Abstract: A closing device includes a box with a hole, a roto-translating pin disposed in the hole of the box in such a way to rotate and translate from a retracted closing position to an extracted opening position. The closing device has a spring to push the roto-translating pin in the opening position, a locking device to lock the roto-translating pin in the closing position, a first actuator to move the locking device, a second actuator to move the first actuator. The roto-translating pin has a shoulder that protrudes externally from the roto-translating pin to be stopped against the internal wall of the box around the hole in such manner to stop the extraction travel of the roto-translating pin.

Abstract: A door lock structure for securement in a longitudinal cavity disposed in a door vertical free edge portion or folding door edge post, or the like. The door lock structure comprises an elongated locking rod supportingly guided in the longitudinal cavity. Each rod has a locking free end extendible above an open end of the bore above a horizontal edge of the door. The rod is normally biased in a retracted position in the cavity, with the rod locking free end disposed inwardly of the horizontal door edge. An external rod displacement element is secured to the rod for displacing the rod and the locking free end outwardly of the horizontal door edge to a locking position. A bolt engaging mechanism is disposed inwardly of the door edge adjacent the rod for engaging the rod when placed in its locking position. A key-operated cam is provided on an inside surface of the door vertical free edge portion for disengaging the rod engaging mechanism from engagement with the rod.

Abstract: An apparatus for use in elevating the movable end of the a swinging gate and for supporting and maintaining the end of gate in a predetermined position, whereby the locking drop rod of the gate may be selectively and cooperatively received by the apparatus to thereby lock the gate from further swinging movement.

Abstract: A window and lock structure therefor for drawing the window sash tightly against the window frame, with the locking structure including a keeper on the window sash engageable by a locking shoe mounted on the frame and with the locking shoe having compound movement to engage the keeper and draw the sash tightly closed, with the movement of the locking shoe being derived from mechanism actuated by engagement with another part of the window sash as the window sash is closed.
