Milker Stool Type Patents (Class 297/175)
  • Patent number: 7192082
Abstract: A portable seating device is provided in the form of at least two horizontal planks having respective coupling ends along which such members may be joined. The underside surfaces of these planks are provided with vertical support containment means. Such vertical support containment means serve to contain and localize the upper end of a central vertical support placed against the underside surfaces of the two horizontal seating members, overlapping their connected coupling ends. A preferred central vertical support is a tapered pail or bucket which may or may not have its carrying handle removed. Additional vertical supports may be provided to underlie further portions of the underside surfaces of the horizontal planks, deployed symmetrically on either side of the central vertical support and similarly localized against the underside surfaces.

  • Patent number: 6740015
Abstract: A torso exercise machine includes a frame designed to rest upon a floor surface; a seat pivotally mounted on the frame; at least one handlebar pivotally mounted on the frame; and a link pivotally interconnected between the seat and the handlebar. The link constrains the seat and the handlebar to pivot in opposite directions relative to the frame. A resistance device may be interconnected between the handlebar and the frame to resist pivoting of the handlebar and the seat toward one another.

  • Patent number: 6220995
Abstract: An exerciser including a base frame with a seat pad. A leg support is pivotally inward foldably connected with two ends of a bottom face of the base frame. The leg support has a front arch section, a rear horizontal section and a vertical section. Two ends of a rear side of the base frame are respectively disposed with two adjustment seats for adjusting an angle. The other end of the adjustment seat is fixedly connected with each end of a handle. So, the base frame can be swung, lifted and lowered. The angle of the handle can be freely adjusted via the adjustment seat. Therefore, the position of the handle can be adjusted in accordance with various conditions for the user with the user's body stably presses on the seat pad and the base frame. The resilient section creates a resistant force when pushing and pulling the handle to achieve an exercising effect.

  • Patent number: 4630861
Abstract: A foldable stool has trapezoidal sides including first and second nonfolding side walls and first and second folding end walls. Each end wall includes first and second nonfolding half-walls and a piano-type hinge connecting these half-walls to each other. A folding top wall of the stool includes first and second nonfolding top half-walls hinged together with a piano-type hinge. Piano-type hinges connect each first half-wall to the first side wall, and piano-type hinges connect each second half-wall to the second side wall. A lip portion extending horizontally outwardly from the top wall when the stool is in its upright condition is in contact with the upper edges of each of the side walls and end walls to support any weight put on the stool along the entire top edges of these side walls and end walls.
