  • Patent number: 11407151
Abstract: A vehicular resin molded article is formed by solidifying a molten resin filled in a cavity of an injection mold and having a concave gate mark formed by a valve pin and remaining thereon in which L/T is 190 or more where L is a flow distance of the molten resin from the gate mark to a filling terminal and T is a maximum thickness. When the valve pin is moved to the cavity side and is pressed against the molten resin, since the contact area of a tip end portion with respect to the molten resin in the vehicular resin molded article increases and the temperature of the tip end portion in the valve pin tends to decrease, the portion of the vehicular resin molded article where the valve pin is pressed against is sufficiently solidified and string drawing or silver streak is less likely to occur.

Abstract: This composite hollow fiber membrane comprises a non-porous homogeneous layer which is gas-permeable and a porous support layer which supports said homogeneous layer, and is characterized in that the non-porous homogeneous layer is hydrophobic and the polyolefin resin constituting the porous support layer contains a hydrophilic additive. By this means, a composite hollow fiber membrane for use in degassing can be provided that is hydrophilic, has high water vapor permeability, and can solve the problem of gas permeability being reduced due to condensate in the porous substance.

Abstract: A three-dimensional (3-D) printing apparatus and a nozzle temperature adjustment method thereof are provided, and the nozzle temperature adjustment method includes the following. A first melting point temperature of a first feed material and a second melting point temperature of a second feed material are read when a feed material switch procedure is executed. The first melting point temperature and the second melting point temperature are compared, and the higher one is selected to serve as an initial conversion temperature. After executing a slag processing procedure according to the initial conversion temperature, the initial conversion temperature is adjusted to the second melting point temperature.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for stamping a non-planar surface (14) of a body (1) with a transfer layer of a hot-stamping foil (5), in which a stamping region of the hot-stamping foil (5) is brought into abutment against the surface (14) of the body (1) and a heated stamping die (3) is pressed against the hot-stamping foil (5) and the surface (14) of the body (1) such that, in the stamping region, the transfer layer detaches from a support of the hot-stamping foil (5) and adheres to the surface (14) of the body (1). In the invention, the hot-stamping foil (5) is pre-heated in a region comprising the entire stamping region before the stamping procedure, in particular by a heating apparatus (6) which is insertable and withdrawable into the device.
