Abstract: A bounce house securing assembly includes a plurality of blocks that is each of the blocks is comprised of a weighted material such that each of the blocks has a weight of at least 40.0 pounds. In this way the plurality of blocks have sufficient weight to inhibit a bounce house from becoming airborne. A plurality of top handles is each coupled to a respective one of the blocks thereby facilitating the respective blocks to be carried. A plurality of side handles is each movably coupled to a respective one of the blocks thereby facilitating the respective block to be carried. A plurality of spikes is each of the spikes is coupled to and extends downwardly from a respective one of the blocks for penetrating a support surface to inhibit the respective block from moving on the support surface. Each of the spikes is extendable through a respective one of a plurality of securing loops on the bounce house to anchor the bounce house to the support surface.

Abstract: An collection and method of use for collecting material, such as for example, waste, garbage, or other material. The collection cart includes an upper feed section spaced from a lower base section. The collection cart has and open side intermediate the upper feed section and lower base section. The upper feed section has a collection bag channel or tubular section through which a collection bag or other material collecting container can be inserted, with the upper end of the bag or container removably secured to the upper feed section. The bag or container can be removed from the upper feed section and removed through the open side, and the collection cart can be moved by grasping handles or other grippable structure space from each other and extending from the open side of the collection cart.

Abstract: The invention includes apparatus to assist a user in cleaning up trash, particularly lawn and garden materials. In one embodiment the device includes a waste receptacle having a supply of endless bagging material mounted at the rim portion thereof and a large side wall opening in the receptacle to permit the removal of the loaded bag. In another embodiment the device includes a platform having a central opening supported above the ground on legs or a frame member. Attached to the platform is an area holding a supply of endless bagging material which is fed through the central opening in the platform and tied off to form a bag. The platform and bagging material supply may be embodied in a tray with collapsible legs; optionally in a single use disposable format. In another embodiment the bagging assembly is mounted on a pole or a wheeled cart including a lower support member.

Abstract: A hoop for holding a bag comprises a hoop strip having a first end, a second end and a central portion between the first and second ends. The hoop strip being comprises a resilient material. A first loop member attaches to the first end of the hoop strip, defining a channel which receives slidably therein the central portion of the hoop strip. A second loop member attaches to the second end of the hoop strip, defining a channel which receives slidably therein the central portion of the loop strip. The first and second loop members keep the hoop strip generally circular, but it can be adjusted so as to have a plurality of circumferences by sliding the central portion of the hoop strip within the first and second loop members. The hoop may also comprise a handle for holding the hoop, and a base.

Abstract: A bag holder for holding a t-shirt bag includes a holder frame and a holder handle that is secured to the holder frame. The holder frame selectively holds the t-shirt bag and including a first handle restraint that restrains a first bag handle of the t-shirt bag, a second handle restraint that restrains a second bag handle of the t-shirt bag, and a bag support region that supports the t-shirt type bag near the bag opening. The holder handle is movable relative to the holder frame between a carrying position in which the holder handle is used for carrying the holder frame and the t-shirt bag, and an attachment position in which that holder handle is used for hanging the holder frame and the t-shirt bag near a vertical surface.

The holder includes rectangular front and rear panels, each having a top, bottom and side edges, (b) two side panels, each having two rectangular, foldable parts with top, bottom and side edges, (c) side hinges which connect the adjoining side edges of said side panel folding parts so as to allow them to fold together along said hinges, (d) primary hinges which connect the side edges of said front and rear panels to the outer side edges of said side panel folding parts so as to allow the side panels to be folded so that the front and rear panels can be brought into close and overlapping proximity to one another, and (e) a top ring that is adapted to fit over the top edges of said panels so as to locate and hold open the opening of a throw-away, trash collection bag.

The holder may further comprise a base reversibly attached to the handle to respectively orient the hoop parallel to and the handle perpendicular to the ground. The hoop may further encapsulate the base edge in a compact state.

Abstract: An anti-tipping container support system for supporting a container above a ground surface, the container comprising a substantially horizontal bar running across an outer wall of the container, the system comprising a support portion fixedly attached to the ground surface in a substantially perpendicular relationship to the ground surface, a lifting portion comprising a lever rotatably coupled to the support portion in substantially a T-orientation relative to the support portion, the lever comprising a handle and at least two connecting claws pivotally attached to the lever on opposite sides of the handle and substantially perpendicular to the lever, each connecting claw comprising a groove, such that when a manual downward force is applied to the handle with the bar of the container engaged in the grooves of the connecting claws, the container is lifted and supported off the ground surface.

Abstract: A device that assists with the collection of leaves or debris by holding a garbage bag completely open so a user does not need to awkwardly bend down and hold open a bag while raking leaves into it. Thus, the user has both hands free to hold and use a rake or broom to sweep leaves or debris into the open bag. Abstract: In order for a truck driver to be able to empty the contents of the cab of his vehicle a set of trash cans, which are mounted to a structure is provided. The structure will be mounted at a certain height so that the truck driver will not need stop his truck in order to use this device.

Abstract: A refuse container holder for holding and physically stabilizing refuse containers, especially when those refuse containers are positioned at the curbside in front of the residence. A device includes a vertical element, that includes an upwardly directed hook that are capable of engaging a handle on a refuse container so that the refuse container cannot be overturned or moved by the wind but can easily be lifted off the hook by a refuse collector and may include a plastic casing. The device also includes a horizontal element. Each refuse container has a groove in its bottom surface adapted to engage the horizontal element and thereby enhance the stability of the refuse container on the horizontal element.

Abstract: A trash bag support apparatus includes a flexible and unitary body being selectively adaptable between linear and arcuate positions for removably inserting into a trash bag and engaging with an inner surface thereof. The body has opposed end portions and a top portion integral therewith. A plurality of elongated leg portions having lower edge portions are integrally disposed with the top portion and extend downwardly therefrom for defining a plurality of channels therebetween. The edge portions define a uniform line of weakness below which the trash bag is unsupported by the apparatus.

Abstract: In order to make it easier to use a garbage can, a self-bagging mechanism is placed in the bottom of the garbage can with an opening provided for a plurality of bags to be placed within a housing. The empty bags will be taken from the housing and will provide garbage bags to the trash cans at all times. The bag holder is designed to be refillable.

Abstract: A refuse container retainer includes an elongated member, defining an open chamber, that is screwed in to the ground. A collar attached atop the elongated member has a central opening extending the chamber, a base plate adjacent a top portion of the elongated member, and opposed flanges positioned above the base plate. A telescoping upright member seats in the chamber and extends through the collar. The base plate contacts the ground halting embedding of the elongated member and the cover plate conceals it and the upright member to which it is attached. Lifting the cover plate also lifts the upright member to receive a refuse container turned upside down. The refuse container rests on the ground over the cover plate and upright member.

Abstract: An adjustable garbage can holder that conserves space by mounting to a deck rail includes integral rails sized and positioned for receiving a waste basket therein. Select rails are spaced and extend vertically along the body while other rails have substantially annular shapes spaced along top and bottoms portions of the body for defining a diameter thereof. One of the select rails has a slot formed therein and is positionable adjacent to a support surface. The other rails have end portions securable to each other for selectively adjusting the diameter of the body. The body includes a flange portion that is engageable with the support surface for cooperating therewith to maintain the body at a substantially stable position. The apparatus further includes brackets for attaching the body to the support surface.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a mounting clip that facilitates easy installation and removal of protective shields for PTVs and other video display units. The clip preferably comprises a base attached to the protective shield and a thin walled body extending from the base. An forward lobe of the body includes a generally semi-circular nose and a locking member protruding from the body adjacent the base of the nose. A rear lobe of the body is preferably non-contiguous at a base end on the same side of the body from which the locking member protrudes to form a spring-like lever arm. The base end of the lever arm is preferably bent inwardly to form a push or handle member. In operation, the clip snaps into predetermined grooves positioned about the periphery of the display unit screen. Once inserted into the groove, the locking member abuts a stepped surface formed in the wall of the groove to removably lock the clip in place.

Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed comprising a tray which is rotatably connected to a base. The tray can be comprised of a plurality of recesses, wherein each of the plurality of recesses is adapted to receive a corresponding one of a plurality of garbage cans. Each of the plurality of garbage cans can be placed in a corresponding recess so that when the tray is rotated with respect to the base, the position of any of the plurality of garbage cans with respect to the base changes. This allows easy access to the appropriate garbage can such as an open garbage can. One or more handles may be connected to the tray to help rotate the tray.

Abstract: A trash can hold down apparatus is attached to the sides of a conventional household trash can to permit engagement by a person's feet to restrain vertical movement of the trash can when the trash bag liner is removed from the trash can. The hold down apparatus is formed with an upright portion and an integral engagement portion that projects generally orthogonally from the upright portion. The engagement portion is free to move relative to the upright portion to allow the engagement portion to rest on the surface of the floor irrespective of the angle at which the upright portion is attached to the sides of the conventional household trash can. The upright portion is provided with an adhesive attachment device to fix the upright portion to the sides of the trash can. Preferably, the attachment device is in the form of a hook and loop fastener to permit the hold down apparatus to be detached from the trash can.

Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed comprising a tray which is rotatably connected to a base. The tray can be comprised of a plurality of recesses, wherein each of the plurality of recesses is adapted to receive a corresponding one of a plurality of garbage cans. Each of the plurality of garbage cans can be placed in a corresponding recess so that when the tray is rotated with respect to the base, the position of any of the plurality of garbage cans with respect to the base changes. This allows easy access to the appropriate garbage can such as an open garbage can. One or more handles may be connected to the tray to help rotate the tray.

Abstract: A pole on a base has mounted containers for freely dispensing antibacterial hand cleaner, sanitizing spray, disposable towels and other cleaning and sanitizing supplies. A waste disposal container rests on the flat base and is clipped to the pole. An information display, preferably visible from all sides, is mounted at the top of the pole at eye level. Triagulated print or lighted slide panels or animated screen displays and sound could be used for advertising and information. Selling or renting advertising space pays for the free dispensing of sanitizing supplies for public health.

Abstract: A mounting device including an upper and lower bracket. The lower bracket is generally L-shaped, for supporting the base of a waste basket or container. The upper bracket includes a flanged device that can be mounted to the interior of any door and support the upper lip or upper edge of a waste basket or container in position while the lower bracket supports the lower wall of any waste basket or container in place during usage.

Abstract: A caddy is provided for supporting a hopper, such as a hopper associated with a texture gun. In one embodiment, the caddy includes a base having a top defined by a plate. A first support extends upwardly from a first side of the base and a second support extends upwardly from an opposing second side of the base. A frame is mounted to the first and second supports above the base and is adapted to engage a hopper and support it above the base. In one embodiment, the frame has four sides, three of which are closed, the frame defining a generally open interior area in which a hopper may be located. The fourth side is defined by a pair of stops which extend from opposing sides of the frame, but which have a gap there between. In one embodiment, the base has a semi-circular end having a generally circular opening in the plate which a container may be located.

Abstract: The device method of holding a mouth of a bag. The mouth of a bag is drawn through the inside of a hoop, and then is folded around the outside of the hoop. The open edge of the mouth of the bag is positioned below the outside of the hoop. An elastic O-ring is then stretched around the portion of the bag end which overlies the hoop. The O-ring is positioned on the hoop beneath a shelf and is stretched around a lug on a sloping support to hold the bag securely. Triangular openings allow finger insertion to remove the band.

Abstract: An apparatus for holding and supporting a trash receptacle includes a first collar that may be slidably coupled to a support post and may be selectively frictionally tightened thereto with a threaded screw fastener. A downwardly opening clip is attached to the first collar for capturing the upper rim of the trash receptacle. The apparatus includes a second collar which may be slidably coupled to the support post below the first collar and selectively frictionally tightened thereto. An L-shaped bracket is attached to the second collar and includes an annular configuration for supporting and engaging a lower rim of a trash receptacle.

Abstract: A carrier for refuse containers of the type having a front and a back, a top and a bottom, wheels located on the bottom back, and a cross bar located on the front midway between the top and bottom, comprising a longitudinal main beam and a plurality of cradles supported by the main beam. Each cradle is adapted to support one of the refuse containers from the bottom thereof. A locking mechanism includes a latch hook extending from the main beam centered with respect to the cradle to selectively lock onto the cross bar of the trash receptacle, and an operating handle extending alongside the cradle for engaging the latch hook.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an animal waste bag dispenser and disposal unit comprising a mounting bracket, a container for holding bags, having a bucket and lid, and a receptacle. The container and receptacle are attached to the mounting bracket by nuts and bolts which extend through apertures positioned along the length of the mounting bracket. Bands wrapping around the mounting bracket through a plurality of notches enable the bracket to be attached to a pole or tree. These bands allow the height of the unit to be adjusted to a convenient level along the pole. The front side of the bucket has an opening through which bags contained inside can be retrieved. The bucket is covered by a lid having a lip which extends downward from the lid over the bucket. The lid prevents the natural elements, namely rain and snow, from seeping into the bucket; thus, the bags contained within the container remain dry and clean.

Abstract: A receptacle (1) which may contain food or drinks or may be a plant container, for example, is provided with an upright central locating tube (2) which is attached to an aperture in a recess (3) in its base and is mounted on e.g. a parasol pole (6) by means of a jubilee clip (5) which encircles and grips spring fingers (4) which extend from the bottom end of the locating tube. The above clamping arrangement is concealed within the recess (3) and hence the appearance is enhanced. In a further embodiment, the spring fingers are omitted and the locating tube is provided with apertures above and below the surrounding region of the base which enable the receptacle to be attached to the supporting pole by pegs or threaded fixing means and, when the receptacle is dismounted from the pole, function as drainage and/or ventilation holes.

Abstract: A system designed the efficient separation, storage, loading, unloading and transportation of recyclable materials such as paper, glass, tin cans, plastic containers, aluminum containers, etc. The major component of the system is a container that is generally box-shaped to allow the containers to be closely stacked in rows. Each container has a slot in the top edge to provide for support of the container on a collection rail bar and support frame system which allows the containers to be efficiently grouped together and thereby provide storage for all classes of materials recycled at a single geographical location. The collection rail system of the invention can be economically adapted to many different types of stationary or motorized transport systems, enabling them to become recyclable material collections systems.

Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus to minimize lateral tipping of refuse containers by winds, animals and the like. A securement apparatus for wheel-based or conventional refuse containers is described. The invented apparatus includes an elongate stake having a hooked bracket and a tethering means which releasably captures a handle and a lid respectively of a refuse container. A tapered end and support surface penetration stop member on the elongate stake facilitate partial, vertical penetration of a support surface by the stake. When the stake is vertically penetrating the support surface, the hooked bracket may be adjusted to secure handles of various size, shape, and capacity refuse containers.

Abstract: A containment system for receiving and disposing of disposable sanitary products. The containment system comprises a peripheral frame member which defines a central opening. Releasably attached to the frame member and suspended therefrom is a containment bag which defines a hollow interior communicating with the central opening of the frame member when the containment bag is attached thereto. Pivotally connected to the frame member is a lid member which is movable between a closed position whereat the lid member blocks the central opening, and an open position whereat disposable sanitary products are passable through the central opening of the frame member into the interior of the containment bag. Attached to and extending between the frame member and the lid member is a biasing mechanism for normally maintaining the lid member in the closed position.

Abstract: A device for attaching a smaller container to a larger container which comprises of a base, two vertical hooks at appropriate angle to the base to hold and attach the smaller container to the side of the larger container, two adjustable hooks to hold the smaller container in place, and two legs to support the weight of the smaller container and the device, keep it in place on the side of the larger container and help to keep the smaller container away from the larger container when it detaches from the bracket.

Abstract: A multiple receptacle rotating stand comprising a support post. An assembly is for anchoring a bottom end of the support post into the ground, so that the support post is in an upright position. A collar is placed onto a top end of the support post. An element is for rotating the collar about the top end of the support post. A structure extends from the collar, for supporting a plurality of trash receptacles off of the ground, to prevent prowling animals, such as dogs, from tipping over the trash receptacles and spilling trash onto the ground. The trash receptacles can also be utilized to separate the trash, such as glass, paper, metal, etc., so that the trash can be recycled. Shallow containers can also be used on the structure to feed animals, such as horses and the like.

Abstract: The retainer assembly secures a container in a free upstanding position. A rigid outwardly projecting element defines a stabilizing configuration for disposition adjacent a container at a height location intermediate the top and bottom of the upstanding container. The stabilizing configuration is effective to maintain the container in a stabilized upright position. The projecting element is adapted to connect first and second flexible tie-down lines at an outer free end line coupling section of the projecting element. The first flexible tie-down line has a length effective to extend around an outer periphery of the upstanding container and is connected to firmly maintain the container in the upright position adjacent the stabilizing configuration. A second flexible tie-down line has a length effective to extend over the removable lid member and includes a coupling device for connecting the second flexible line to firmly maintain the lid member on the container.

Abstract: A recycling cart for the segregated storage of refuse materials is provided. The cart comprises a wheeled frame member including a lower platform and further including an upper framework that has openings therein into which open topped refuse containers may be inserted and removed. At least one of the containers has a bottom surface supported on the platform. At least one other container has lips extending along the periphery of its open top which engage the upper frame member so that the container is suspended from the frame member. The recycling cart may be formed from 100% recyclable material.

Abstract: A refuse container includes a base flange, to include wheel members mounted thereto, with a hoop member positioned above the base flange, with the hoop member and base flange orthogonally oriented relative to a support plate. An upper distal end of the support plate includes a recess, with the recess pivotally receiving a positioning leg. The positioning leg arranged for projection through a container lid, with the positioning leg having a handle leg extending the positioning leg in an orthogonal relationship, and a grasp bar orthogonally mounted to the handle leg spaced from the positioning leg, with a spring mounting bar fixedly and orthogonally mounted to the handle leg spaced from the support plate, with spring members mounted to the spring mounting bar extending to the support plate, whereupon pivoting of the positioning leg within the recess lifts the associated container lid and maintains the lid in a raised orientation.

Abstract: A container system for recycling beverage cans and the like is provided, which consists of a plurality of containers, each having an upper flange and a contoured vertical inner surface, so as to permit the stacking of discarded beverage cans and the like one upon the other in side by side relationships and a stand for supporting each container by the upper flange one directly next to the other so as to take up minimum room in an orderly fashion. An inner disposable liner can than be removed with the discarded beverage cans contained therein while simultaneously preventing any remnants contained in any can from soiling the surrounding and appropriately sent to a proper recycling collection point.

Abstract: A structure for a vertical unitized compartmentalized sorting/holding container compatible with plastic bags for use where sundry recyclable materials are generated and discarded. There is provided a retaining apparatus in which the action of discarding, at the same time, sorts and holds various materials for recycling purposes in several sloping rhomboid compartments, one over the other, providing fifty per cent greater holding volume than level rectangular compartments of the same floor space. Further, dull hooks advantageously located hold plastic bags open for filling from the front instead of the top. Pull-down doors, render easy loading, and serve to isolate odors and obscure trash from view. Flat newspaper storage is provided in the bottom. The construction of the container provides for free-standing use in interior or exterior environments and flush in-wall installation.

Abstract: An apparatus for dividing a trash receptacle into sections for the source separation of waste items and recyclable materials. The apparatus is designed to be attached to the top opening of a trash receptacle, and facilitates the use of liner bags placed within the sections to produce compartments for separating and storing the various types of trash and recyclables. The apparatus is adjustable to fit the top of variuos sizes of trash containers and is further adjustable in size, shape and the number of compartments it divides into without inhibiting the use of the container lid. The apparatus can be configured to divide the container into thirds, halves or one half and two quarters to facilitate the separation of recyclables.

Abstract: This holder is mainly used on city streets. It has a cylindrical wall provided with a bottom closure supported by a stand adapted to be fixed onto a sidewalk or the like. The stand has a top plate on which the bottom closure rests and is transversely shiftable and rotatable relative to the same. An annular flange is spacedly fixed to the underside of the bottom closure and slidably engages the underside of the stand top plate to prevent tilting of the holder while allowing its shifting and rotation movement. The cylindrical wall of the holder is made of a sheet of rubber recycled from used tires and bent into a cylindrical shape, the sheet being maintained in said shape by an upright member, of H-shaped cross-section, defining opposite channels receiving the adjacent parallel upright edge portions of the sheet and by straps surrounding the sheet and secured to the upright member. The upright member is secured to and upstands from the bottom closure.

Abstract: A lightweight, compact, compartmented trash receptacle assembly for receiving and holding in different compartments different types of refuse, such as glass, metal, paper, and the like for subsequent disposal, comprises a holder and a plurality of individual trash containers supported on the holder. The holder has a tray-like bottom with an upstanding peripheral flange, and an upstanding support post. A carrying handle is on the upper end of the support post for lifting and carrying the assembly, and spacers are on the tray-like bottom of the holder for engaging the bottom ends of the containers to hold them between the spacers and the peripheral flange. In one form of the invention, hook-like projections on the upper ends of the containers engage in openings at the upper end of the support post, and in another form of the invention, a support post is provided at each of two opposite sides of the holder.

Abstract: A cart and container assembly for collecting recyclable waste, and the like, is disclosed. The cart and container assembly comprises a plurality of containers. Each of the containers is substantially rectangular in horizontal cross section and has a front wall, a rear wall, a pair of opposing side walls. The containers have an elongated, arcuate bottom. The cart and container assembly further includes a cart having a base and a superstructure. The base includes a pair of parallel support rods defining a groove for receiving the arcuate bottoms of the carts. The superstructure further defines a plurality of container receiving sections. The rear wall of each of the containers includes a bar and each of the containers includes a plurality of hooks. Each of the hooks is aligned with a respective one of the container bars when the respective one of the containers is disposed within a respective one of the container receiving sections.

Abstract: A transporter for carrying trash cans or bins includes a mainly circular platform which is provided preferably with three radially extending slots. Holding and guide rods or plates are mounted so as to extend vertically up through the slots, preferably to a height of at least one-fifth of the diameter of the platform. The holding rods or plates are continuously adjustable in the radial direction. The holding plates may either be curved in order to provide firm surface contact with the outer surface of a mainly cylindrical trash can, or may be angled so that two of the holding plates securely hold the trash bin along two corner edges, with the third angled holding plate providing double line contact along an opposite side of the trash bin. When using holding plates, the platform is provided with raised regins and ridges to provide lateral and radial stability to the plates.
