Abstract: A pin retaining assembly for an advancing ram includes a retention plate and a retainer. The retention plate includes two oppositely facing surfaces and a channel with a notch between the two surfaces. The retainer includes a main body, a pin receiving slot, and at least two flanges. The main body is configured to slide into the notch of the channel and extend through a surface of the retention plate. The pin receiving slot has an open mouth through an end of the main body. A first flange extends from one end of the main body along a surface of retention plate and a second flange extends from another end of the main body along another surface of retention plate. The flanges retain the main body of the retainer in the first notch from moving in a direction defined by a longitudinal axis of the pin receiving slot.

Abstract: A pipe joint arrangement, which is intended for enabling one or more angular deflections successive in a longitudinal direction along an elongated pipeline in one or more planes. A joining piece is connectible with pipeline sections to be coupled with each other successively in the longitudinal direction and includes of frame elements locked to each other in a longitudinal direction and provided therebetween a swivel member with a substantially cylindrical or spherical swiveling face for enabling movement of the frame elements by rotating the same relative to each other with respect to one or more axes of rotation.
Abstract: A wrist mechanism comprising a pipe 52 extended in relation to a front .alpha.-axis among the three axes of motion (.alpha.-axis, .beta.-axis, .gamma.-axis) of a wrist, on a center axis A--A of turning motion through the center of an .alpha.-axis reduction gear, a universal pipe coupling 61 provided in relation to a .beta.-axis on the center axis B--B of motion, a pipe 51 having one end connected to the pipe 52 and the other end connected to the pipe coupling 61, and a hose 4 extended along a support arm 3 and connected through the pipe coupling 61 to the pipe 51. The wrist mechanism is incorporated into a robot for work in which a fluid is used, such as an application of an adhesive and sealant.
Abstract: A fluid swivel coupling is provided for interconnecting two fluid conduits so as to permit relative rotational movement between the interconnected fluid conduits about two axes at the coupling which are perpendicular to each other. The swivel coupling includes a swivel body connectable to a fluid conduit and adapted to accept for rotational movement a spindle member including a "U" shaped yoke rotatingly supporting a fluid conduit connector between the arms thereof. The swivel coupling is provided with a passageway between the interconnected fluid conduits which is continuous and remains uninterrupted throughout the range of movement of the swivel coupling.
Abstract: There is disclosed a universal joint for multiple conduit system wherein all of the conduits pass through the interior of the joint. The conduits which pass through the universal joint on axes offset from the pivot axes of the joint are provided with first and second pivot means which are preferably fluid swivels. The fluid swivels provide the requisite flexibility to the conduits when the universal joint is flexed.
Abstract: There is disclosed a universal joint for multiple flowline system wherein all of the conduits pass through the interior of the joint. The conduits whichpass through the universal joint on axes offset from the pivot axes of the joint are provided with flexing means which enable the offset conduit to rotate around a pivot axis of the universal joint when the joint is flexed.
