When the accessory board is rotated through 180 degrees from the concave surface of the front cover, it forms an extending front cover panel. According to another structure, the accessory board is slidably mounted in the hollow front cover. Therefore, the user is able to use the PDA device while reading and writing with illumination and sound by playing the PDA device.

The invention provides a binder that is organized internally along the line of most binders, e.g. with sleeves or dividers and a retention system, such as a three ring system for keeping track of information. Unique to the invention is the provision of a slotted front cover which leads to an internally accessible compartment. Uniquely, the invention allows an individual to stuff their bills and other information that requires timely attention through the slot in the binder. These items are retained securely therein in a closed compartment. The individual may on a timely basis, i.e. monthly, open the compartment within the binder and go through the various letters, bills, and like, and respond thereto in a coordinated way.

Abstract: This invention provides a padfolio, portfolio or other foldable business accessory that is organized with three hinged leaves (including two main leaves and one overriding leaf that folds over the main leaves when closed together) that may be unfolded and laid flat to expose various internal elements within an overall interior. The elements are organized so that a notepad is provided in a center leaf, while one of the opposing side leaves include a raised clock base having a well or recess for securing a clock having a folding stand that can be raised into an angled, standing position from a flat position. One main leaf also includes a support base that removably supports a personal digital assistant (PDA), that is normally secured flat against the leaf, but that can be hinged upwardly into at least one adjustable angled position whereby the PDA is tilted for easier viewing whilst working in another area of the padfolio, such as the notepad. In this manner, it is more accessible and easier to use.

Abstract: The present invention is an organizational system, which includes filing pockets and writing surfaces and is designed to be either removably mounted on a surface using magnets or permanently attached to a surface via nails or tacks or otherwise. The major elements consist of a front side that is comprised of a plurality of labeled pockets for the storage of items and may include a separate removable writing surface. In one embodiment, for example, the places for inserting and storing storage devices in each page comprises four generally circular cavities having their centers lying on a circle that is centered on a page, and a covering that partially covers the circular cavities. Each circular cavity is dimensioned to hold a CD (or DVD) and the partial covering of the circular cavity is adapted to insure that a CD will rest securely in the circular cavity.

A writing instrument, preferably with a pocket clip thereon, passes partially through the exterior cover slot to a chamber between exterior cover and interior check and register holder. The pocket clip encompasses at least a part of the exterior cover. The checkbook cover is formed using standard sheet processing techniques, but includes the additional step of severing at a selected strategic internal location to form the slot. Additional force distributors, preferably in the form of circular cut-outs, may be formed at the terminations of the slot. Heat stamped reinforcements are provided in the preferred embodiment about the slot and force distributors, to further strengthen the cover.

Image data are retrieved from the data storage devices and sent via a wireless link to an image data storage device, e.g., a personal computer. Photographs or other flat display materials may be inserted into the pockets formed between the backing sheet and the protective sheet through the elongated slits. The pockets are delineated so that they are aligned with the window opening in the cover.

A bottom tacky strip is located across the bottom edge of the shopping list sheet, and two side tacky strips are located at opposing side edges of shopping list sheet. To convert the shopping list sheet into an integrated shopping list and coupon folder, the completed shopping list sheet is peeled from a pad of such sheets and folded along a central fold line, such that the bottom tacky strip seals against itself and the side tacky strips seal against each other. The integrated shopping list and coupon folder is thus formed.
