  • Patent number: 9046181
Abstract: A non-return valve (8) having a sealing seat (2) having an opening (16) and also a resilient, flat closing element (10), which covers the opening (16) in a closed position. In view of simple assembly of the non-return valve (8), the closing element (10) and the sealing seat (12) are connected fixedly to one another and form a prefabricated structural unit (13).

  • Patent number: 8210508
Abstract: A bump stopper for a suspension system that has at least a parting line along a longitudinal direction of the bumper stopper, may include at least two convex portions coaxially connected each other in the longitudinal direction of the bump stopper and contacting each other in a compressed state, a first array including first reinforcing blocks integrally formed on the respective convex portions along the parting line, each abutting first reinforcing block having a first contact angle therebetween in the longitudinal direction of the bumper stopper, and a second array including second reinforcing blocks integrally formed on the respective convex portions, each abutting second reinforcing block having a second contact angle therebetween in the longitudinal direction of the bumper stopper, wherein the first array is disposed with a predetermined angle from the first array along a circumferential direction of the bumper stopper.

  • Publication number: 20090266660
Abstract: In the breakdown preventive mechanism of a rotary damper of the invention, when the upper rotor (12) is rotated in one direction, a communication path is formed between the valve body (16) and the lower rotor (15), and the pressure in the pressure chamber is formed between the lower rotor and the lower housing (17) is lowered, and rotation is easily performed. In the breakdown preventive mechanism of a rotary damper, when the upper rotor (12) is rotated in other direction, the viscous fluid does not flow between the valve body and the lower rotor, and the pressure in the pressure chamber formed between the lower rotor and the lower housing is raised. As a result, the viscous fluid pushes down the relief valve (13) and the relief valve (14) by resisting the elastic element (19), and thereby prevents breakdown of the rotary damper.

  • Patent number: 7331435
Abstract: A continuously blockable arresting device includes a housing and a shaft having an end received in the housing and which may be externally acted upon causing rotation thereof. The housing has a fluid-filled working space and two subchambers which can be connected to the working space. The subchambers lie next to each other. First and second pistons are guided respectively in a displaceable manner in the subchambers and can be displaced therein by a swash plate. The shaft is connected to the swash plate for rotating the swash plate. Respective control devices of the subchambers include blocking valves for respectively connecting the subchambers to the working space and passage valves for respectively connecting the working space to the subchambers.

  • Patent number: 6193251
Abstract: An improved automotive suspension system is provided which is capable of moving the center of a junction thereof in accordance with shock and swing applied to an automotive frame. The improved automotive suspension system exert both shock absorption and anti-swing functions against slight external shock and swing by the resultant forces between the components connected to the center of the junction, to thereby facilitate the running and turning of a vehicle in a stable manner. The automotive suspension system has a new mechanical structure which operates against a slight shock or swing, by using a plurality of hydraulic cylinders and a rigid suspension rod in a conventional MacPherson strut type suspension system.
