Abstract: A mobile cart includes a cabinet supported by a plurality of wheels, a countertop located on top of the cabinet, an upper trim assembly completely surrounding an upper portion of the cabinet and being spaced apart from the cabinet by a space, a lower trim assembly at least partially surrounding a lower portion of the cabinet and being spaced apart from the cabinet by a space and a marketing sign held to a front panel of the cabinet. The upper edge of the marketing sign is located in the space between a front member of the upper trim assembly and a front panel of the cabinet. The lower edge of the marketing sign is located in the space between a front member of the lower trim assembly and the front panel of the cabinet.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus, in particular for attaching to the back of a seat. The apparatus comprises a plate with a flat recess and an insert which is removably mountable in the flat recess of the plate and is configured to receive an information medium which is viewable when the insert is mounted in the flat recess of the plate. For releasably fixing of the insert on mounting of the same in the flat recess, the insert has the following: at least one tongue on a first border area of the insert for engagement in at least one correspondingly shaped groove in the plate, and at least one releasable fixing that is present in or on at least one second border area of the insert and that is operable by twisting and/or sliding at least one component.

Abstract: An example frame assembly is configured to hold a display board relative to a bin. The assembly includes a frame establishing an opening and a hooked portion establishing a groove. The hooked portion is configured to extend into an interior of the bin when a portion of the bin is received within the groove. A locking feature is configured to engage a corresponding locking feature. A display board is held relative to the bin when the portion of the bin is received within the groove and the locking feature engages the corresponding locking feature such that the opening provides a path for viewing the display board.

Abstract: A non-inflatable device for supporting a sign on water. A single float embodiment is the basic element. In a typical embodiment, two or more non-inflatable floats are separated at a predetermined distance by one or more spacing members that mate with a spacing member mount on the top of each float. The spacing member mount and spacing members of the invention enable the invention to be expandable, such that the number of floats and spacing members may be varied, depending on the application and need. The floating sign may be anchored or mobile. Sign supporting members are mounted onto the top end of the float in order to support a substantially planar sign portion.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a sign holder for displaying a sign relative to a workstation. The sign holder has a support pivotably coupled to an arm. The arm in turn is pivotably coupled to a signboard. The sign holder may be pivoted between a first position to provide enhanced visibility and a second position to increase the available workspace at the work station while maintaining visibility of the sign.

Abstract: A sign holding device for a folding chair that allows the user to display customized messages on a back rest of the chair. The sign holder is attached to the back rest in various manners so as to permit messages to be displayed when the chair is unfolded. The sign holders are configured such that when the chair is folded, the chair can be carried and stacked without having to remove the sign holders from the back rest. One embodiment of the folding chair also includes an integral carrying handle that permits the folded chair to be carried by one hand. The integral carrying handle further comprises an opening that permits the carrying hand to grasp the handle better, and also permit the chair to be unfolded without removing the hand from the handle, such that the unfolding action does not pinch the carrying hand.

Abstract: A sign system particularly useful for point of purchase displays is provided. The sign system includes an elongated trough for carrying one or more folding sign members. The trough is provided with a slot which because of its dimensions allows a media portion of the sign member to pass through the slot and hang below the trough member while the top of the sign member is retained in the trough. In one embodiment the elongated troughs are carried by vertical supports which attach to an existing shelving system. Other embodiments are disclosed for supporting the elongated trough. The folding sign members have a display position for displaying any messages or graphics carried by the sign member, and a shelving accessibility position in which the sign member may be folded allowing access to any shelving hidden by the sign members while the sign member is retained in the folded position by the trough.

Abstract: A display and storage device for pictures, photographs, drawings and other artwork and printed matter, and more particularly a display and storage device that serves as a decorative or functional piece of furniture. The device comprises a body member having a plurality of walls for forming at least one inner cavity and at least one access port. The inner cavity is adapted to removeably receive and store a series of panels. Pictures, photographs, drawings and other artwork and printed matter are removeably mounted onto at least one face of each panel. The panels are inserted into the inner cavity of the body member through the access port in a vertical or horizontal orientation, and can be removed from the inner cavity through an access port for viewing or for interchanging the panel sequence. At least one wall of the body member is adapted to display the panels together with their mounted pictures, photographs, drawings and other artwork and printed matter.

Abstract: An improved lighted traffic sign having an adjustable and portable seat, a portable urinal having an enclosure, a liquid applicator, a hinge, and a sign and warning device is disclosed. The improved lighted traffic sign can be used at the workstation to prevent gaps in traffic control.

Abstract: A display device (10) is provided for displaying an article (50) of interest in a substantially opaque member (46) such as a table having a utility surface (47). The display device (10) includes a spectacle element (52) incorporated in the opaque member (46) such that the utility surface (47) is substantially uninterrupted at least in the vicinity of the spectacle element (52), and the article (50) to be displayed is capable of being placed behind the spectacle element (52), or at least partly encapsulated in the spectacle element (52), to facilitate viewing of the article (50) from the utility surface (47). A method of displaying an article of interest in a substantially opaque member is also disclosed.
