The light source may be LED lighting that is modular or provides different colors over the window shade fabric. The light source may include a lens. The light source may be at least one of removeable from the first bracket or rotatable within the first bracket. The light source may be at least one of between the window shade and the window, or between the room and the window shade.

Abstract: A foldable display device includes a display panel, a mid-frame arranged on a rear surface of the display panel, including a folding region and unfolding regions formed at both sides of the folding region, and configured to have a perforated pattern formed in the folding region, a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer arranged in the respective unfolding regions on a rear surface of the mid-frame, and an insert arranged corresponding to the folding region on the rear surface of the mid-frame.

Abstract: The present invention relates to personal grooming drapes, and more particularly to a personal grooming drape that includes an enclosure capable of being secured to a wall surface behind a sink or the like. In a preferred embodiment, the personal grooming drape includes a retractable drape assembly that can be pulled over a counter top, sink basin, or the like to catch, maintain, and dispose of loose fallen hair as the person leans over the drape while grooming facial hair, head hair, or other body hair. After use, the drape is retractable and self-cleaning, and may be supplied with a waste bin that is removable from the enclosure for ease of disposing of the cut hair pieces.

Each of the plurality of display structures is a pedestal that transfers the load path of the balance of the retractable realtor display sign to a supporting surface. The scroll apparatus stores the mesh screen such that the mesh screen deploys for display and retracts for storage.

A crankset is coupled to the cycling frame. The crankset includes a pair of pedals. The pedals are mechanically coupled to at least one of the wheels such that rotation of the pedals causes at least one of the wheels to rotate. An advertising frame is coupled to the cycling frame. A panel is selectively couplable to the advertising frame. The panel has advertisement indicia positioned thereon.

Abstract: The present invention provides an automatic banner roll-up mechanism for automatically rolling up a banner or poster, which includes two tubes, a foldable material cloth, a connecting rod, two plugs, a cylindrical spring, a stopper and two mounting supports. One end of the connecting rod is sheathed by one plug and the cylindrical spring, and it is retained in one of the mounting supports. Ball bearings in one of the plugs are engaged with the connecting rod when the plug is rotated to twist cylindrical spring tight. After rotating the plug in a reverse direction to release the cylindrical spring, the connecting rod rotates in the reverse direction, thereby rolling up the foldable material. Further, the foldable material may be coated or printed with various patterns for decorative or sun-shading purposes.

The board includes an elongated roller at inched to the second frame element and extending along the length of the second frame element. The second end of the flexible sheet being attached to the roller and the roller being dimensioned and configured to permit the second sheet to be furled onto the roller.

Abstract: A winding advertisement curtain on an electric winding door includes a winding unit and a cloth curtain, and the winding unit consists of an upper case, a winding shaft and a spring. The upper case is fixed on an outer surface of an upper case of an electric winding door, and the winding shaft is arranged in the upper case, possible to be counter -rotated by the spring. The cloth curtain, which has advertising patterns or words on its outer surface, has its upper end connected to the winding shaft and possible to be wound around it, and its lower end temporarily attached by sucking the lower end of the slats of the winding door. So the cloth curtain is possible to be pulled down or wound up automatically together with the slats of the winding door, and then the advertising patterns or words become visible when the cloth curtain is closed down, achieving advertising effect.

This enables the holding part to be stretched across the rear surface of the display part when the display part is spread out so as to prevent the display part from swaying, thereby maintaining excellent display.

Abstract: A device for displaying a disabled parking permit includes a partially rounded housing with a flat fascia with a hook for hanging the device from a rear view mirror of an automobile. The disabled parking permit is required on opposite faces of a flexible sheet that is wound onto a spring loaded roll in order to contain it within the housing while driving. And this housing must not hang any lower than one and a quarter inch below the mirror. The placard can be pulled down from a slot opening on the bottom of the housing to a fully extended positioning order to display the disabled parking permit in a manner that allows visibility from both the front and the rear of the handicap persons automobile when the vehicle is parked. The placard must be retracted and rolled up within the housing, onto the spring-loaded roll, to avoid obstruction of view while driving. The width, length, colors, and indicia all being factors that must meet stringent municipal requirements.

Abstract: A scroll advertising display device which utilizes a housing which includes a windup mechanism which is attached to a sheet member with the sheet member to be extendable from the housing and then retractable by the windup mechanism to be confined in conjunction with the housing. The housing includes a spindle on which the sheet member is wound. The spindle includes a pair of projections which are to engage in conjunction with a windup spring. The body of the spindle is formed as a pair of separate parts which are mated together with the exception at each end of the spindle is located a smaller diametered rod which is integral and formed as a single unit. A material dispenser may be connected in conjunction with the housing with the material dispenser adapted to dispense material, such as a scented gas, coupons, recipes or entry forms.

The shaft can be locked against rotation or permitted to rotate as desired to permit deployment of the camouflage material. Straps are attached to the housing unit. Abstract: A secure hand-held prayer scroll is provided for creating and retaining writings such as prayers. A replaceable paper webbing is retained on, and in use unwound from, a rotary spool within a hollow housing. To rewind the paper webbing onto the spool, a locking wheel is unlocked by use of a button. A retraction spring and comfort spring balance the return force of the paper webbing. A pen may be stored within the article for writing purposes in use. A key activates a locking device to prevent unwanted release of the paper webbing.

A sheet member is wound on a roller and is contained within the internal chamber. The sheet member is to be manually extendable from the housing with advertising indicia that is located on the sheet member to then be capable of being read by a human. During the time of extending of the sheet member, a sound is emitted that is to correspond with the advertising indicia. The advertising display device is to be attached to the front end of a product supporting shelf in a store.

Abstract: A display apparatus has a roll of film with multiple still images disposed along the roll of film. The roll of film is scrollable by one or more electric motors to display one or more of the still images on the roll of film at a visual display location. The display apparatus is capable of oscillating desired images on display at the visual display location so as to attract the eye of the observer.

Abstract: An advertising display device and method of manufacturing such which takes the form of a cylindrical housing which has an internal chamber. A sheet member is wound on a roller and is contained within the internal chamber. This sheet member is to be manually extendable from the housing with advertising indicia that is located on the sheet member to then being capable of being read by a human. The housing is to be attached to the front end of a product supporting shelf within a store. During manufacturing of the device, a mechanical tool is to be attachable to the roller for the purpose of winding the sheet member on the roller producing bias in a windup spring.

Abstract: A light weight, semi-rigid, 180 degree tubular, plastic housing and roller shaft assembly permanently assembled into this housing by capturing the ends of the roller shaft assembly inside of the end caps that are bondedly attached to the inside diameter of the housing that allows complete control over the single article wound around the roller shaft assembly.

Abstract: An information displayer with interchangeable boards for use in displaying advertising messages. Two sets of boards are disposed on two chains respectively, with each chain rotating about a pair of pinions. One pinion is stationary while the other is connected to a stepping motor. Hooks on a rigid bar grasp openings in the boards to release and display the boards. A pre-programmed microprocessor controls the stepping motor, permitting the boards to be displayed in any selected manner.

Abstract: A map holder is attached to a ski pole. The map is attached to the left side of the planar material of the holder using adhesive tabs. The map is attached to the right side of the planar material of the holder using a strap. The strap is free floating in its midregion relative the planar material. The map is attached to the free floating region of the strap which allows the map to roll up free floating on its own radius.

Abstract: A ski area trail map holder is provided for use with a ski pole. In one form, the holder comprises a tubular housing having a spring biased roller therein. The housing is attachable to the ski pole at any point along the pole. The ski area trail map is releasably secured to a map cover which is extendable from a retracted position in which it is rolled on the roller, to an extended position in which it is outside of the housing. The map cover comprises two transparent sheets, each of which is attached at one end to the roller and each of which has a free end located outside of the housing. A locking mechanism is provided for securing the map cover and/or map in an extended position. In a second embodiment, the ski pole itself acts as the outer housing for the map holder.

Abstract: A dynamic display system in which a visual display is changeable in accordance with the vertical movement of an elevator. The display system is adapted for use in combination with a conventional elevator assembly having an elevator shaft, an elevator cab which is moveable within the shaft, and an elevator well at the bottom of the shaft. A display banner or the like is coupled at one end thereof to the underside of the elevator cab and at the other end thereof to a drum within the elevator well. As the elevator cab rises within the shaft, the display banner is pulled out from the elevator well so that the information printed on the display banner is gradually exposed as the banner ascends from the well. As the elevator cab descends, the banner retracts into the elevator well. In another embodiment, a bank of light generating devices, such as lasers or the like, housed within the elevator well, emits light beams into the elevator shaft.

Abstract: A safety flag bus, which includes a spring-loaded recoil pulley carrying a length of cable extending from the pulley around a bushing attached to the hinge mechanism of a conventional stop arm attached to the bus. The cable extends through one end of a flag storage pipe attached to the stop arm and through a slot in the pipe, around a pulley attached to the flared opposite end of the pipe, to a point of fixed attachment to the bus. A flexible flag rod extends into the flared end of the flag storage pipe and one end of the rod is secured to the cable extending through the pipe, while the other end carries a flag normally located inside the pipe when the device is in retracted configuration. Activation causes extension of the flag storage pipe outwardly of the bus, extension of the cable from the recoil pulley and projection of a portion of the flag rod from the flag storage pipe to extend the flag outside of the flared end.

Abstract: A roll type display sign for a pump is disclosed having an upper bracket mounted to slide across an upper edge of a frame surrounding a pump face. A spring biased roller is mounted to the upper bracket and a display sheet is mounted to the roller such that the sheet is movable between a retracted position, in which the display sheet is wrapped around the roller, and an extended position, in which the display sheet extends across and substantially parallel to a portion of the pump face. The sign also includes a lower bracket mounted to a lower frame edge. This lower bracket is provided with three hooks spaced across the length of the lower edge which engage a loop member mounted to a cross bar attached to an edge of the display sheet. By sliding the upper bracket into an appropriate position and hooking the loop defining member about an appropriate one of the three hooks, the display sheet can be positioned over any one of three portions of the pump face.
