    Abstract: An oil containment system and installation method for a transformer mounted on a transformer pad, comprising a plurality of interlocking open-topped containment units. Each of the containment units having a base, a sump formed with two vertically-aligned sidewalls, a first end, and a second end. The sidewalls have support struts extending across the sump and a grate member. At least one of the ends includes a connecting member or a receiving member, the connecting member sized to be placed within the receiving member sized to interlock adjacent containment units. A discriminative outlet is disposed within an opening in the sidewall and includes a filtration media for adsorbing oil from a fluid and subsequently blocking oil flow through the discriminative outlet. The interlocking containment units are secured to the transformer pad around a peripheral edge to restrict the migration of oil to an outside portion of said oil containment system.

The elongated member is attached to a support surface, frequently a bottom plate or sole pate of the wall. The bracket includes apertures spaced from each other in a generally triangular configuration or a configuration of equivalent strength. The elongated member is typically pivotally attached at the apex of a generally triangular configuration of apertures. The device is self adjusting during attachment of the appliance to a supporting structure.

    Abstract: A releasable deck mount used to tie printers to the deck of vessels includes a metal plate for welding to the vessel's deck that incorporates a profile of a clip that is connected to a strap and inserted into the deck mount for capture purposes. The plate is very low and minimizes any tripping hazard. A spring plate is attached to the top of the metal plate and a pin is secured to the spring plate and extends through a hole in the metal plate. The pin is designed to be movable and has a chamfer to allow insertion of the strapping clip. The clip is released from the deck mount by lifting the pin to allow the clip to be removed.

Thus, the area of contact between the heat sink and the hard disk is increased to enhance the heat transfer efficiency, and the cushioning members provide the heat sink and the hard disk with a cushioning effect.
