  • Patent number: 11213739
Abstract: A rotation powered vehicle drive mechanism includes an elongated chassis slot disposed within a respective lateral exterior portion of a chassis assembly. An elongated platform slot is disposed within a respective lateral portion of a platform assembly, and is configured such that it is substantially opposed to the chassis slot. The platform assembly is pivotally secured to the chassis assembly thereby allowing for rotation through a platform rotation angle of the platform assembly with respect to the chassis assembly about a rotation axis. The rotation of the platform assembly results in an increase or decrease of a variable slot height which is measured between the chassis slot and the platform slot. A cart assembly is disposed between the chassis assembly and the platform assembly, and is operatively coupled to the chassis slot and to the platform slot.

Abstract: A step sporting equipment with a double transmission mechanism, wherein a transmission mechanism and a treading mechanism are located on both sides of a frame body respectively. Each transmission mechanism at least comprises a front wheel disc, a rear wheel disc and a driving piece. Each treading mechanism is connected to the corresponding transmission mechanism. When the user treads on each treading mechanism, each treading mechanism can compel the corresponding transmission mechanism to work. In addition, as the front wheel disc and rear wheel disc are linked by a driving piece, there is higher moving phase. Therefore, with two transmission mechanisms, the dimensional discrepancy of elements resulted from tolerance can be tolerated effectively, and the step sporting equipment can remain in normal operation.

  • Patent number: 8899605
Abstract: The present invention relates to a roller board, and more particularly, to a pedal-driven roller board that converts a reciprocating motion of pedals formed on the board into a rotational motion to drive a gear, so that a user can drive the board without kicking the ground. Furthermore, the pedal-driven roller board includes a derailleur, so that a user can conveniently control the speed of the pedal-driven roller board. Moreover, a user can develop and strengthen his/her muscles by pedaling the pedal-driven roller board. To this end, a pedal-driven roller board according to the present invention includes: a handle disposed at the front side of a board to steer a front wheel; a rear wheel at the rear side of the board; and two pedals formed on the top surface of the board to drive the rear wheel.

  • Patent number: 8820763
Abstract: A device for human conveyance includes front and rear wheels. The rear wheel interfaces to a sprocket/gear through a ratchet drive system allowing forward rotation of the rear wheel responsive to forward rotation of the sprocket/gear and allows free backward rotation of the sprocket/gear. The front and rear wheels are rotatably interfaced to a frame that keeps the front wheel at a constant distance from the rear wheel. A front end of an arc-shaped spring is affixed to the frame and a rear end of the arc-shaped spring has sprocket/gear teeth that are interfaced to the sprocket/gear whereas depression of the arc-shaped spring pushes the rear-end of the arc-shaped spring in a rearward direction with respect to the rear wheel and the sprocket/gear teeth turns the sprocket/gear in a forward rotational direction. A resilient member is disposed between the arc-shaped spring and the frame to absorb shock.
