Abstract: The invention relates to a method and device for fixing a faucet to a mounting (1), such as a worktop or a sinktop. A fixing collar (2) is fastened to the top surface of a mounting by turning from above one or more set screws (3) extending from the fixing collar (2) over a distance below a bottom surface of the worktop. Turning of the screw is used for raising a clamping claw (4), which is in engagement with the threading of said set screw and which is steered by means of a guide (5) extending downward from the fixing collar and used for disallowing a rotation of the clamping claw (4) along with the set screw (3). The bottom end of a faucet body (10) or its extension is fastened around the fixing collar (2) by expanding the fixing collar (2) by an actuation means, such as a screw (8).

Abstract: The present invention relates to a domestic-water supply and withdrawal system for a washstand (8) with wall-mountable angle valves (16, 18) for cold and hot water and a washstand fitting (10) which is coupled in flow communication with the associated angle valves (16, 18) via pipe or tubing sections (12, 14). The present invention wants to indicate a domestic-water supply and withdrawal system for improving the possibility of taking samples. To this end it is suggested that a sampling valve (2) is arranged between the cold-water and/or hot-water angle valve (16, 18) and the washstand fitting (10).

The second walls are attached to each other. The lavatory modules include an amenities cabinet and a trash bin. The sinks and urinals may be coupled to a common plumbing system. The lavatory modules are manufactured separately and attached once loaded and placed into position on board a vehicle, such as an aircraft.

The shower floor is provided with a door opening for wheelchair access. Water supply pipes and water drain pipes are carried by the shower unit and connected together between modular portions with conventional plumbing connectors, couplers and fittings. Each modular portion is sufficiently short in height to pass through a standard door opening for easy access into the invalid's home and respective rooms of the home.

Some of the molded frame portions are formed with elongated passageways therein to form prefabricated pipes in the wall section opening at the wall insets. Coupling members are attached to the ends of the passageways within the wall section edge insets whereby a lightweight prefabricated wall section can be attached to a wall for coupling to a building's plumbing and to plumbing fixtures.
