Abstract: A high strength plastic furniture dolly employs a combination of structural features and high strength material to eliminate the need for metal or wood reinforcing elements. The dolly includes first and second longitudinal side members, first and second transverse end members, and caster wheel assemblies mounted longitudinally inward from the transverse end members. The longitudinal side members include a plurality of longitudinally extending parabolic ribs in a central portion and a plurality of non-parabolic ribs in end portions of each side member. The transverse end members include a plurality of transversely extending ribs which may be parabolic.

Abstract: A computer cart has removable electrical connector management system which may be removed from the computer cart to install portable electronic device electrical transformers, and then reinserted into the computer cart to enable multiple electrical transformers to be installed into the cart as a group. An electrical charging system uses a staggered round robin approach to control distribution of power within the computer cart without requiring the amount of power used from each power strip to be individually monitored.

Abstract: A shopping cart includes an expandable cargo compartment having opposite first and second ends, a frame to which the cargo compartment is attached, a handle disposed proximate the first end of the cargo compartment, and a foldable child seat disposed proximate the second end of the cargo compartment, wherein folding the child seat increases a capacity of the cargo compartment and wherein the child seat comprises a seat back pivotally attached to the frame. In another aspect, a shopping cart comprises a frame, a cargo compartment attached to the frame, a handle attached to the frame, and a foldable child seat. The foldable child seat comprises a rod pivotally attached to the frame, a seat back attached to the rod, a sleeve configured to slide upon the rod, and a seat bottom hingedly attached to the sleeve.

Abstract: A transport system for transporting an item is provided. The transport system comprises a first plate and a second plate with each having a first side and a second side. A first side wall and a second side wall mounted between the first plate and the second plate with a sleeve opening created by the first plate, the second plate, the first side wall, and the second side wall. A plurality of wheels is mounted to the second plate. A strap is positionable around the item and within the sleeve opening with a tensioning device movable within the sleeve opening for releasably securing the strap. Upon positioning the item on the first side of the first plate, the strap releasably secures the item to the transport system.

The main cart further includes a handle end with a first base component that is mechanically coupled to at least one caster. The main cart also includes a first bar disposed on a distal end of the first base component that extends to a second base component, in which the first bar is orthogonal to the second base component and the first base component. A first bay perimeter is bounded by the first base component, the first bar and the second base component. The main cart further includes a second bay perimeter is bounded by a second base component, a second bar and a third base component.

Abstract: A chair with a seating surface and a link with two ends connected to the seating surface. A frame with two supporting portions connected to the link and the frame can displace against a bias to allow one of the two supporting portions to move, allowing the seating surface to tilt. A flexible front is attached to a front member on the frame, the flexible front bends when the seating surface tilts. The link rotates when the supporting portions displace. The supporting portions are round and pass through round holes in the link, allowing the supporting portions to rotate within the link when the seating surface tilts. A stop connected to the seating surface and a stop connected to the frame limits the maximum tilt angle of the seating surface.

Abstract: A Portable Chair Carrier on Rollers device for use with sporting goods and outdoor accessories. Particularly this device mounts a wheel assembly to a soft carrying case. The mounting may be as an original equipment feature with the case or as an add-on feature to existing cases. It is comprised essentially of a case that has several features, a wheel support structure to support wheels, a means for securing the wheels to the case and a support stand permits the device to maintain an upright position a support.

Abstract: A mobility chair is arranged for a high degree of maneuverability, and is particularly useful for handicapped individuals in need of a highly stable and maneuverable carriage. The mobility chair may be particularly useful for children, and includes a seat positioned between first and second wheels of a first wheel set, wherein the axial spacing dimension of the first and second wheels is greater than the axle height. The mobility chair is arranged for pivotability about the first wheel set axle to permit the user to freely pivot forward while in the seat of the chair, with the pivoting being limited in both circumaxial directions about the axle axis.

Abstract: A multi-function cart for storing and transporting emergency or other supplies. The multi-function cart comprises a shell and lid or two shells that can be secured together to form a transportable storage container. When separated, each shell is convertible into various configurations that can be used to sustain life during and after a disaster as well as to clean up and rebuild after a disaster has occurred. In this manner, the multi-function cart enables victims to quickly care for themselves, and encourages victims to immediately begin the clean-up and rebuilding process. The multi-function cart can also be used recreationally. Each shell is convertible into different configurations using various tubes. Hub brackets on opposing sides of the shell include adapters to which any of the tubes can be connected. The tubes can be connected to the adapters in an upward or a downward orientation to form different configurations.

A bucket structure includes a container for containing cleaning liquid and at least three wheels for stables moveable over the floor independently of the trolley. The housing has a space into which at least a part of the bucket structure may be wheeled from the front end or a side of the pair of sides, such that the bucket structure is substantially within the housing when the bucket structure is received by the space.

The apparatus includes a rear frame portion having at least one upstanding support bar fixedly attached to the rear support member, the rear frame portion include a top support member coupled to an upper end of the at least one support bar. An upper frame portion is rotatably coupled to the top support member such that the canopy frame portion is movable between a stowed configuration generally adjacent the lower frame portion and an expanded configuration extending away from the top support member. A canopy is coupled to an end of the canopy frame portion and configured to shade an area adjacent the rear frame portion.

Connecting rods having reverse expanding dovetail formations are used to slide into the registering vertical dovetail slots of the side-by-side bins to fix the side-by-side bins together. The same dovetail slots on the bins can be used to mount accessories such as golf bag retainers, baseball bat racks, storage bins or other components.

The enclosure has a plurality of surfaces between the interior space and an exterior space capable of maintaining dryness of the interior space in the event of a rainfall. Wheels are attached to the enclosure to facilitate movement of the enclosure along the ground. The enclosure has a mass capable of being moved along the ground via the wheels by the single adult human being, and has an exterior profile so dimensioned to allow the enclosure to be moved along a sidewalk of a city without completely obstructing a navigable portion of the sidewalk.

The reinforcing rods are held in place in a mold at a predetermined distance above the mold's inner surface by spacers attached to the ends of the rods. Plastic is molded around the rods, with more plastic provided below the rods than above them, so that, when the plastic truck is removed from the mold and allowed to cool, the plastic will contract to a greater extent than the metal rods, causing the base and the reinforcing rods to bow upward, creating a convex arch in the truck's base. The arch provides an inherently strong, bridge-type structure that substantially strengthens the load-bearing capability of the truck, yet requires less reinforcing material than conventional supplemental chassis structures. In another embodiment, caster base mounts are also molded into the bottom of the truck, providing a utility truck with a unitary chassis structure.

The cart includes portable voting booth stations that can be deployed from the cart with privacy shields that are formed integral and can be erected instantly for privacy. Privacy booths are placed at various levels to accommodate individuals of various heights, including wheelchair bound individuals. Beneath the retractable voting stations is an area for storage of voting materials, allowing the materials to be assembled in a remote location and sealed within the utility cart for storage. The cart then can be moved to the particular locations for the voting procedure. At the voting location, the seal can be broken and the ballots accessed. Upon completion of the voting process the cart can be resealed with the cast ballots.

The single-piece, low-weight, insulated food tray transportation wagon is equipped with sliding panels designed to wedge into place by either friction at any intermediate position to limit the need for an external locking mechanism or by using a step-based notched locking mechanism. The wagon also provides for a flat-panel geometry system, a thin, shell-molded casing made of flame-retardant material and shell insulation for reducing the weight of the wagon. The wagon is also equipped with a series of bottom drains, a kick plate and a series of top handles for maneuvering the wagon.
