Abstract: A braided cable with a nighttime light reflection effect is provided for improving the safety of pedestrians at night, and the braided cable with a nighttime light reflection effect includes a plurality of light reflecting filaments and a plurality of nylon filaments alternately woven with the light reflecting filaments, and the braided cable can be applied in an earphone or a bicycle.
Abstract: A lighting apparatus is mounted to a lower end of a front fork that supports a front wheel via a bearing portion. The lighting apparatus has a housing, an upper surface of which includes a bottom case receiving surface formed thereon. The bottom case receiving surface is shaped so that an outer periphery of a bottom case can fit therein. A rubber sheet is placed between the bottom case and the bottom case receiving surface to offer vibration isolation property. A bolt is screwed into a threaded hole in the bottom case so as to penetrate through a mounting portion having the bottom case receiving surface, so that the lighting apparatus is secured to the bottom case.
Abstract: A reflector comprises a body having a reflecting member constituting the front surface and a base member mounted on the reflecting member and a plurality of reflex reflector structures provided along the front surface of the body, while the front surface has a curved shape arched in a longitudinal section of the body and the optical axes of the plurality of reflex reflector structures are directionally constant along the overall longitudinal direction of the body.
Abstract: A handgrip for bicycle includes a body including a first end, a second end, and a light reflection portion covering thereon between the first and second ends, a sheath mounted on the light reflection portion, a lamp device installed on an end of the sheath adjacent to the second end of the body, and a switch device installed to the body and electrically connected to the lamp device.
Abstract: The present invention provides a system and method for using a camera and display screen to provide a vehicle operator with an image of all or part of the area surrounding the vehicle. A camera is attached to the vehicle that is in communication with a display screen viewable by the operator. A system for inverting the image from the camera makes the image more readily understandable to the operator when the operator is looking forward and the camera is pointed backward. The camera and display screen may be wired into a vehicle network. The network may comprise many other devices for added convenience and functionality. Many other advantages can be added to the basic system, for example an operator controlled zoom, automatic changes of camera angle, quick-release components, magnetic security keys, and the like.
Abstract: A rear view bicycle mirror assembly (10) for attachment to a bicycle frame (3) comprising a mirror (14) and mounting body (12). The mounting body (12) comprising a mounting means for mounting the mirror onto the frame of the bicycle. The mounting means comprises a first mounting foot (18) for abutment and mounting on a first tube (6) of the bicycle frame, and a second mounting foot (24) for abutment and engaging a second tube (4) of the bicycle frame at an angle to said first tube and first mounting foot.
Abstract: The invention is a reflective insert for bicycles, tricycles or other vehicles having hollow handlebars, the device having an omnidirectional reflective surface attaching to a handlebar plug which, when inserted into the handlebar, provides a reflective surfacing to gather light from multiple directions and reflect such light in an omnidirectional array.
Abstract: Two separate but similar designs for bicycle reflectors are included, one designed for forward facing and which mounts to the handlebar of virtually any bicycle and one which mounts on the seat post and faces rearward, again mounting easily on virtually any bicycle design. Both reflectors use similar integrally molded mounting systems in which a mounting collar is provided which surrounds the seat; post or handlebar and which is tightened into place via a single set screw. A support arm extends outward tangentially from the collar and mounts a mounting bracket receptacle which snap fits and securely holds a reflector which is angled such that, when the collar is positioned on the tubular member, the mounting bracket receptacle is placed in a vertical orientation.
Abstract: A process for making a light-reflective bicycle frame and a light-reflective bicycle frame made therefrom are provided. The process includes: preparing a bicycle frame, providing a transparent adhesive layer on the bicycle frame, spreading uniformly light-reflective particles on the transparent adhesive layer to form a light-reflective particle layer which is substantially free of any superimposed or overlapping particles, and providing a transparent protective layer on the light-reflective particle layer.
Abstract: A visual indicator for attachment to bicycle wheels to enhance visibility and provide a warning of the presence of the bicycle in poor lighting conditions. The device comprises a resilient and flexible elongated hollow tubular structure rendered highly visually reflective by application of a coating or film of enclosed lens reflective material thereon. The tubular structure is readily attached to the spokes of a bicycle wheel, thus providing a large and broad effective area for visually responding to incident light radiation so as to provide a source of retro-reflective light.
Abstract: A bicycle light reflector which mounts on the rear axle of a bicycle and includes an upwardly extending flexible mast supporting a disc reflector at its upper end for oscillatory movement.
Abstract: A reflective warning device for vehicles includes a body having a rim, the rim has a reflective outer peripheral surface, a number of spokes are extended radially in the body, the body is rotatably coupled to the vehicle, the reflective light of the body can be seen from various directions when the body moves relative to the wind.
Abstract: A bicycle signalling assembly comprises a seat body having two cylinders constructed in such a manner that a circuit board can be fastened securely to cylinders without using a hand tool.
