At least one bench is pivotably connected to the base. The at least one bench is movable from a stored position adjacent the base, an in-use position that is substantially perpendicular to the base. A support leg is pivotably connected to the table and to the at least one bench. The support leg is disposed to extend in a direction perpendicular to the table and the at least one bench when the table and at least one bench are in the in-use position.

Abstract: Described are pivoting and sliding tray tables (10) that move through a substantially constant plane from a stowed position to a deployed position for use with passenger seats. The tray table (10) rides on two elements (14, 18) that themselves ride along guide tracks or guide rails (21, 22, 23) to provide a combination rotating and translating motion during deployment. In the deployed position, the tray table may be displaced linearly but is restricted from rotation. The tray table may be moved to accommodate passengers of differing size or to allow ingress and egress from the passenger seat with a reduced risk of unintentional rotation.

Abstract: A deployable table apparatus for a vehicle includes a support arm and a carrier member. The carrier member is mounted to the support arm and is movable between a retracted position and an extended position. A table is mounted to the carrier member and is pivotable between a first position suitable for stowage and a second position suitable for use. A biasing mechanism is provided for biasing the carrier member towards the extended position. Movement of the carrier member from the extended position to the retracted position is inhibited when the table is in the second position. Pivoting the table to the second position is inhibited when the carrier member is in the retracted position.

The self-supporting poolside child seat includes straps that secure the child to the child seat as a safety precaution when in use in the water of said pool. A canopy extends from behind said child seat to provide shade to the child seated therein. Armrests extend from the child seat, and provide a means by which a tray may attach to the child seat for use as a surface to place food or toys thereon. Adjustable supports extend to the rear of the child seat and work in concert with diagonal supports to secure the child seat to the side of the above-ground swimming pool.

The storage panel assembly has a platform and at least one sidewall moveable relative to the platform between a retracted position preferably generally flush with the rear surface of the seat back and an extended position inclined relative to the platform to facilitate receiving and retaining objects on the platform.

Abstract: A holding receptacle for vehicles, which, when installed, is integrated in a passenger compartment of the vehicle, has two side walls which are connected to each other in the region of their ends by transverse walls and a bottom to form an upwardly open box which can be used as a storage space. The suitability for a design which is advantageous with regard to weight is improved. It is proposed that a lightweight supporting frame having side wall structures and at least one crossmember structure is provided as the load-bearing structure of the holding receptacle, with a box-shaped insert containing the storage space being held by the supporting frame.

Portions of the ottoman and chair assemblies are specifically structured for positioning toward and away from one another into a completely reclined or horizontal support position so as to allow the passenger or occupant to assume such a position, as when resting or sleeping.

Abstract: A ski guard assembly includes two pairs of tip guard members and two pairs of tail guard members which combine to protect the metal edges of different length skis. Each of the guard members includes a base portion with two spaced side walls forming an open channel for capturing only the tips and tails of a ski so as to protect the top and corners of the tips and tails while shielding sharpened metal side edges thereof against damage to the side edges or against damage to other objects coming into contact with the skis. The side walls and bottom portion define a closed end and an open end. Grooves are formed in each of the spaced side walls adjacent the open ends of each of the guard members to accommodate a connection strap for holding a pair of skis together while retaining each one of a pair of skis within the guard members.

The seat bottom member is guided on pins located on the side panels of the containment unit or housing and which pins are disposed in the slots of the members provided on the sides of the seat bottom of the track is also disposed in the containment unit. The vertical movement of the back member and vertical and horizontal movement of the seat bottom member may be assisted by a ring reel provided with a cable attached to the back member and to the ring reel.
