Each of right and left edge parts of the lower flange is fastened and fixed to a lower surface of the side face block. In the lower flange, an extension length to the vehicle body frontward direction and a maximum thickness in a vertical direction are gradually increased from a middle region in the vehicle width direction toward a fastening fixation part.
