Abstract: A medium stocking apparatus includes a housing having an open area, reels on which tapes are wound, a diverting unit for turning backward the tapes, a cylindrical drum on which a medium is wound with the tapes overlaid, and an openable unit for closing and opening an internal space from and to outside. During an operation, a closed state can be retained, and, during a maintenance work, an open state can be achieved, in which the openable unit is rotated in an upward direction for displacing upper tapes. The medium stocking apparatus can thus be offered which allows a maintenance work with high workability without impairing the tapes.

Abstract: A greatly simplified roll towel dispenser having far fewer parts than conventional dispensers is shown. The dispenser also has a minimal carbon footprint using recycled materials throughout and a sealed battery for primary power. With the simple dispensing mechanism battery life of months is possible as are remote and portable applications.

The anti-vandal front panel protects the inner components from attack from the outside. The device also provides a display and permits the issuance of printed tickets.

Abstract: An improved vandal-resistant paper towel dispenser for public washrooms includes a mechanism for storing and dispensing paper towels and an outer housing for encasing the mechanism. The outer housing includes a rear mounting surface that is adapted to be secured to a wall, and a shell-like forward surface, connected to the rear mounting surface, for protecting the mechanism from individuals who might have destructive intent. Advantageously, the shell-like forward surface is softly rounded to an extent that it is practically impossible to obtain a handhold on the top or sides of the outer housing, whereby a vandal will be prevented from grabbing the dispenser and pulling it off the wall.
