Abstract: A lighting unit of a tent includes lamps, wires provided for connecting the lamps to power, and holding trenches formed along lower sides of upper rod portions of a supporting frame of the tent. Each of the holding trenches is made to have a slot narrower than a middle room thereof, and the lamps have a diameter bigger than width of the slot so as not to fall down when held in the trenches. Thus, the lamps are hidden in the holding trenches to not badly affect appearance of the tent. And, light emitting diodes can be used as the lamps to help make the tent attractive.

Abstract: A combination tool construction is provided that combines a high intensity flashlight and a standard, popular sized pocketknife. The handle portion of the flashlight housing is constructed to slideably receive a standard pocket type knife. The housing has a channel molded into its wall with the top of the channel being open, allowing the side of the pocketknife to be visible when received in the channel on the flashlight. This allows the user to verify that the knife is in place. At the rear of the flashlight is a small closure device that is pivotally mounted to the rear of the flashlight. The closure device pivots into place flush with the bottom of the flashlight to retain the pocketknife once it is fully inserted into the channel in the flashlight.

A light emitting element is mounted above the circuit board, and at the outer ring of the elastic lampshade and the protruding ring at the outer periphery of the combining seat. As the elastic lampshade is pressed, the lampshade moves downwards so that the elastic switch of the lampshade transfers a current signal to the circuit board for actuating the control circuit to light up the light emitting element.
