  • Patent number: 10247238
Abstract: A sliding track assembly with a first structure having first and second opposing pairs of convex rails connected to a surface of a compartment of the first structure. The sliding track assembly has a second structure having first and second opposing pairs of rail guide recesses located on an outer wall surface of the second structure. The first and second opposing pairs of convex rails of the first structure are aligned with the first and second opposing pairs of rail guide recesses of the second structure. An opening of the first structure receives an end of the second structure. The second structure slidably traverses a length of the first structure when the first opposing pair of convex rails are aligned with the first opposing pair of rail guide recesses and when the second opposing pair of convex rails are aligned with the second opposing pair of rail guide recesses.

  • Patent number: 9752823
Abstract: A slide assembly for a drawer inside a refrigerator employs both side and central rollers which control both horizontal and vertical movement of the drawer through a first set of rollers employed at front and rear portions at each side of the drawer to control vertical movement within side tracks while the drawer is moved between an extended position and a retracted position. A second set of rollers is mounted along axes which are arranged 90 degrees relative to the first set of rollers and underneath the drawer. This second set of rollers control side-by-side movement of the drawer as it is opened and closed. In one embodiment, the second set of rollers is mounted in a refrigerated compartment and travel within a track or guideway mounted on the bottom of the drawer.

  • Patent number: 8851587
Abstract: A slide assembly having an outer segment, an intermediate segment, and an inner segment telescopically engaged with one another. The slide assembly includes forward pair of rollers and a rearward pair of rollers having a diameter that is greater than a diameter of the forward pair of rollers. The outer segment includes a protrusion that limits vertical movement of the intermediate slide segment. The intermediate segment includes a stop member arranged to contact a portion of the inner segment to limit vertical movement of the inner segment relative to the intermediate segment. The inner segment includes a stop arrangement that contacts the intermediate segment to define a closed position of the inner segment. The outer segment includes a stop member and a strengthening rib is positioned near a surface of the intermediate segment that contacts the stop member.
