Internal Patents (Class 33/501.12)
  • Patent number: 11772741
Abstract: A sprocket support comprises at least ten internal spline teeth configured to engage with a bicycle hub assembly. The at least ten internal spline teeth of the sprocket support includes at least ten internal-spline driving surfaces. The at least ten internal-spline driving surfaces each include a radially outermost edge and a radially innermost edge. A radial length is defined from the radially outermost edge to the radially innermost edge. A total of the radial lengths of the at least ten internal-spline driving surfaces is equal to or larger than 7 mm. At least one internal-spline driving surface of the at least ten internal-spline driving surfaces has a first internal-spline-surface angle defined between the at least one internal-spline driving surface of the at least ten internal-spline driving surfaces and a first radial line. The first internal-spline-surface angle ranges from 0 degree to 10 degrees.

  • Patent number: 8984760
Abstract: A go/no-go gauge for hole tolerance measurement incorporates a handle, a first pin having a first diameter extending from a first end of the handle and a second pin having a second diameter extending from a second end of the handle. A force measurement element is disposed between the ends of the handle and configured to provide an indication upon exceeding a predetermined force level when attempting to insert one of the pins into a hole.

  • Patent number: 6370786
Abstract: A measuring apparatus is provided, in which a machined part is measured very simply and rapidly without affecting the effect unique to a machining center and the correction work with the measuring work can be immediately performed. The apparatus comprises a base mounted removably on a spindle of a machining center A, a slider provided in the axial center of the base in such a manner as to be slidable by operation of an operating unit exposed outside of the base, probes adapted to slide into and out at equidistant positions on the outer peripheral surface at the forward end of the base and adapted to protrude through an appropriate interlocking mechanism when the slider slides in one direction, and a display unit arranged outside of the base for detecting, through a detector, the size of the portion of the probe protruded with the sliding of the slider and displaying the measurement of the detector, wherein the machined part is measured immediately after machining.

  • Patent number: 6338201
Abstract: An instrument for checking dimensional accuracy of a surface or a toothing of a workpiece comprises a measuring head with two diametrically opposite, radially movable checking elements which bear against a surface to be checked and the radial movements of which, caused by irregularities of the surface, are transmitted to a perpendicular drive needle. The movement of the drive needle is registered by a measurement sensor. The axial movement of the measuring head in the workpiece is registered by a travel sensor. The measurement sensor and travel sensor are electronic components, the measurement signals of which can be processed and displayed by electronic data-processing apparatus.
