  • Patent number: 11460133
Abstract: A tube connector has a main body, a restricting element, and a sealing ring. The main body has a mounting segment extending outwardly and transversely to form an inner annular space to accommodate the restricting element and the sealing ring. When the tube body is inserted, the tube body will be engaged and positioned by teeth of the restricting element. The sealing ring and the restricting element abut each other to maintain the sealing from the sealing ring. The changes of the pressure from the fluid transporting in the tube body will move the tube body and the main body relatively to and fro, and thus the abutting force against the sealing ring will increase or decrease accordingly, which maintains the elasticity of the sealing ring to maintain the sealing after a long time of use, thereby avoiding elastic fatigue and prolonging the lifespan.

Abstract: A universal self-locking push-to-connect plumbing insert assembly provides flexibility to an installer to use the assembly in the field with a variety of different plumbing fittings for coupling conduits to such fittings. The assembly comprises first and second interlocking cartridges holding a dual function gripping ring. The gripping ring has inwardly projecting tines for gripping and holding a fluid conduit and outwardly projecting tines for holding the assembly within a plumbing fitting. A sealing ring is captively held by the first cartridge and is positioned to seal the insert assembly to a plumbing fitting when inserted therein and also seal a conduit extended into the assembly. In one embodiment, the assembly further includes a release ring held within the second cartridge for selectively engaging the inwardly projecting tines of the gripping ring to allow a fluid conduit to be removed from the insert assembly.

Abstract: An oil feeding device includes a tube body formed of metal and having a tube connecting part, and a connection pipe formed of resin and having a pipe connecting end. A press-fitting member and a seal member are clamped between the tube connecting part and the pipe connecting end. The press-fitting member includes a press-fitting body having a cylindrical outer peripheral face, which is fitted to an outer periphery of the tube connecting part, and claws which are formed at one end of the press-fitting body. The pipe connecting end is provided with a reduced diameter part which is formed by annularly reducing a diameter of a part of the pipe connecting end. The reduced diameter part retains the pipe connecting end, in engagement with the claws, by being formed by plastic deformation before or after the pipe connecting end is connected to the tube connecting part.

Abstract: A connection device for pipe lines includes a connection element that has a receiving opening for a pipe line and a retainer element that stops the pipe line from being pulled out. The retainer element is designed as a spring-elastic toothed ring that has teeth distributed across a circumference and which extend radially inward at an incline and act against the pipe line. The toothed ring is mounted to have limited axial play. At the transition region between an outer circumferential region and the retainer teeth, the toothed ring interacts with a circumferential tilt edge such that the toothed ring can pivot about the tilt edge out of a position in which its outer circumferential region is pressed against a first, lower contact section and a second, upper contact section. The retainer teeth being able to be elastically deformed by bending.
