  • Patent number: 11966512
Abstract: An assistive device and method for non-visually discerning a three-dimensional (3D) real-world area surrounding a user, comprises a haptic feedback interface that includes a plurality of haptic elements. The assistive device receives sensor data of the 3D real-world area within a first proximity range of the assistive device from a plurality of different types of sensors that are communicatively coupled to the assistive device. The assistive device establishes a mapping of a plurality of objects within the first proximity range to the plurality of haptic elements in a defined region of the haptic feedback interface, based on the received sensor data. A haptic feedback generator generates a touch-discernible feedback on the haptic feedback interface based on the established mapping. The touch-discernible feedback comprises a plurality of differential touch-discernible cues to enable the user to non-visually discern the 3D real-world area surrounding the user.

  • Patent number: 11919451
Abstract: A vehicle data display system includes an electronic display installed within a vehicle, a 3-D sensor and an electronic controller. The 3-D sensor configured to scan areas forward of and along lateral sides of the vehicle producing point cloud. Each data point of the cloud data corresponding to a surface portion of a physical feature. Each data point includes distance, direction and vertical location of each surface point. The electronic controller is connected to the electronic display and the 3-D sensor. The electronic controller receives and evaluates the point cloud from the 3-D sensor generating a 3-D model of detected ones of the physical features around the vehicle including ground surfaces, non-drivable features and driving limiting features relative to the vehicle. The non-drivable features are features that have predetermined geometric relationships with adjacent ground surfaces such that caution is to be taken when driving over or on driving limiting features.

Abstract: The techniques herein are directed generally to a “zero-knowledge” data management network. Users are able to share verifiable proof of data and/or identity information, and businesses are able to request, consume, and act on the data—all without a data storage server or those businesses ever seeing or having access to the raw sensitive information (where server-stored data is viewable only by the intended recipients, which may even be selected after storage). In one embodiment, source data is encrypted with a source encryption key (e.g., source public key), with a rekeying key being an encrypting combination of a source decryption key (e.g., source private key) and a recipient's public key. Without being able to decrypt the data, the storage server can use the rekeying key to re-encrypt the source data with the recipient's public key, to then be decrypted only by the corresponding recipient using its private key, accordingly.

  • Patent number: 10985770
Abstract: The present application relates to a method for operating sensing signals and the circuit thereof. An analog-to-digital converter first processes the input signal having the most significant bit (MSB DATA) data at least once. Afterwards, the analog-to-digital converter processes the input signal having the least significant bit (LSB) data and the MSB data and sums all the input signals. Thereby, the process steps of the analog-to-digital converter can be simplified and the processing time can be shortened.

  • Patent number: 10984137
Abstract: A method for providing and maintaining secure storage of data includes cloaking the data by retrieving, from a database and using a first set of user-specific cloaking sequences and a first mapping, a first set of hidden sequences, and applying the data and the first set of hidden sequences as inputs to a cloaking algorithm. The cloaked data is stored in a persistent memory. The method further includes, during a later, second time period, re-cloaking the cloaked data by uncloaking the cloaked data using the first set of hidden sequences, retrieving, from the database and using the first set of user-specific cloaking sequences and a different, second mapping, a second set of one or more hidden sequences, and applying the uncloaked data and the second set of hidden sequences as inputs to the cloaking algorithm. The re-cloaked data is stored in the persistent memory.

  • Patent number: 10885596
Abstract: A specialized server within a real estate showing management system creates a showing appointment for a showing agent to show a listing and a set of geo-fences around the listing when the appointment is created. At a particular time before the showing, the specialized server notifies a showing agent mobile device to download the set of geo-fences and, when requested, provides the set to the mobile device. The mobile device notifies the specialized server when it breaches a geo-fence within the set. A key controller also notifies the specialized server when the showing agent opens the key controller to retrieve a key to the listing from the key controller. The specialized server determines that the showing has started when the two notifications and the beginning time of the showing appointment are within a predetermined time range. The specialized server then notifies property electronic devices to turn on.
