At least one hole is disposed in the base platform proximate its front edge. A seat is attached to the base platform utilizing a vertical column. The vertical column is adjustable in height between a fully extended position and a fully retracted position. The vertical column holds the seat in a position facing the gaming machine. However, when the vertical column is in its fully retracted position, the seat can be turned ninety degrees to facilitate a person entering or exiting the seat. A locking mechanism joins the base platform to the gaming machine. Authorized personnel can only open the locking mechanism.
