Abstract: In various embodiments, an apparatus includes a toilet horn receptacle having an upper end and a lower end. A sealing rim is positioned at an upper end of the toilet horn receptacle, and at least a portion of the sealing rim extends inwardly from the upper end of the toilet horn receptacle towards a center axis of the sealing rim. A funnel extends from the lower end of the toilet horn receptacle, and a channel wall circumscribes the toilet horn receptacle. The channel wall and at least the toilet horn receptacle form a continuous annular receptacle. A foam sealing component is disposed in the continuous annular receptacle such that an inner wall of the foam sealing component circumscribes the toilet horn receptacle and such that the channel wall circumscribes at least a portion of an outer wall of the foam sealing component.

Abstract: A closet flange for use in installation of a toilet in relation to a waste pipe. The closet flange comprises a body formed of polymeric material, the body including a tubular portion having a proximal end and a distal end and a flange portion located at the proximal end of the tubular portion. The flange portion extends radially outward with respect to the tubular portion of the body, the flange portion defining an inner periphery forming a drain opening aligned with an interior of the tubular portion and further defining an outer periphery. The flange portion also defines a plurality of fastener openings therethrough for use in securing the closet flange to a mounting surface. A seal membrane is removably attached to the flange portion so as to cover the drain opening in a water-tight manner.

Abstract: A skirted toilet base configured to be secured to a trap, the skirted toilet base having a bowl; a wall extending from the bowl; and a mounting assembly configured to secure the toilet base to the trap. The mounting assembly having a clamping member pivotally coupled to the trap, such that the clamping member can rotate about an axis of rotation relative to the trap, and an adjusting member that extends through an opening in the wall and through a bore in the clamping member. The adjusting member has a longitudinal axis that extends in a direction that is transverse to the axis of rotation, and rotation of the adjusting member about the longitudinal axis rotates the clamping member about the axis of rotation to secure the toilet base to the trap through the clamping member and the adjusting member.

According to the present invention, the table lifted along with revolving can be revolved or moved upward with an input operation in one system. Therefore, the operation of the radiographic apparatus can be easy.

Abstract: A wax free pop-up seal 450 may be integrated with a spring 200 or other resilient component to connect a toilet to an existing soil pipe flange 325. A pop-up seal system 100 provides toolless, nondestructive and seamless height adjustment and comports with both smaller and larger diameter soil pipe flanges. For retro fit installations, a pop-up seal may comprise extended fins 471 for use with larger diameter soil pipe flanges and for use with smaller diameter soil pipe flanges, the extended fins may be removed. For new construction a new soil pipe flange is provided and a customized pop-up seal 600 comprises a seal system well suited for the new soil pipe flange. The pop-up seals may operate with or without springs or other external flexible components.

The horizontal portion has an internally raised portion, an externally raised portion, and a locating groove. The internally raised portion is retained in each arcuate slot of the toilet flange, and the locating groove is horizontally formed on the peripheral fence. The horizontal portion further has a recess for inserting an extension of the second bolt, so that the extension screws with a nut. The vertical portion has a plurality of openings defined thereon, so that the first bolt inserts into the through hole of each longitudinal fence to screw with one of the plurality of openings, such that the toilet is positioned on the toilet flange by ways of the mounting assembly.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a motor connection system and method for mounting and removing a motor to and from a reel assembly frame of a turf-care vehicle without the use of tools. In various embodiments, the system includes a plurality of shoulder bolts longitudinally extending from a mounting end of the motor and a bearing housing that is mountable to a reel assembly frame of a turf-care vehicle. The bearing housing includes a plurality of self-tightening keyhole slots structured and operable to receive a respective one of the shoulder bolts. Each keyhole slot comprises a interior bezel that is interoperable with the respective shoulder bolt such that rotation of the motor to a Home position will structurally hold and secure the motor to the bearing housing.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to improved water closet flanges and methods for installing such water closet flanges. In one exemplary embodiment, an improved water close flange apparatus includes a modular spacer system for raising an upper surface of the outer surface above a finish flooring surface installed on top of a ground slab in order to improve the ease of installation. In one embodiment, an improved water closet flange apparatus includes an outer flange and a flexible conduit portion (i.e. sleeve) extending downwardly therefrom. The flexible sleeve has a sufficient degree of flexibility to accommodate connection between offset, misaligned, angled, or otherwise incongruous plumbing fixture discharges and waste drain pipe outlets. In one embodiment, the flexible sleeve includes at least one corrugated portion to aid the desired flexibility.

Abstract: A brace for a wall-mounted toilet, particularly useful for wall-mounted porcelain toilets in hospitals and other health care facilities. The brace a weight receiving structure supported by cantilevered struts that attach the brace to the wall, preferably using the same bolts that attach the toilet to the wall. The weight receiving structure may be seat portion that overlies the rim of the toilet bowl, so that the weight of the user is transmitted from the toilet seat to the seat structure and then to the walls through the struts. Alternately, the weight receiving structure may include an under-bowl support that extends underneath the toilet bowl so that the user's weight is transmitted from the bowl to the wall through the struts. Thus, the cantilevered brace increases the weight-bearing capacity of the wall-mounted toilet. A plastic shroud may be included for enclosing the brace and toilet bowl.

Abstract: A device for elevating the height of a toilet includes a plurality of bolt receiving sections configured for receiving the bolts or screws for securing the toilet and device to a soil pipe flange and floor, and includes an outlet section to align with the drain outlet of the toilet and the soil pipe and sealing member positioned in the floor. The base of the device may include a projection that serves as a wax ring retainer lip to accommodate an existing soil pipe flange and wax sealing material. The device can be mounted to a soil pipe flange in the same manner as the toilet would be mounted to the soil pipe flange, but allows the toilet height to be elevated from its standard height using the existing toilet and related equipment already in place.

Abstract: A decorative toilet bolt cover is provided that allows users to customize an area of their bathroom that is ordinarily merely utilitarian and dull. Toilet bolts are used to secure toilets to the bathroom floor and are omnipresent, yet there are no options available to decorate these toilet bolts. Covers are necessary for these toilet bolts because exposed bolts are ugly and can be dangerous since they are hard, potentially rusty protuberances. Traditional toilet bolt covers do not offer the range of design options that many users would like, therefore there is a need for decorative toilet bolt covers that are easy to secure to exposed toilet bolts.

The fitting includes an endplate, an inlet defined within the endplate, an intermediate portion, and a main body defining a main passageway. The fitting is connected to the faceplate by the endplate such that the inlet is in fluid communication with the adjustable coupling. The main passageway is placed in fluid communication with the inlet by the intermediate portion. The intermediate portion of the fitting is configured to accelerate a velocity of a flow of waste fluid from the inlet to the main passageway.

Abstract: In one aspect of the subject invention, a spacer is provided for supporting a closet flange above a sub-flooring, the closet flange having a pipe section and an annular flange extending radially outwardly from the pipe section. The spacer includes a disc-shaped body having spaced apart first and second faces, and spaced apart inner and outer edges extending between the first and second faces. The inner edge defines an opening extending through the body, the opening sized to permit passage therethrough of the pipe section of the closet flange but not the annular flange of the closet flange. A plurality of equally spaced notches being formed in the outer edge. Advantageously, with the subject invention, a spacer is provided usable with a closet flange to provide elevation thereof.

Abstract: A complete sanitary system for any toilet site area which allows for the utilization of pressurized domestic running water transferred through a hose connected to a water valve diverting structure further connected to the main toilet domestic water feed line to that particular toilet's water closet. A floor structure with the aforementioned toilet mounted to its top surface side provides the structure to collect, retain and drain the spent waste water from the hose after the water has been used to cleanse the toilet site area. An alternative drainage location in the retention basin of the floor structure with coinciding plumbing piping method allows for a possible solid waste contamination scenario by an overflow toilet or otherwise to be effectively transferred directly into the main sewer pipe.

Abstract: A wax-less toilet gasket is provided that is formed of an open cell foam having a hydrophobic skin, layer, coating or covering. To this end, the toilet gasket may be formed of a self-skinning polyurethane, a polyurethane with an in-mold coating, or a polyurethane with a waterproof agent. The toilet gasket is characterized by a body with a ring shaped upper portion and a truncated conical extension integrally extending downwardly therefrom. In use, fastening bolts that project through the toilet flange attached to the floor conduit then extend through the ring shaped configuration and attach to the toilet base.

Abstract: The present invention provides a mounting bolt system for mounting a toilet. The mounting bolt system includes a washer and a nut which are mounted on the threaded bolt adjacent to the bolt head, and they are all placed below the toilet. The bolt system also includes a circular flange having a rectangular slot formed therein for receiving bolt through slot, and a wing nut for tightening the toilet to the toilet flange, and a barrel-shaped bolt cap for covering the upper end of bolt. The bolt cap is threaded to the circular flange on the upper surface of the toilet base to cover the wing nut and to complete the mounting of the toilet, so that only the barrel-shaped bolt cap is visible after the installation of the toilet.

Abstract: This is a type of connection device between a toilet and a drainpipe, including a trap with an inlet connected to a toilet flush port and an outlet connected to the drainpipe. The trap has a bend part and a horizontal lower pipe connected to it. Upper and lower inner pipe walls of the horizontal lower pipe have different declination angles. There is a containing part in the inlet; and in the containing part there is a sealing part forming a sealing structure between the flush port and the inlet. This simplifies the complex structure of existing toilet drainage parts for on-site installation and for reliable use. The separated trap design includes structure that can generate a siphon phenomenon. At the time of sale, wash-down drainage can be easily transformed to siphon wash-down drainage just by changing parts, such as the trap of the toilet, thus improving the drainage effect.

Abstract: The present invention comprises a shim formed from a circular disc that transitions uniformly in thickness from a first point having a first thickness to a second point having a second thickness on the opposite side of the shim from the first point. The shim further comprises a central opening formed therethrough to allow communication between the toilet drain opening and the opening of the closet flange. The shim additional includes one or more arcuate slots formed therethrough for permitting hold-down bolts to be attached through the shim and into a closet flange positioned below the shim.

Abstract: A method and system for controlling, draining, removing, and disposing of liquids and light solids. This enables liquids and/or light solids to be drained centrally, such as underneath a toilet through the sewer pipe, without having to worry about sewerage gasses escaping into the location of the drain. Abstract: A method of stabilizing a closet ring to a floor by first attaching to the bottom of the floor, with fasteners driven from above the floor, a stabilizing device having a support panel with a length and a width greater than a width of a toilet to be attached to the closet ring. A sewer pipe or extension therefrom is inserted through an opening in the stabilizing device and bonded to the stabilizing device. A closet ring is then fastened to the floor followed by conventional application of a wax ring and a toilet. An elongated anchor tool having wide gap in one edge with teeth-like projections may be used to hold the stabilizing device in place from below for a user to drive fasteners from above into and through the floor and into the stabilizing device.

The vacuum waste system includes a lightweight base assembly and a lightweight toilet bowl assembly mounted to the top of the base assembly. The toilet bowl assembly has downwardly extending members that engage in a sliding manner with horizontally extending members at the top of the base assembly to thus secure the toilet bowl assembly to the base assembly. A fastener, such as a nut and bolt assembly, can be coupled to the toilet bowl assembly and base assembly using a tool to thus secure the toilet bowl assembly to the base assembly.

Abstract: A system is provided herein which includes a closet flange insert and at least one spacer to be positioned between the closet flange insert and an installed closet flange. The closet flange insert includes a toilet connecting flange which extends radially outwardly from a through pipe. The through pipe is sized to be inserted into a pipe section of a closet flange. Each spacer includes spaced apart first and second faces, and spaced apart inner and outer edges extending between the first and second faces. The inner edge defines an opening extending through the body, the opening sized to permit passage therethrough of the through pipe of the closet flange insert but not the toilet connecting flange of the closet flange insert. With the subject invention, a system is provided which allows the closet flange insert to be mounted atop an installed closet flange flush with surrounding finished flooring.

Abstract: A toilet flange is provided with a planar perimeter portion to assist the installer in accurately determining the distance to an adjacent wall as well as insuring the toilet fastening bolts are aligned parallel thereto. The toilet flange assembly includes a cover to store needed fastening elements while simultaneously preventing debris from entering the plumbing riser pipe. Additionally, a sleeve is provided that protects the threads of the toilet fastening bolts during construction and acts as an extendable flexible guide sleeve. The guide sleeve functionally extends the height of the toilet fastening bolt thereby assisting the toilet installer as a visual aid during installation.

Abstract: The height adjustable toilet stand device provides for accommodating individuals of varying heights. Importantly, the housings are designed to fit typical toilet dimensions such that the front and back sides of the housing are substantially even with a front and back of a toilet. A user is thereby allowed feet placement adjacent to the toilet. In order for the device to correctly accommodate shorter statures, the bottom housing is ideally sunken within a given surface such that the toilet begins, without elevation, at a height even with the surface. The closet flange insert includes a toilet connecting flange which extends radially outwardly from a through pipe. The through pipe is sized to be inserted into a pipe section of a closet flange. Each spacer includes spaced apart first and second faces, and spaced apart inner and outer edges extending between the first and second faces. The inner edge defines an opening extending through the body, the opening sized to permit passage therethrough of the through pipe of the closet flange insert but not the toilet connecting flange of the closet flange insert. Advantageously, with the subject invention, a system is provided which allows the closet flange insert to be mounted atop an installed closet flange, with one or more spacers therebetween, and with the closet flange insert being flush with surrounding finished flooring.

Abstract: A water closet bolt comprises an upper end and a lower end with a threaded body extending therebetween. The lower end includes an oblong foot and the upper end includes a male or female notch for visually indicating the orientation of the long axis of the oblong foot. The notch also serves as a gripping surface to aid the installer in the installation of the toilet. Furthermore, the bottom of the notch acts as a break-off point to aid the installer in removing an excess portion of the bolt after the completing the installation.
