Abstract: A basin bidet style personal perineal cleansing system includes a secondary toilet seat having right and left side slot openings, a handle assembly with handle stems extending through the side slot openings, hand grips disposed at the distal ends of the handle stems, and a basin support carrying a basin with an interior sprayer. The handle stems are pivotally supported within the side slot openings. The proximal ends of the two handle stems are rotatably attached to the basin support. When a user applies downward force on the hand grips, the distal ends of the handle stems move downwardly, the proximal ends of the handle stems pivot upwardly, and the basin support with the attached basin is raised to achieve a suitable fit against the user's perineal area, which is then sprayed with water from the interior sprayer.

Abstract: A joint connects to a hot water source, a toilet tank of a toilet, and a hot water outlet. A set of pipes connecting the hot water source and the joint may be referred to herein as “main hot water pipes.” Water exiting the hot water source into the main hot water pipes is above a desired water temperature. As time passes, however, water that rests in the main hot water pipes may fall below the desired water temperature. Rather than wasting all of the cooled water resting in the main hot water pipes in order to use hot water at the hot water outlet, at least a portion of the cooled water may be used to refill the toilet tank. Therefore less cooled water exits the hot water outlet before fresh water reaches the hot water outlet.

Abstract: A portable personal hygiene device is detachably secured to a toilet bowl rim via an integral mounting bracket. The hygiene device controllably directs liquid, water, or other solution to the posterior portions of a user's body through a nozzle assembly. The hygiene device includes a housing which encloses a power source, a motor and a pump. An adjustable brace is included to facilitate enhanced secured attachment of the hygiene device to the toilet rim. A replaceable, reusable reservoir provides the water supply for the pump. The nozzle assembly is movable between retracted and extended positions.

Abstract: An improved toilet having a bidet shower includes a head and a hose. The toilet includes a tank and a generally elongated bowl with a bowl opening. The hose passes from a back side of the tank to a front side of the tank via a passage defined between a cover and a reservoir of the tank. A protective panel removably mounted to one of the toilet seat and the bowl, the protective panel extending at least in part downwardly in the bowl opening. Advantageously, the seat cover conceals at least a portion of the head of the bidet shower when the toilet seat and the seat cover are in a closed position and the bidet shower is not in use.

Abstract: The wall-mounted cabinet having a bidet extendable there from is an assembly comprised of a valve adapted to be connected to a water line. The valve is controlled via a control knob. A water hose and nozzle connect to and extend from the valve. The water hose and the nozzle extend from a water cabinet, which is accessible via an access door. The water cabinet is positioned above the valve. A mounting frame extends below the access door, and supports the control knob adjacent to the valve. The assembly is installed into a wall surface or a side of an existing cabinet. The assembly may be positioned adjacent to a toilet or a bathroom sink. The assembly enables the water hose and nozzle to function as a bidet, and in concert with the toilet. The access door encloses the nozzle and water hose when not in use.

The shower function and the blow-dry function are incorporated in an arm (1) which can be retracted and extended by means of a control and which comprises, within an inner pipe (4), firstly at least one water supply line (2) leading to at least one shower opening (5), and secondly at least one air supply line (3) leading to at least one blow-dry opening (6), wherein a closure means is provided on the inner pipe (4) and, in the position for operating the at least one shower opening (5) with water, said closure means is arranged over the at least one blow-dry opening (6) and, in the position for operating the at least one blow-dry opening (6) with air, the closure means is moved away from the at least one blow-dry opening (6).

The hand held sprayer that delivers water spray comprises a reinforced flexible hose, a filter to eliminate the pollutants in the water, a valve to regulate the flow, a mixing valve that supplies tempered water, a T-adapter assembly to tap water from an existing plumbing fixture, a holder assembly for placement of the sprayer with various positions using an adjustable bracket, and a hose hanger for arrangement of the hose. The new features include a toilet seat having a water splash guard on underbody of the seat and a filler element around the bracket to offset the inclined toilet lid.

Abstract: A personal hygiene cleansing tool, is provided as an apparatus to aid in cleansing body parts in a medical environment. The invention connects to a standard faucet on a sink, and provides a flow of water to a cleansing wand through a flexible plastic hose mounted on a retractable reel. The wand contains controls for adjusting the flow rate of the water, along with an adjustable head to provide a water flow from a stream to a mist. Additionally, the invention has a siphon arrangement to allow the addition of medicine into the water stream. The medicine is placed into a sealed chamber and then drawn out in an incremental manner as the water flows by. It is envisioned that the invention would be used in a hospital environment for the cleansing of wounds or for the bathing of individuals who cannot withstand the impact of water from a shower.

Abstract: A sprayer assembly adapted for releasable attachment to a water supply line, such as for a conventional toilet, is provided. The sprayer includes a three-way valve housing connected to the water supply line for the toilet, the valve housing including a supply conduit and a diverting conduit. A plunger is slidably disposed within the diverting conduit and is biased to a closed position by a biasing means extending between the supply conduit and the plunger. An attachment member is releasably engageable with the diverting conduit and operates to slide the plunger with respect to the diverting conduit in order to allow fluid flow through both the supply conduit and the diverting conduit. The attachment member is secured to one end of a hose that is attached to a sprayer head opposite the attachment member that enables an individual to manually dispense water flowing from the valve housing and through the attachment member and hose to the sprayer head.

The colon irrigator includes a manually operated pump, a first hose connecting the manually operated pump and a water source, a water ejector having an ejector body and an irrigating nozzle attached to the ejector body for being inserted into the anus of a user, a second hose connecting the manually operated pump and the ejector body, and two wings attached to the ejector body. The manually operated pump provides pressure to eject water from the irrigating nozzle and prevents backflow from the second hose, and the wings rest on a toilet. The colon irrigator may further include a branching valve and spraying nozzles so that it may also used as a bidet.

Abstract: An enema has liquid amount controlling component, namely a rotary valve, having an outer tube with a cylindrical concave part at its center and is provided with an insertion opening fitting a connecting tube and a discharge opening fitting a conduit on a side wall of the concave part of the outer tube. A rotator is provided with opening parts corresponding to the positions of the insertion opening and the discharge opening of the outer tube, and a knob part on an upper part of the rotator. Two fitting spring are integrally formed to extend on both sides of a fixture (8), and the fixture has a penetration hole for inserting a beak tube. The fixture slides on the said beak tube for controlling the length of the beak tube to be inserted into an anus.

The nozzle body has an interior water passage and the upper end of the nozzle body terminates in a generally planar seal seating surface. The nozzle body has an exterior wall with a threaded area thereon. A removable decorative outer cover is positioned about the nozzle body and has an interior wall with a threaded area thereon positioned for cooperation with the nozzle outer wall threaded area to removably secure the cover on the nozzle. A seal is positioned on the nozzle seal seating surface and is held in position by an aerator positioned on the seal. The aerator is held in position by the portion of the cover interior wall.

Abstract: A toilet attachment is configured for positioning between a toilet seat and a toiled bowl. In use, the toilet attachment is secured by the weight of the toilet seat. The toilet attachment has a base plate and a tubular irrigation assembly which can be connected to a fluid line. The base plate has an upper and lower surface, a rear end and a front end. When the base plate is installed, the rear end faces a rear portion of the bowl and the front end faces a front portion of the bowl. The base plate has ports to receive and secure the fluid line and the irrigation assembly. These ports are located at the front end. The irrigation assembly comprises an irrigation tip, and in one embodiment of the toilet attachment, a restictor as a limiter for preventing insertion of the tip too far into a body cavity.
