Abstract: A modular system for autonomous food assembly includes: a skid operable in a first configuration configured to transiently install on a vehicle and in a second configuration configured to transiently install in a kiosk; a set of food dispensing modules configured to transiently install on the skid and store and dispense food based on food orders; and a fixed infrastructure configured to distribute power from a first power source in the truck to the set of food dispensing modules in the first configuration, from a second power source in the fixed kiosk to the set of food dispensing modules in the second configuration, and to the set of food dispensing modules; a controller installed on the skid and configured to receive food orders and control the set of food dispensing modules to dispense food orders from the truck in the first configuration and from the kiosk in the second configuration.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system in a vehicle which enables fully automatic preparation of pizza during delivery in order to deliver crisp pizza fresh out of the oven to the customers. The system carries out the process starting from the fermentation of the dough up to the cooking of the product in the vehicle automatically without using manpower. Delivery with optional autonomous driving characteristic is performed without a driver. Pizza delivery vehicles operating in real time with the back office and management application, calculates the cooking time by using the position information of the vehicle and times it such that the cooking process is completed when the vehicle arrives at the delivery destination. As a result, it is enabled for the pizzas cooked inside the stone oven within the vehicle to be delivered to the customers with quality such that they were cooked in a restaurant.

The liquid topping dispenser assembly is mounted onto a sidewall of the kiosk such that an open space is formed. A gasket assembly is positioned within the open space.

Abstract: A food preparation and delivery system can include a plurality of cooking units such as ovens, each containing one or more prepared, but partially or completely uncooked, food items. The food items in the cooking units are for delivery to each of a corresponding plurality of consumer delivery destinations. The cooking units are loaded into a cargo compartment of a delivery vehicle for delivery to the plurality of consumer delivery destinations. The cooking conditions within the cooking unit are controlled such the each food item is cooked prior to arrival at the consumer destination location. In at least some embodiments, the estimated delivery time for each consumer destination location can be dynamically updated and the cooking conditions within the cooking unit adjusted.

Behind the robotic wall is a product stocking area, where commodity products can be added to the robotic wall with assistance from the robotics.

The machine provides a small volume, a small land occupation space, convenience of moving, a short time before obtaining the food, a proper food temperature for eating immediately, and a quick manner of dining for people in a hurry.

In at least one embodiment, a solar-powered mobile vending apparatus includes: a portable chassis; a housing; at least one vending machine configured to be stored and transported in the housing; a solar panel array configured to capture sunlight and convert the captured sunlight into electricity, thereby to provide solar power to the vending machine; a plurality of batteries configured for charge from the electricity generated from the solar panel array in order to provide power to the at least one vending machine; a controller configured to control the solar panel array and the plurality of batteries; and at least one lift configured to lower and raise the vending machine. The solar-powered mobile vending apparatus is adapted for use both off-grid and on-grid. The customized trailer is formed from a steel frame shaped similar to a conventional 4×6 utility trailer upon which various kitchen equipment and appliance are supported and provides a 2000 pound gross vehicle weight rating for easy mobility and towing from a standard 1?? hitch ball. A flat upper panel encloses the equipment when stored, and provides a horizontal support surface when deployed. A event grill is rollably deployed from behind a door on the trailers first side and, when extended, provides a five foot wide, four burner grilling surface provided with cooking fuel from pair of LP propane tanks mounted to a tank rack positioned for easy accessability and control at the trailer's front end.

Steps are provided to enable access to the auxiliary platform from the interior vehicle floor.

An interior dining area is provided in-between sidewalls of the container as is a kitchen area. A door in an endwall is rotatable to provide an inclining ramp for walking or wheelchair access. The container is moveable by truck but once deployed takes on the appearance of a small restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating.

Abstract: A mobile kitchen comprises a housing disposed atop one or more wheel axles and a plurality of appliances disposed within the housing. Each appliance is heated by combustion of a distillate fuel. One or more air channels are disposed about each of the appliances, such that each air channel substantially isolates excess heat from combustion of the distillate fuel from a workspace within the housing. One or more first air blowers are associated with the air channels, and each is adapted to force air through the air channels and vent the excess heat to the exterior of the housing. One or more second air blowers are coupled to the housing, and each second air blower is adapted to vent a predetermined volume of air from within the workspace at least once per minute.

Abstract: A beverage vending machine installation comprising a cabinet and a trolley unit, the cabinet defining a void in which, in use, the trolley unit can be positioned. The cabinet has an opening and at least one door moveable between open and closed positions. A trolley unit comprises at least one beverage vending machine. The trolley unit is moveable relative to the cabinet between an installed position and an uninstalled position. In the installed position the trolley unit is positioned within the void of the cabinet such that at least one door may be closed to allow operation of the vending machine installation. In the uninstalled position, the trolley unit is removed from the cabinet after opening at least one door to allow access to the trolley unit.

Abstract: An integrated kitchen unit for a mobile vehicle. The integrated kitchen unit intended to make preparation, eating, and cleaning easier and more intuitive than the existing solution. The integrated kitchen unit provides multiple storage areas based on the needs required for cooking, including storage for utensils, and even storage for a range of third party appliances. The microwave becomes an integrated part of the design, opening up additional space and allowing for optimized ergonomics of preparation surfaces. Extendable tables can be pulled out for additional surfaces or for other needs such as desk area. Standard 110V AC outlets included in the design allow drivers to plug in any third party appliance, possible providing inverters be installed in the berth. A disposal container is located on the side of the integrated kitchen unit, allowing for easy access while preparing at the workstation, and even while driving.

A sink and a stove are operably mounted through the countertop surface. A fuel source is operably connected to the stove and separated from the stove by the countertop surface. A water source, mounted on either the base plate or on the trailer, is operably connected to the sink. A method for constructing a mobile camping facility is also described.

Abstract: A motorized picnic table having a drive mechanism, wheels connected to and driven by the drive mechanism, a table mounted above the drive mechanism, and at least one seat adjacent the table. In the preferred embodiment, the seats are bench-type seats and flank the drive mechanism. The motorized table includes fenders covering at least a portion of the wheels to protect the feet and legs of picnickers using the table from the wheels when the table is in motion. A foot platform is provided for picnickers to rest their feet upon. The table has a roof and a roof mounting frame for mounting said roof above said table. The roof may be removable. The motorized table has open sides. The motorized table includes a steering mechanism wherein the steering mechanism can be operated by a picnicker seated on one of the seats. In the preferred embodiment, the steering mechanism extends through an aperture in the picnic table. The drive mechanism has a hydrostatic transmission.

Abstract: A portable and collapsible chafing system includes a frame forming a well configured to hold a chafing container. Underlying the frame is a heating device holder in the form of a platform pivotally connected to the frame. The chafing system includes legs pivotally connected to the frame for movement between a first collapsed position and a second position in which legs extend from and elevate the frame. Wheels are associated with each leg to render the system mobile.

Abstract: Apparatus for keeping hot and for transporting prepared dishes, in particular pizzas, from the producer to the consumer, using a motor vehicle equipped with a thermally insulated container, which in its lower portion is provided with a heat exchanger using which the heat supplied by an external source is transmitted to the air in the container by heat conduction and radiation, characterised in that the container is laid out as an essentially square box at the bottom of which the heat exchanger is incorporated. One of the four lateral walls of the box is linked to the box, forming a door which is sealed and gives access to the container. The other three lateral walls and the top cover of the box are laid out as double walls enclosing air interspaces, which on their sides are all mutually interconnected and towards the front, towards the access door, are connected to the inner chamber of the container.

Abstract: A mobile pizza kitchen utilizes a pickup truck with a camper shell that covers the cargo bed. A radiation type intermittently operated oven and refrigerated case are located in the bed and covered by the shell. A clutched AC generator is installed under the hood of the truck and is driven by a serpentine belt connected to the engine. The electricity from this generator is used to power the oven, refrigerated case and other equipment. One type of oven that is suitable for this mobile pizza kitchen utilizes quartz halogen lights which produce ultraviolet and infrared radiation. In order to cook pizza, the driver must exit the cabin of the vehicle and open the tailgate and the rear door of the shell. Cooking occurs while the vehicle is stopped. The oven and the case are vented to atmosphere to prevent overheating of the rear compartment. The engine of the truck is left on while cooking so that the generator can produce electricity for the oven and the refrigerated case.

Abstract: A steel frame supports a trailer body which encloses a refrigerator freezer, a gas stove or grill, and storage space for a generator, LP gas tanks, and canopy components. During transport the trailer is covered by two hinged covers, and two side benches are retracted and retained elevated alongside the trailer body. In use, the covers are rotated 180 degrees about hinges to form counters for service of up to eight diners. Each bench has two legs which are slidably received within fittings on the ends of two horizontal extension members which telescope within tubular cross members mounted beneath the trailer body. The legs are elevated and held in place by spring catches. In service, the benches are extracted and lowered, and the covers deployed to define counters. A canopy has side poles which engage the ground, and bracing poles which extend from the trailer body, all being trailer stowable.

Abstract: A mobile vending assembly includes a vending machine and a portable structure. The portable structure encloses and protects the vending machine. The structure includes a bay for locating and supporting the vending machine defined by a base, walls, a roof, and a door, wherein the door includes an opening permitting access to the vending machine located in the bay. The structure can include options such as removable wheels, a removable hitch, an electrical outlet, an awning, a microprocessor, a generator, and access panels.

Abstract: My invention, the “Portable Self-Contained Mobile Vending Unit,” revolutionizes the single chafing dish equipment used by caterers as well as the small steam table used by food vendors in a mobile vending “hot cart.” Caterers as well as mobile food vendors can offer their customers a complete professional looking buffet style set-up of foods, indoor or outdoor, with a minimal amount of set-up. Another benefit is that the equipment is lightweight as well as durable, and requires no maintenance. The expansion of the standard style mobile vending “hot cart” from one or two full chafing dish compartments to as many as seven additional full size portable steam pans, offers a food operator endless potential. Additionally, the self-contained style saves the food caterer from setting up a separate table to accommodate his separate chafing dishes.

Abstract: A food service kiosk is provided in the shape of a vehicle wherein the engine compartment is used for storage of enough water for food preparation and subsequent cleanup without leaving the food service site. A three-hole sink, a hand sink and a mop sink are located within the body section of the food service kiosk. Gray water from the three-hole sink drains into the mop sink which drains into the gray water tank. The engine compartment provides storage room for a fresh water tank, a hot water heater and a gray water storage tank which is not available in a conventional food service kiosk. Water from the mop sink drains into the gray water storage tank. If required for an extended stay at a food service site, a trailer can be attached to the rear end of the food service kiosk which contains a large fresh water storage tank for resupplying the fresh water tank in the engine compartment.

The cart generally comprises a mobile unit having a horizontal tray and legs extending downward from corners thereof. The legs have casters located at lower ends thereof and comprise telescoping members for permitting adjustment of tray height. A collapsible faucet extends beyond the upper surface of the counter and includes a first end that extends over the sink and a second end that rests beneath the upper surface of the counter and is coupled to a water supply line. The water supply line is connected at an opposite end to a continuous, endless water source such as an outdoor faucet or spigot. A water filtering system is preferably secured to one of the legs of the mobile unit.

Abstract: A plumbing assembly is provided which is formed from a plurality of rigid pipe sections, connected between a movable sink and a relatively fixed fluid outlet. These pipe sections are joined together by swivel fittings that permit the pipe sections to rotate with respect to each other. In this manner, different distances between the sink and the fluid outlet are accommodated by a folding and unfolding motion of the plumbing assembly in a minimum of space behind the wall of an expandable portion of the room. Fluid supply lines for providing hot and cold water to the sink faucet can be mounted within the same spacial area by means of similar swivel fittings that create an offset parallelogram structure. The lengths of at least the fluid draining pipe sections and the supporting structure behind the wall are selected such that a downward slope is maintained over the entire fluid flow path between the sink and the fluid outlet regardless of sink position during usage.
