from the first L-shape attachment member; a second L-shaped attachment member having a first rectangular sheet connected to a second rectangular sheet by a second common end in an non-planar manner; a locking mechanism that passes through the lengthwise channel to adjustably attach the second L-shaped attachment member to the first L-shaped attachment to adjustably form a C-shaped opening into which a portion of an edge of a horizontal support surface can be removably received and secured.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a self-leveling platform hook for use in supporting an object. In one embodiment, the hook includes a frame, means coupled to the frame for attaching the frame to a support surface (e.g., a table, countertop, a wall, etc.), and a saddle including a pair of support arms coupled to the frame. The support arms are coupled to the frame at an upper end of each arm, and are rotatable relative to the frame so as to be self-leveling. In addition, each arm is independently rotatable relative to the support frame and one another such that the distance and angle between lower ends of the arms may be varied so as to cradle and support an object of a given width.

Abstract: A neutral field tray includes a base with a width that tapers from a proximal end to a distal end, and an instrument trough at least partially recessed relative to the base and sized and configured to support at most a single surgical instrument. The trough is obliquely oriented relative to the base so as to present the proximal end of the instrument substantially above the base and to shield a sharp of the instrument within the trough. The tray also includes supporting structure for supporting the tray relative to a supporting surface.

Abstract: A surveillance camera comprises a base mounted on a wall, an imaging lens mounted on the base via an imaging lens support member and a switchable mounting unit, and a rotation drive device driving the imaging lens so as to rotate in a panning direction. The switchable mounting unit selects either a first posture wherein a seating mount of the base, making contact with the wall, is approximately perpendicular to an axis of panning rotation of the imaging lens or a second posture wherein the seating mount is approximately parallel to the axis of panning rotation, and mounts the imaging lens support member on the base.

Abstract: A neutral field tray includes an attachment portion for removably attaching the tray to a mayo stand, a base coupled to the attachment portion, two sidewalls extending upward from opposite sides of the base, a distal endwall extending upward from a distal end of the base, a cover extending between the sidewalls above the base adjacent the distal endwall, and support for positioning a single instrument above the base with a distal end of the instrument underneath the cover and a proximal end of the instrument elevated relative to the distal end of the instrument. A method is also provided for using the neutral field tray.

Abstract: A mounting system for attaching accessories to surfaces. The mounting system comprises a rail and clamp that includes housing for a bolt having a shaft extending outwardly of the housing from a first surface thereof. A hook extends outwardly of a second surface of the housing to engage the rail. A blade also extends outwardly of the second surface to be received in a channel of the rail. The hook and blade exert pressure on the rail during rotation of a knob along the shaft of the bolt to tighten the blade against the rail for releasable connection of the clamp to the rail, the clamp being adapted for attachment of accessories.

Abstract: A wall mounting monitor bracket comprises a sliding base means, at least a movable arm means, and at least a connection means. The movable arm means is hung on the sliding base means via one end, and connected to the connection means via the other end. The other end of the connection means is attached to a first monitor. By adjusting the movable arm means and the connection means, the first monitor can be firmly and easily adjusted to different angles.

Abstract: An article holder configured for one-handed operation includes an upper arm pivotally connected at one end to a lower arm such that the upper and lower arms having opposing inner surfaces. A cushion may be attached on an inner surface of either arm and a spring member disposed near the hinge may bias the inner surface of the lower arm toward the cushion to form a clamping surface in a rested state. A clip disposed on an outer surface of may be included to attach the holder to a desired surface. In certain embodiments, the lower arm includes a toe portion on an end opposite of the hinge which extends beyond a corresponding end of the upper arm to provide a leveraging surface to open the clamping body from the spring-biased clamping position. Additional embodiments and variants are also disclosed.

Abstract: A hook for holding objects under a shelf or mantel has a body configured so that when the hook is positioned for holding an object under a shelf or mantel, a mounting end will be adjacent the top surface of the shelf and the opposite end will be under the bottom surface of the shelf. A resilient gripper body is attached to the mounting end of the hook body. The gripper body has a curved surface which is positioned for engagement with the top surface of the shelf. When the hook is placed on the top surface and no load is on the hook, a first portion of the curved surfaced will be on the top surface of the shelf and a second portion of the curved surface will be spaced away from the top surface of the shelf. As increasing loads are placed on the hook, the shape of the curved surface will change increasing the contact area between the gripper body and the top surface of the shelf.

Abstract: An improved clamping stand includes a clamp clamping the leaf of a desk and composed of an upper clamping plate and a lower clamping plate which are connected by a bolt and a pair of adjustable threaded rods with a C-shaped guard plate engaged therebetween, a pair of identical cushions respectively disposed on the inner surface of the upper and lower clamping plate for preventing the surfaces of the leaf from damaged and a tubular upright having a lower end connected to a top of the upper clamping plate and an upper end capable of supporting a LCD screen, a document board and/or a book tray which is supported by a pair of clamping stands synchronously, wherein the pair of threaded rods can adjust the oblique angle of the tubular upright.

Abstract: A surgical instrument support device and method for positioning a surgical instrument relative to a surface of a surgical support platform are disclosed. The support device includes a base member, an elongated support member, an extender bar, and a securing mechanism. The base member is fixably mountable to the surgical support platform. The elongated support member has one end mounted to the base member for pivotal movement of the elongated support member relative to the base member within a pivot plane that is nonparallel to the surface of the surgical support platform. The extender bar is adapted for mounting a surgical instrument with respect thereto and is disposed at the other end of the elongated support member. The extender bar projects from the elongated support member such that the pivotal movement of the elongated support member raises or lowers the extender bar and the surgical instrument mounted with respect thereto with respect to the surface of the surgical support platform.

Abstract: A flexible retainer for securing a web-like material, such as a table skirt, to a flat surface or table. The retainer has a frontwardly extending upper member, a substantially U-shaped lower member having a frontwardly extending first leg, and a primary member connecting the upper member to the lower member. The structure of the retainer and the configuration of its elements help to mask its appearance when used to retain a table skirt. In addition, extending into the lower end of the primary member are one or more vertical slots, which define one or more fingers. The configuration of the slots serve to improve the flexibility of the retainer, while maintaining the primary member's surface area for disposition of fasteners.

Abstract: An assembly for suspending a purse or bag from a table edge is disclosed. The assembly includes a mechanism for automatically anchoring itself to the table edge as it is positioned about the table edge. In addition, the inventive assembly is constructed so as to distribute the weight of the purse or bag to primary support elements. A hook depends downwardly from a bracket to support a bag or purse. The hook includes a flange seated within an opening of the bracket. The flange transfers at least some of the weight of the bag or purse to the bracket. A rivet co-joins the bracket, hook and anchoring mechanism together, and permits rotational movement of the hook relative to the bracket.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a device for holding a laptop computer further having means for attaching the device to a tray table such as would be found on an airplane train or the like. The present invention discloses a platform for placement thereon of the laptop computer having a foam pad on its lower edge to prevent the computer from falling off the platform and for ergonomic reasons. An elevational member is provided comprising a pivot head which causes the platform to be inclined at an ergonomically acceptable angle. The elevational member attaches to the tray table by means of a mounting member having a recess therein for receiving the pivot head. The mounting member has a wire frame attached thereto which frame attaches to opposite edges of the platform. The lower end of the elevational member is attached to a stand member, or, in an alternative embodiment, a stand member to be placed under the legs of a seated user for securely holding the present invention.

Abstract: A fastener for removably mounting a housing to a shelf includes a base having an upper surface and a lower surface adapted for connection to a bottom panel of the housing at an edge portion of the housing. The base includes a front edge and a portion extending from the front edge which is turned under the base and is disposed spaced apart from the base and adjacent to a lower surface of the base to form a spring clip. The clip engages an edge portion of the shelf between the lower surface of the base and the portion extending from the base front edge.
