To replenish the bearings, lubricant is introduced into the annular space through a channel in the spindle that communicates between an inlet opening in the end of the spindle and an outlet opening at the annular space. The lubricant impregnated bearings are grooved to enhance lubricant flow and distribution around the bearing surfaces.
