  • Patent number: 10454353
Abstract: An apparatus for manufacturing an interior permanent magnet-type inner rotor and manufacturing method using the same. The apparatus including: a mold having a three-layer structure; the method including a shrink fitting step of heating a rotor core having slots; and a filling step of filling the rotor core slots in a residual heat state after the shrink fitting step with a flowable mixture of a binder resin heated to a flowable state and having anisotropic magnet particles, in oriented magnetic fields. This allows, in similar manufacturing steps, an inner rotor of which magnetic poles are anisotropic bond magnets formed by solidifying the flowable mixture in the slots and a conventional inner rotor of which the magnetic poles are sintered magnets. This allows both the inner rotors concurrently and in parallel (mixed flow production) in an already existing IPM motor manufacturing line.

Abstract: A multilayer security element with at least two security features exactly disposed to each other is produced by the security features being present on separate carrier foils (100, 200) and the carrier foils being laminated with each other in such a way that the security features in the layer compound are disposed to each other in register. As to achieve an exact register of the security features, each carrier foil has register marks, with the help of which the foils are controlled relative to each other. The controlling is effected by stretching that carrier foil, the security features of which are running behind relative to the security features of the respective other carrier foil.

Abstract: A method for coating a cleaning region of an interdental cleaning device, which includes preheating the cleaning region to a predetermined temperature. Then, immersing the preheated cleaning region in a coating agent. The coating agent including a flavoring agent encapsulated in a wax, thereby forming a coating on the cleaning region upon immersion. Next, a flow of air is forced across the coated cleaning region in a drip zone, thereby removing an excess portion of the wax and exposing at least a portion of the flavoring agent at a surface of the coating. Then, the coating is cured by cooling the cleaning region.

  • Patent number: 7534382
Abstract: A radiator core support is made by an insert injection molding method. Four core members shaped in a triangular prism are built into a quadric-prism core and inserted into a rectangular tube, an upper radiator core support member. Then, an outwardly pressing member is inserted into a longitudinal slanted hole of the core to move and contact its members to the inner surfaces of the tube. The tube is located in a mold, into which molten molding material is injected. The tube is overmolded at the tops of a hood lock stay, and right and left side support members, being integrally formed out of resin. After cooling, the method includes drawing the pressing member from the core; then the core from the mold; and the molded part is removed from the mold.

  • Publication number: 20090001629
Abstract: A process and material therefrom is described where a material comprised of a continuous orientable polymer matrix with one or more discontinuous or continuous second phases is stretched in the solid state using more than one device to apply force to the unoriented material to form a material that consists of a continuous oriented polymer matrix with one or more other phases. At least one of the phases releases from the oriented polymer matrix forming voids during the orientation process, thereby reducing the density to less than that of the original unoriented mixture. One or more of the phases may stay bonded to the continuous oriented polymer phase, acting as a reinforcing agent and forming no voids. Methods for forming such a material allowing for the control of the final shape and affecting the final density independent of the composition are also disclosed.
