The interactive device may include a toy, game, or computer. The interactive device may be secured to the toilet by straps or to the toilet lid hinges and may be detachable from the flush toilet. The interactive device may have hinges that allow the interactive device to be folded to a compact configuration. The interactive device makes “going to the bathroom” enjoyable for both the child and parent, while educating the child to appreciate and to become more accustomed to using a flush toilet.

Abstract: A folding chair may include an upper frame, two armrests, two side frames, a front linking unit and a rear linking unit. When the user moves the armrests down to start chair folding process, the front linking unit and rear linking unit start to shrink and bring the side frames closer to each other. In the mean time, two side connecting rods are driven to bring the upper frame to moves down and further squeeze a seat fabric into a space between two side frames to form a compact structure of the folding chair. The size of the folding chair can be determined by extended length of the front linking unit and a rear linking unit. The folding chair proposed in the present invention is comfortable and stable for the user to sit, and all elements of the folding chair can be easily and closely folded into a compact size.

According to some embodiments of the invention, an additional pair of armrests may be attached to existing conventional chair designs that have only one pair of armrests in order to increase the utility of the chair, which may be especially useful for lounge chairs, patio furniture, chaise lounges, and the like. According to other embodiments of the invention a lounge chair includes armrests that rotate toward and away from a person sitting in the chair, armrests that remain horizontal as the chair is repositioned, and platforms to support the arms of a person lying in the chair.

Abstract: A folding chair with safety latch device. The device includes an anchor unit which has two ends pivotally engaged with a rear leg and a backrest bracket, and a slide unit coupled with the rear leg. The anchor unit and the slide unit have respectively a latch finger and a latch opening corresponding to with each other to form a latched relationship. The slide unit further has a release opening to allow users to undo the latched relationship only through a tool such that a child sitting on the chair may be prevented from falling down resulting from abrupt folding of the chair caused by incidental release of the latched relationship.

Abstract: A baby chair structure comprises legs, a seat section, arm rests and a tray. The legs are formed by four sets of cross rods, each set of cross rods has one top end jointed together with another top end of a neighboring cross rod to connect with a block which has an upright rod extending therefrom forming a conical shaped frame. The rear end upright rods are connected to the rear ends of the arm rests and then inserted into two sacks at respective sides of a back support. The front end of each arm rest has a protrusion, and the inside of the protrusion is for the front upright rod to extend therethrough. The tray comprises a pair of grooves for receiving the protrusions of the arm rests, a pair of C-rings are formed on the respective ends adapted to buckle the arm rests, and a safety belt is inserted through a hook of the tray and secure the baby.

Abstract: A foldable chair includes four supporting legs, each having a top portion, a bottom portion, and an intermediate portion, and four stretchers, each disposed to brace two adjacent supporting legs. When upper hook ends of the stretchers are slidably moved to a folded position to be proximate to the top portions, the two adjacent supporting legs are closer to each other. Four first coupling members are slidably mounted on the intermediate portions, and are connected to the upper hook ends. Four second coupling members are slidably mounted on the intermediate portions, and are disposed above and are engageable with the first coupling members. A flexible seat sheet is disposed to be grasped by gripping portions of the second coupling members and is tensed when the supporting legs are in the spread position.

Abstract: A portable back and arm support device for use on a bleacher-type bench seat which incorporates a simple back support and two arm supports hingedly connected to the back support. Each arm support may be folded inward so that each arm support is in a parallel relationship with the back support as well as with each other in a tight, transportable arrangement, or each arm support may be folded outward in its operation position so that each arm support is in a somewhat perpendicular relationship with the back support. Each arm support contains a unique fulcruming arrangement which allows the arm supports to constrict, thereby attaching to, or "grasping" onto a bench-type seat by fastening to the mere edges of such bench-type seat.

Abstract: A combination booster seat and high chair having a back member and a pair of arm panels pivotally connected to the sides of the back member. The arms move between an operative position wherein they are disposed essentially perpendicular to and extending forward of the back member and an inoperative position wherein they lie in a plane closely adjacent to and parallel with the back member. A seat is detachably connected to both the back member and the arms panels and may be pivoted to a vertical position on the back member when the unit is in the inoperative position so that the seat panel lies between the back member and the side panels. A tray is detachably connected to the side panels and may be removed when the unit is in the inoperative position and stored adjacent the seat between the back member and the arm panels. The height of the seat may be varied by inverting it in the operative position, and the tray may be adjusted toward and away from the back member.

Abstract: A convertible piece of furniture wherein a back support is connected to two frame members which are pivotable relative thereto through approximately 180.degree. about parallel axes which are inclined relative to the plane of the support for the piece of furniture between first positions in which the frame members and the back support constitute or form part of an upright chair with the back support disposed at a first angle to the plane of the support, and second positions in which the back support and the frame members constitute or form parts of an easy chair with the back support disposed at a different second angle with reference to the surface of the support. The frame members can include portions which constitute a seat in front of the back support in the first positions of the frame members but constitute two discrete arm rests in the second positions of the frame members.

Abstract: The folding chair has uniquely hinged components so that it may be folded into a small, compact unit. Side supports are mounted so as to lie substantially parallel to the back support when folded, and to extend substantially perpendicularly from the back support when unfolded. The back of the chair is pivotally mounted on the back portion so that it rests against the outer surface of the back support when the chain is folded and it rests at a slight angle to the vertical plane between the side supports when the chair is unfolded. Pivotally mounted on the back of the chair is a seat which rests substantially parallel to the back when the chair is folded and rests in a substantially horizontal plane between the side supports when the chair is unfolded.

Abstract: Hingedly connected seat and back portions of a padded shampoo chair have storage recesses in corresponding sides thereof into which folding legs of the seat portion and a folding shoulder and head rest and arm rests of the back portion are nested when the chair is folded for carrying with its cushion surfaces arranged outwardly. Simplicity and compactness are included in an economical structure.
