The tool holder comprises a gripping device for the handle of the at least one tool, a base for supporting the working end of the at least one tool, and a substantially vertical structural support connected to the gripping device and the base for supporting the gripping device vertically upward from the base. The base includes an irregular surface for contacting an edge of the working end of the at least one tool, thereby restricting movement of the working end of the at least one tool along the base.

    Abstract: An attachment assembly provides a secure attachment point for the fall arrest tether lines of safety harnesses of workers on flat roofs, the assembly being movable over the roof as required. The assembly can be used alone, but usually is mounted on a wheeled utility cart as employed by roofers to move materials on the roof, or may be an integral part of such a cart. The assembly has a base frame that is spaced from the roof edge over which the worker may fall. An attachment member for tether lines is mounted on the base frame together with at least two longitudinally spaced surface engaging arm, the arms being located at the frame side nearer to the roof edge. When the assembly is in operative position each arm has its lower end, which usually has teeth, close to the roof surface. A counterweight is mounted on the opposite side of the base frame.

Retaining brackets attach the receptacle to the frame.

A locking mechanism includes a latch hook extending from the main beam centered with respect to the cradle to selectively lock onto the cross bar of the trash receptacle, and an operating handle extending alongside the cradle for engaging the latch hook.

    Abstract: A tool cart includes a tool chest, a convertible hand truck, a tool box, at least one extension cord reel, netting structure, and at least one side storage bag. The tool chest has a plurality of drawers and is securely fastened to the convertible hand truck. The tool box is securely fastened to a top of the tool chest. One extension cord reel is attached to each side of the tool box. The tool chest and tool box may be locked for security reasons. The netting structure may be fastened around projections extending from each side of the tool chest for retaining spools of wire and the like. At least one side storage bag is attached to a side of the tool chest to act as a cover for power tools. The tool cart is preferably transported by pushing thereof in a horizontal position. The tool cart is preferably placed in a vertical position during use.
