Abstract: A platform, such as a deck plate or step, for attachment to a support on an over the highway truck or tractor. The platform includes a plate having an upper surface and a lower surface. A plurality of elongated members extend from the lower surface. A plurality of hooks are defined on end portions of the elongated members. The hooks secure the platform to the support.
Abstract: A vehicle floor panel has curved portions formed thereon and protruding downwardly in a spherical fashion, and each of which is surrounded by a substantially horizontal portion. Ribs extending from the curved portions to a vertical wall portion of a tunnel portion and protruding upwardly are provided. Ribs extending between the curved portions and protruding downwardly are also provided. Furthermore, ribs protruding upwardly are provided. According to the construction, the rigidity of various types of vehicle floor panels can be enhanced in an ensured fashion.
Abstract: A vehicle bed assembly including a frontwall, a pair of sidewalls, a backwall, and a bed portion. The walls and the bed portion include stiffening ribs that cooperatively allow the bed assembly to be easily cleaned and allow the bed assembly to be formed from relatively lightweight material. The vehicle bed assembly further includes side mounting assemblies which allow the assembly to be secured to the vehicle frame.
