Abstract: A fishing rod holder system, for holding a fishing rod and securing to a deck rail or ground surface, using a fishing rod holder having a threaded rod, a fixed clamp attached to one end of the threaded rod, a u-shaped rod support bracket attached to the other end of the threaded rod, a movable clamp, and an adjustment wheel for holding the fixed clamp against the movable clamp. A rod support tube mounts in the u-shaped rod support bracket and has an open end for holding the fishing rod. A ground adapter has a cylindrical body that selectively inserts between the fixed clamp and movable clamp and has a pair of stakes for attaching to the ground surface. The holder may be secure to the deck rail by extending the deck rail between the fixed clamp and movable clamp and tightening the adjustment wheel thereagainst.

A transparent acrylic snow-holding bar fits into the transparent mounting body. An ice-holding bar also is provided and is formed from clear acrylic. In one aspect, the mounting body includes vertical structural stiffeners 30 by walls 42 of bar supporting central columns 32 and by outside surface 38 of wall 24 and horizontal stiffeners 27 extending downwardly under top 26 and which are integral part of the mounting body and of walls 24 providing a rigid, strong connection of the two structural support sides 28, top portion 26 and horizontal stiffeners 27 and structural support sides 28 all molded in one piece, made of ultraviolet proof, high impact, high izod polycarbonate plastic. Abstract: A portable and collapsible sunshade apparatus which can be conveniently folded up and carried in a bag so that the sunshade apparatus can be easily transported to the beach or other locations for attachment to a beach chair or lounge chair through use of a novel attachment clip. The universal clip enables any type of sunshade apparatus to be attached to any type of beach chair or lounge chair at any desired height above the occupant of the chair and at any desired angular orientation relative to the chair.

Abstract: An adjustable candle holder (10) designed to accept candles (120) having diameters ranging from 0.188 to 0.75 inches (0.478 to 1.91 cm). The holder consists of a base (12) having attached a slider sleeve (26) that encloses a candle retaining assembly (45) that includes a candle concentric-gripping mechanism (78). When the slider sleeve (26) is in an upward, normal position, the mechanism (78) positions a set of candle gripping slats (80) in an inward configuration. Conversely, when the slider sleeve (26) is grasped and pulled downward, the slats (80) expand to allow the candle (120) to be inserted into a candle opening (52) located on the candle retaining assembly (45). After the candle (120) is inserted, the slider sleeve (26) is released which causes the candle gripping slats (80) to return to their inward configuration. In this configuration the slats (80) produce an inward force that securely holds and centers the candle (120) within the adjustable candle holder (10).

Abstract: The present invention is a fence flag holder used to display smaller sized flags, banners or pennants on the rail of vinyl fences and/or wood fences for decorative purposes. The flag holder is a “u-shaped” hook design comprising of a one-piece molded plastic bracket with a tube on the front to hold the flag shaft and display the flag at a forty-five (45) degree angle. The flag holder fits over the rail of a fence allowing the flag to be displayed at special times of the year and to be removed easily for storage when not in use.

This slot may be positioned over/about a standing seam on a metal roof and be appropriately secured thereto, such as by the use of blunt-nosed screws which engage the seam material.

Abstract: A support pole including a base having a hollow shaft secured thereto. The base is attached to the footing and includes a plate portion having a generally cylindrical portion extending upwardly therefrom. The bottom surface of the plate portion has a cut-out portion formed therein which communicates with the central opening formed in the base. A hollow shaft is inserted into the central opening in the base so that the lower end thereof is substantially flush with the bottom surface of the plate portion. The shaft is secured to the base by a weldment in the cut-away portion. The shaft is also secured to the base by means of an enlarged diameter portion or protrusion formed in the shaft immediately above the upper end of the base. The base may also be comprised of a flat plate portion without the cylindrical portion. Further, the base may have a square portion extending upwardly therefrom to accommodate a square pole. If a square pole is being used, the central opening in the base plate will be square.

The first side panel includes a first support portion (42), a pair of first pressing tabs (44), and a pair of elastic pads (48). The second side panel includes a second support portion (62), and a pair of second pressing tabs (64). The second side panel further defines a pair of through holes (68) for insertion of screws (80) therethrough. The first and second support portions support a data storage device (100) thereon. The first and second pressing tabs depress the storage device. The elastic pads inwardly press the storage device. The storage device cannot move in any direction. Thus, the disk drive bracket readily and firmly secures the storage device therein.

The inner ring flange is disposed in the surface region of the retaining ring for buckling the retaining ring and the shaft lever, and the second annular edge further has a recess region. The shaft lever has a first circular flute, a second circular flute, a first end portion and a second end portion. The first circular flute and the second circular flute are selectively buckled to the inner ring flange by the retaining ring resilience. One side region of the shaft lever having at least a lug is placed into the retaining ring along the groove and the first end portion is put into the locating hole of the peripheral device such that the lug is locked to the recess region for fastening.

Abstract: A support apparatus for rollout awnings is provided for stabilizing the support legs of an awning for recreational vehicles, mobile homes and campers. A pair of post stabilizing members includes an inner member telescoping inside an outer member for varying the length of each post stabilizing member. The inner member and the outer member are of a linearly elongated cylindrical configuration. An L-shaped stake is positioned transversely and perpendicularly along the centerline of each post stabilizing member.

Abstract: A display stand for supporting a conventional cooler chest or other product holding container including a first member foldable to form a shell for receiving the cooler chest, a second member positionable within the shell for supporting the cooler chest when positioned thereon, and a third member positionable within the shell providing a floor surface for holding the cooler chest, the third member being located within the shell such that the shell wraps around the side walls of the cooler chest when the cooler chest is positioned on the third member. The third member further includes an extension portion foldable to form a drain spout, the drain spout being positionable through a door assembly associated with the first member for funneling the waste water away from the cooler chest to a suitable container positioned exterior of the display stand.

Abstract: A mount for supporting an open umbrella from an object has a bracket adapted to be secured to a portion of the object and a holder for supporting the umbrella. The holder has a receptacle adapted to receive and support the downwardly inserted handle of the umbrella and a yoke oriented to receive the shaft of the umbrella. A spring biased pin permits rapid insertion and removal of the shaft into and from the yoke. Preferably, the receptacle is slidably engaged relative to the yoke so that the umbrella canopy can be lowered to closely shield the object. A hinge connecting the holder to the bracket permits the umbrella to be positioned at any desired angle in relation to the object.

Abstract: A rod holder and signaling device for holding a fishing pole and signaling when a fish strikes a bait or lure is compact and is adaptable to secure the fishing rod to various structures. The fishing rod may then be temporarily abandoned or remotely monitored by the angler. The rod holder includes a clamping device, which is adapted to clamp over a variety of support structures to securely mount the fishing pole at a targeted fishing location. Preferably, the rod holder is pivotable relative to the clamping device to adjust an angle of the rod with respect to the clamping device and the support structure. The signaling device includes a flexible member, a signaling member, and a release mechanism rotatably mounted on the flexible member. The release mechanism is rotatable about the flexible member in response to tension being detected in the fishing line and rotates to disengage the release mechanism and thus the flexible member from a connector along the rod holder.

The disk drive includes a head disk assembly that includes first and second side walls. The disk drive further includes first and second side rails and a securing system for securing the side rails to the side walls. The first and second side rails engage the first and second guide channels, respectively, for supporting the disk drive within the chassis. The securing system includes an engagement mechanism and a double-sided adhesive resilient mechanism. The engagement mechanism projects between the first and second side rails and the first and second side walls, respectively, of the head disk assembly.

Abstract: A portable information equipment has a main body portion and a display portion hinged each other. A space is secured in the display portion by using a cabinet for a reflection type liquid crystal display which requires no backlight instead of a liquid crystal display with backlight. The space is used for an additional internal battery. The additional internal battery increases an electric capacity to extend an operation time of the portable information equipment and need no externally attached extension battery.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a computer mounted rack system and an apparatus enabling displacement of a slide mounted chassis. The apparatus includes an elongated member having respective first and second ends and respective first and second surfaces. A handle is also included and is preferably coupled proximate the first end of the elongated member. The apparatus further includes a releasable latch preferably coupled proximate the second end of the elongated member and configured to engage a releasable latch aperture in the slide. Additionally, at least one locking member is preferably coupled to the first surface of the elongated member and is operable to engage the slide.

Abstract: A plant supporter is disclosed utilizing a pole having lugs attached to it. Apertures extend into each lug and cantilevered arms extend from the apertures outwardly from the pole to provide support to a plant. The lugs may have a resilient clip portion such that they may be easily mounted or removed from the pole.

Abstract: A support device includes a flexible sheet material foldable to form a three-dimensional two-sided A-frame structure having at least a pair of substantially aligned predetermined holes, one above the other and a pole-like element insertable through the vertically aligned holes and supported by the three-dimensional folded structure, the pole-like element maintaining the flexible sheet material as the three-dimensional two-sided A-frame structure when folded. The flexible sheet material is preferably a die-cut and scored piece of material such as cardboard. The holes may be formed within corresponding tab-like sections of the flexible sheet material. According to an embodiment, the three-dimensional two-sided a-frame structure is a retail point-of-purchase display sign support and the pole-like element is a support for a display sign.

The mounting base plate and a sleeve extend from the plate for receiving an outrigger pole holder. The outrigger pole holder includes an arcuate tube rotatably journaled within the mounting base sleeve. The arcuate tube has an upper end portion extending outward of the sleeve for receiving an outrigger pole and a lower end portion of the arcuate tube has a nut for removably coupling with the mounting base socket. Once a desirable orientation is selected, engaging the hex-nut into the hex-nut socket prevents rotation of the pole holder. The outrigger pole includes a plurality of elongated tubular sections of successfully smaller cross-section telescopingly joined to form the outrigger pole for adjusting the outrigger pole between a retracted position and a fully extended position. A spring lock assembly includes a locking button biased radially outward through a hole within the elongated tubular sections.

The base plate can be secured either to a vertical or horizontal supporting surface.

The flexible support arm is configured to provide a measure of resistance to flex sufficient to support the equipment without movement during operation of the vehicle, while sufficient to flex away from the occupants in the event of impact. The mounting member and the attachment member are relatively small in dimension and secured at extreme ends of the flexible portion of the support arm.

One retainer assembly (22 or 22') from each pair is positioned within the astronaut's reach when he is anchored to the platform (16), and the other retainer assembly (23 or 23') from each pair is positioned remote from the astronaut's reach. Each of the remote retainer assemblies (23 and 23') comprises a plurality of spring-loaded receptacles (41) for receiving one end of the corresponding struts (11 or 12).

Abstract: An adjustable bracket mount for mounting certain functional components such as a feed horn and a low noise amplifier feed assembly on a satellite antenna dish at the prime focus or other desired location above the antenna dish, which mount includes a base secured to the dish, a bottom support extending from the base toward the prime focus, a sloped offset bracket having one end provided in adjustable cooperation with the bottom support and the opposite end carrying a top support. The top support extends in parallel relationship to the bottom support and projects above the bottom support and a top bracket is adjustably mounted on the top support and features outwardly-extending arms designed to carry the feed assembly and mount a cover. Two variations of the top bracket are employed and a cone-shaped cover is provided to protect the feed assembly from the elements by mounting on both versions of the top bracket.

The socket accepts the lower end of the vertically disposed elongated member. In the preferred embodiment, the main body consists of a U-shaped stamping having a base and two flanges extending therefrom as well as a right circular cylindrical tube welded to the base portion of the U-shaped stamping.
