Including Shiftable Objective Or Photographic Medium Support Patents (Class 396/338)
  • Patent number: 11852955
Abstract: A photo booth having detachable upper cover includes a supporting stage, a rotatable shooting stand, and a driving assembly. The driving assembly is configured to drive the rotatable shooting stand to circumferentially rotate around the supporting stage. The supporting stage includes an upper cover and a reinforcement frame, and the upper cover detachably covers the reinforcement frame. The reinforcement frame includes a supporting ring, six supporting rods, and a connecting portion. The supporting ring is generally annular, and the six supporting rings and the connecting portions are disposed in a ring of the supporting ring. A first end of each of the six supporting rods is connected to an inner wall of the supporting rings, and a second end of each of the six supporting rods is connected to the connecting portion. The six supporting rods are uniformly disposed along a circumferential direction of the supporting ring.

  • Publication number: 20090021595
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are described that provide automated and efficient optimization of camera settings. In certain embodiments of the invention, both focus and exposure settings are determined based on an analysis of compressed images taken of a frame. Based on this analysis, the camera focus and exposure settings are set to provide a preferred image quality of the particular frame. This optimization of the focus and exposure settings is performed at each frame within the multi-frame image source. As a result, each frame image is independently optimized and addresses variations, such as light and surface inconsistencies, across the multi-frame image source.

  • Patent number: 6466746
Abstract: A stereo camera capable of photographing a stereo picture maintaining an optimum stereo effect. Right and left lens boards 42R, 42L of a stereo camera 41 are coupled to a camera body 46 via upper and lower two sets of parallel links 47. Parallel grooves 45L, 45R are formed in the lateral direction in the inner portions of the lens boards 42L, 42R, and with which a circular eccentric cam 43 is engaged. When the shaft mounting the cam 43 is turned, the right and left lens boards 42R and 42L move in parallel describing circular loci, making it possible to automatically adjust the focal point as well as the distance between the optical axes of the lenses, which is important for accomplishing a stereo effect.

  • Patent number: 5737655
Abstract: A stereo camera optimally corrects a parallax despite a photographing distance. Lens boards of right and left photographing lenses are mounted with slide guides for obliquely feeding in an inter-optical axis distance approaching direction as the lens boards are fed. When a focusing knob is rotated, the photographing lenses and a finder lens are integrally advanced or retracted in response to the rotating direction of a cam shaft. The slide guides are so disposed that the right and left visual fields are brought into agreement at a close distance at the close distance photographing and the right and left visual fields are brought into agreement at the close distance as compared with the focal distance at the time of remote distance photographing. Accordingly, the unnatural of the remote or close distance feeling generated by the influence of the close distance subject at the human collimation at the time of remote distance photographing, and ideal stereo effect is obtained at all the photographing distances.
