  • Patent number: 11781612
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a nonlinear spring connection structure and a motor. The nonlinear spring connection structure includes a stator, a mover and an elastic connector provided between the stator and the mover. The elastic connector includes a first end connected with the stator, a second end connected with the mover and at least two transition-connecting portions connected between the first end and the second end. The at least two transition-connecting portions extend from the first end towards the second end with sequentially decreasing sizes. An elastic connector is provided between a stator and a mover. In practice, the elastic connector, through deformation of itself, provides a restoring force for the mover during movement, so that the mover can perform a linear movement relative to the stator. In this way, a nonlinear spring connection structure is simpler and manufacturing cost of the nonlinear spring connection structure is reduced.

Abstract: A vibration isolation device comprises a frame for mounting on an engine casing, an axis to be mounted to an external component to isolate, a resilient member located between the frame and the axis, and a fuse mechanism ensuring that the vibration isolation device presents a first stiffness when loads applied to said vibration isolation device are below a predetermined threshold load, and a second stiffness, lower than the first stiffness, when loads applied to the vibration isolation device are at least equal to the predetermined threshold load. The fuse mechanism constrains the resilient member within a predetermined space when loads applied to the vibration isolation device are below the predetermined threshold load and to release the resilient member so that this latter is capable of deforming beyond said predetermined space when loads applied to the vibration isolation device are at least equal to the predetermined threshold load.

At this time, since a resonance phenomenon is generated in the liquid circulating between the second pressure receiving liquid chambers and the auxiliary liquid chamber through the second orifices in synchronization with the input auxiliary vibration, a low-frequency vibration input along the auxiliary amplitude direction due to a pressure change, and a viscous resistance generated together with the resonance phenomenon of the liquid is effectively absorbed.

  • Publication number: 20100090381
Abstract: A hydropneumatic accumulator includes a shell in which gas and fluid ports are connected, respectively, with gas and fluid reservoirs of variable volume separated by a movable separator. The gas reservoir contains a compressible regenerator that fills the gas reservoir so that the separator movement reducing the gas reservoir volume compresses the regenerator. The regenerator is made from leaf elements located transversally to the separator motion direction and dividing the gas reservoir into intercommunicating gas layers of variable depths. The regenerator is preferably made from interconnected elastic metal leaf elements to allow variation of the bending strain degree so that the local bending strains of the leaf elements should not exceed the elastic limits at any position of the separator. The efficiency of fluid power recuperation and durability of the regenerator are increased.
