Abstract: The cigarette rack with inventory check comprises a package rack, a plurality of digital tape measures, and a control device. The package rack stores as individual packs each pack contained within the plurality of prepackaged smoking materials. The plurality of prepackaged smoking materials are organized into one or more stacks. Each of the plurality of digital tape measures measures the length of an outer dimension of a stack selected from the one or more stacks to determine the count of packs contained within the selected stack. The control system counts the number of packs contained within each of the one or more stacks. The control system displays: 1) the number of packs contained within each of the one or more stacks; and, 2) the price of an individual pack contained within the selected stack.

Systems of this invention provide theft deterrent dispensing modules for dispensing products and may incorporate theft deterrent measures including mechanical deterrents, time delays and sound. The dispensing modules may include one or more pusher assemblies for dispensing product. Certain systems of this invention may also include a lockout feature, so that one only pusher assembly may be activated to dispense a product at one time. In some embodiments, a door assembly may be provided as an additional theft deterrent mechanism so that access to additional product not yet dispensed by the pusher assembly is restricted.

Abstract: This invention provides a portable or fixed device for organizing and transporting items utilized by fisherman, hobbyists, tradesmen and the like. It comprises a main compartment containing a plurality of trays in which the items are organized and stored, and side and top compartments for organizing and storing items that are less suitable for storage in trays, such as elongated items and tools. The trays are held in the main compartment by a plurality of removable elastic cords which span the open front of the main compartment at such heights as to engage each tray at a point along its height. Trays can be removed by displacing the cords. Elastic cords also are provided to hold items in the side compartments. A cutting or work board can be is mounted on the back of the device, and slip-resistant surfaces can be installed on the top and the bottom. Handles can be provided for carrying the device, or the device can be built into the structure of a boat, a vehicle, or a fixed structure.

When the shelf plate is held on the shelf supports, the locking member is locked to the concave portion. When commodities are resupplied onto the shelf plate, the locking member is unlocked from the concave portion. Thereby, the movable portion of the connecting member is detached from the shelf support. Then, the shelf plate is pulled out forward and commodities are resupplied onto the pulled-out shelf plate.

The rollers are positioned in contact with the roller surface so as to allow the rack assembly to roll relative to the base member. A method of storing and displaying a number of products is also disclosed.

A cabinet is rotatably secured to the base for rotating about an axis which is substantially perpendicular to the base. The cabinet is adapted for storing articles within the cabinet and for holding articles on the exterior surface of the cabinet. The cabinet has a plurality of trays releasably secured in the interior of the cabinet. Each of the trays extends the full width and full depth of the interior of the cabinet. The cabinet has a plurality of rollers mounted on its lower surface. The rollers rotatably engage the base. Each of the rollers is rotatable about a roller axis which intersects the axis of rotation of the cabinet.

Abstract: A parts cabinet is provided with a simple means for inspecting the contents of a drawer and returning the contents to the drawer. The cabinet is provided with a tray, either as a separate element or integral with the cabinet top, into which the contents of the tray may be emptied. The tray has a hole beneath which an empty drawer is placed. When objects in the tray are scraped through the hole they fall into the drawer. Means are provided for visually indicating whether a drawer is in place beneath the hole.

Abstract: Storage cabinets for storing single sets of punches and dies when not being used in tabletting machines. The tabletting machine customarily employs a single such set of punches and dies. A storage cabinet includes plural horizontal trays providing plural horizontal nests for horizontally storing punches. It also includes plural horizontal drawers for storing dies that match the stored punches. The cabinet also may include a lesser number of door-carried vertically oriented punch nests for storing vertically oriented punches. All of the stored punches are so situated that their operative surfaces are protected against striking metal objects so that they will not be nicked, scratched or dented, necessitating repair. The cabinets are of a proper size for modular storage on a toolmaker's steel shelving.

Abstract: A drawer organizer unit is formed of four stacked rectangular cardboard panels secured together in selected areas by adhesive with fold lines permitting the insertion of lugs extending from the rear edges of the panels into retention apertures of the panel immediately therebeneath so as to permit erection of the unit. Tear lines adjacent the side edges of the unit permit an easy reduction in the width of the unit. The erected unit has canted steplike support surfaces whereas the unit is collapsible into a flat array for storage and/or shipping.

Abstract: The present invention is an enclosed display case having slidable trays therein movable from the outside of the display case. The slidable trays are stacked either vertically or horizontally with the items contained thereon being visible through a locked sliding glass door of the display case. Each of the trays has rollers to aid the movement of the trays along grooves inside the display case. Knobs extend from the side of the trays through slots to the outside of the display case to allow movement of the trays by customers to view items contained on each tray. A three-fourths length thin sliding bar moves with each tray to cover the slots in the side of the display case thereby preventing pilferage through the slots by customers.

Abstract: A display case for bakery goods and the like wherein a cabinet having opposite sidewalls and a front glass wall mounts a plurality of shelves. A pair of elongated support brackets are demountably suspended at the sidewalls of the cabinet and contain vertically spaced support beams thereon. Crossbars are demountably supported by the bracket support means and wire racks are removably clipped to the crossbars. One or more of the crossbars at the front of the cabinet adjacent the glass wall houses a fluorescent fixture and a fluorescent lamp which are concealed from view from the front of the cabinet but which are exposed for illumination of the shelf therebeneath.

Abstract: A display and storage assembly has an arcuate front face with openings therein to a multiplicity of tubular container members for receiving, storing and displaying goods. The assembly includes a plurality of vertically spaced body members having arcuate edge surfaces about which is formed the arcuate front cover member. A flexible sheet material back support member also extends in an arcuate configuration in spaced relationship to the cover member and is provided with apertures aligned with those of the cover member. The tubular container members are supported between the cover member and back support member and have a front rim element with a tubular body portion extending through the aperture of the cover member into telescoping engagement with a tubular body element, while a flange or rim portion abuts and is engaged with the outer surface of the cover member.

The movable front shelf section can be drawn out forwardly of said rear shelf section upon using the same, while it can be inserted and accommodated within said rear shelf section when it is not in use. According to one aspect of the present invention, the respective rear shelf sections are fixedly secured to a framework of the showcase. However, according to another aspect of the invention, each of said rear shelf sections is pivotably mounted on a framework of the showcase so as to be rotatable upwardly about an axis at the rear end portion thereof.
