  • Patent number: 10374796
Abstract: Provided is a high-speed and light-weighted authentication system that makes IP address filtering possible and does not impair real-time property even on a network including many and unspecific entities (communication devices). In a communication system that a plurality of communication devices are coupled together such that mutual communication is possible over the network, the communication devices communicate with a server under a secure environment, when authentication has been obtained from the server, random seeds of the same value and individual identifiers are issued to them, each communication device generates the IP address that includes a pseudorandom number and the identifier, and the communication devices establish communication between the communication devices that include the pseudorandom numbers that are mutually the same in their IP addresses.

The first field indicates uplink resources for an uplink subframe of the LAA cell. The second field indicates a first starting position in a plurality of starting positions in the uplink subframe. The first starting position in the uplink subframe is determined, at least, based on a sum of twenty-five micro-seconds plus a timing advance value. The wireless device constructs one or more transport blocks employing the DCI. The wireless device transmits the one or more transport blocks in the uplink resources starting from the first starting position of the uplink subframe.

Abstract: A method and system for datacasting and content management. Such a system may have, as its core, a dashboard system for managing data feeds. A dashboard system may receive data feeds from one or more associated devices, such as the hardware devices of first responders or other public safety officers, and may aggregate and prioritize them. The dashboard system may then manage, prioritize and encrypt the video, files and other data in preparation for broadcast over the television or satellite transmitter, via, for example, a television broadcasting station, and may then broadcast the video, files, or other data to a plurality of users. Alerts and notifications may be created, files attached and links to video streams distributed over this same broadcast network. The broadcasting system may be able to send multiple streams of content simultaneously, may be able to target specific users to be broadcast to, and may be able to incorporate data from public data sources, such as public security cameras.

Abstract: The invention relates to methods for improving a scheduling request transmission between a UE and a base station. The transmission of the scheduling request is postponed, by implementing a threshold that the data in the transmission buffer has to reach, before a transmission of the scheduling request is triggered. In one variant, the data in the transmission buffer needs to reach a specific amount, to trigger a scheduling request. The invention refers to further improvements: the PDDCH monitoring time window is delayed after sending a scheduling request; the dedicated scheduling request resources of the PUCCH are prioritized differently such that low-priority scheduling requests are transmitted less often.
