  • Patent number: 11448482
Abstract: A firearm light accessory with one or more embodiments enabling its user to control brightness of the colored beam or white beam of the firearm light. It comprises three items: a see-through lens cover with its base (18) attached to its cap (10) by a spring-assisted hinge, iris (12), and transparent colored disk (20). The cap is closed for the colored beam and opened for the white beam. Iris adjusting lever (14) protrudes through lens cover base (18). The lever position determines the amount of light passing through the accessory, so as to control brightness. The accessory can be produced with minimal equipment and materials by a person having ordinary skill in the art. Costs of production compared to the prices of colored filter devices not having brightness-control ability indicate commercial feasibility. Benefits include reducing glare, preserving the user's night vision, and reducing the user's risk of detection, thereby to assist hunters and to protect persons in combat or similar danger.

Abstract: Apparatus and method discloses a pair of strobe lights which are mounted onto the front of a firearm so that the lights send a light beam toward the target. The strobe lights comprise a red and a blue alternately flashing, high lumen, light-emitting diode for emitting a bright, alternating, red/blue light beam which prevents the target from properly focusing his eyes because of the alternating red and blue beams which affect the target's eyes. The lights are powered by a power supply and are controlled by a switch which is activated by the hand of a user.

  • Patent number: 7731380
Abstract: A weapon mount tactical light trigger includes a mount for Picatinny rail to clamp to a shotgun or rifle, a light mount to clamp a tactical light, and a principle mount to joint both mounts with a trigger base fixed at the back. Components of the trigger base include a trigger to switch on/off the tactical light, a circular shaft to allocate the trigger on the trigger base and a fixing bolt to keep the trigger and switch of the light to stay connected under normal conditions. When a user presses the trigger with a finger, the trigger pivots on the circular shaft and exerts pressure to the switch of the tactical light. The structure design of the trigger base is according to the principle of leverage; via pressing the trigger, it exerts pressure to the switch to turn on/off the light; as the mechanism design of this creation avoids possible shortfall of wire conduction and enhance the performance stability of the tactical light.

  • Patent number: 7685761
Abstract: A trigger activating tactical light grip includes a Picatinny rail mount to assemble the grip to the firearm, a tactical light mount to mount the tactical light and a grip to provide a place for holding the gun. In the grip, there is a trigger to initiate movement for a connecting rod, and the connecting rod is to deliver the movement of the trigger, a tunnel for the connecting rod to slide along, a circular shaft to assemble the trigger, and a fixing pin to keep the connecting rod to be contacted with the tactical light switch. When a user provides pressure with a finger on the trigger, it pivots on the circular shaft and leads the connecting rod to slide along the tunnel. As a result, the connecting rod exerts pressure to the switch of the tactical light and then the aim of activating the tactical light is accomplished.
