The jersey hanger assembly allows homes, businesses, schools, or other buildings to display an athletic jersey as a symbol of team pride or of support for an athletic team or an individual player on the team. The jersey hanger assembly includes a bracket member. The bracket member includes a receiving member. The jersey hanger assembly includes a pole with first and second opposing ends. The second pole end is insertable into the receiving member. The pole has a curved shape between the first and second opposing ends. A jersey flag for hanging on the jersey hanger is described. The jersey flag is material of a fabric cut or shaped to resemble an athletic jersey. The material includes a team logo or insignia. A sleeve or an open seam in positioned in the upper portion of the jersey flag to receive the pole.

Abstract: A structure is provided for coupling items such as signs, birdhouses and cameras to a fixed support structure is disclosed. Various mechanisms for attachment to a variety of supporting structures are described. The structure firmly holds an item in place, and the structure is capable of secure attachment to a variety of supporting structures.

Abstract: A display device includes a body, a supporting member and a fastening member. The body has an accommodating portion, and the supporting member assembled to the accommodating portion for supporting the body is in the first state or the second state. The supporting member in the first state is switched to the second state when pivoting in an angle. The fastening member is detachably assembled to a first position or a second position of the supporting member, such that the supporting member is fastened to the accommodating portion of the body by the fastening member. The fastening member is assembled to the first position of the supporting member when the supporting member assembled to the accommodating portion is in the first state, and the fastening member is assembled to the second position of the supporting member when the supporting member assembled to the accommodating portion is in the second state.

Abstract: An attachment module for a safety cone permitting a variety of safety enhancing devices to be easily attached to the cone. The attachment module comprising a top ring and a bottom ring joined together to form an assembly. The top ring and bottom ring sized to conform to a predefined safety cone angle or range of angles, the assembly having an attachment arm for attaching a safety-enhancing device. Examples of safety enhancing devices include, but are not limited to a flag, a sign, a safety tape holder, a light, or other safety-enhancing device. The assembly may be placed over a safety cone and is held secure by gravity and the wedge of the cone angle. Safety enhancing devices may then be attached to the module and thus to the cone to improve the effectiveness of the cone.

Abstract: A device that facilitates the support of a post or shaft in such a way that the post is connected rigidly to a foundation or otherwise connected to a fixed position. If a condition arises that causes the post to become stressed physically the device will allow separation of the post from a mounting on the foundation or fixed position before the said post is physically damaged. The post itself may be round, square, rectangular, channel shape, or any other shape in profile. In some cases the post is the primary support for such things as roadside sign posts, signs, signals, lights, warnings, or markers, that are commonly held by the roadside in a fixed and elevated position so that they are easily visible to passing motorists, cyclists, or pedestrians. The device can also be used to support other types of signs, signals, or devices unrelated to traffic or transport.

Abstract: An adjustable display board system comprises a display board, first and second grippers, first and second racks, and a handle. The first and second grippers are coupled to the display and include a plurality of teeth. The first and second racks are mounted to a rigid structure and include a plurality of teeth generally greater than the number of teeth of the first and second grippers. The teeth of the first and second grippers mesh with the teeth of the first and second racks to maintain the vertical position of the display board. The handle is pushed to disengage the grippers from the racks and allow vertical motion of the display board.

Abstract: A ground-mounted device for presenting a message can comprise a ground-mounted base, a cover, and one or more panels. The ground-mounted base can have a support surface, a first retainer extending around at least a portion of a periphery of the base, and opposing ends that are substantially rounded. The cover can be configured to be removably attached to the base. The cover can substantially span the support surface. The cover can extend beneath the first retainer when the cover is attached to the base. The one or more panels can be securable to the base with at least a portion of the panel extending over the cover to inhibit movement of the cover away from the base.

Motion of the actuator rod is converted to raising and lowering of the display board.

Abstract: A changeable message sign structure has a front panel assembly and rear, top, bottom and left and right end panels which define a hollow sign interior. The front panel assembly has a frame with upper, lower and left and right side frame members. At least two vertical support members are attached to the upper and lower frame members. The vertical support members each have a generally T-shaped cross-section with a rearwardly extending stem and left and right arms, each with arm flanges extending rearwardly to define securement slots between the arm flanges and the stem. At least one panel web assembly has frontwardly extending side flanges engaged within a securement slot of each of two neighbouring vertical support members. A web assembly support structure is pressed against the at least one panel web assembly and removably attached to the rearwardly extending stems of two neighbouring vertical support members.

Abstract: A preferably weather resistant multi-section upright stanchion assembly for a construction site document storage apparatus, a real estate display sign and the like. The stanchion assembly includes a plurality of elongated substantially similar stanchion sections and a ground-engaging tip. Each stanchion section includes an elongated body having a hollow first end thereof and a second end thereof sized for slidable, releasable, lockable engagement into said first end of the next adjacent stanchion section to facilitate ease of height adjustment of the stanchion assembly. The stanchion assembly releasably connects at one end into a mating support cavity formed between the front and back panels of the inner frame of the storage apparatus. A single or two spaced upright stanchion assemblies support two horizontal spaced display panel support arms which, in turn, support a preferably multi-panel display sign.

Abstract: A weather resistant construction site document storage apparatus including an outer enclosure having a front, a back, two spaced side and top panels formed as a single weather-sealed unit having an open bottom thereof. An inner document frame has a top, two spaced side, and back panels, all of which are formed as a single unit. A document retaining panel is connected to, and upwardly extends from, the bottom panel of the inner frame to define a trough, a remainder of a front surface of the inner frame being rearwardly displaced adjacent the back panel to provide an open interior volume for document placement. The outer enclosure is sized for close non-binding sliding engagement over the inner frame to cover the open front surface and to weather protect documents placed into the interior volume. Mating sliding engagement between the inner frame and the outer enclosure allow the outer enclosure to be slidably lifted upwardly and releasably held thusly for document placement and removal.

A plurality of frames are provided along a top surface of the body portion for holding printable media sheets, such as maps and advertisements, in place. Printable sheets are disclosed as transparent plastic with reverse printed imagery thereon.

Abstract: A placard holder apparatus and method is provided. The apparatus includes a bracket mounted to a vehicle that is operative to transport a hazardous material. The bracket is operative to slidingly receive and engage with a placard holder. A placard clip may be mounted to the vehicle to prevent the placard holder from exiting the bracket. The placard holder includes a tray with a cavity of sufficient depth to hold a stack of adhesively mounted placards. For each shipment of a hazardous material in the vehicle, a placard with indicia representative of a hazard classification corresponding to the hazardous material may be adhesively mounted in the cavity of the tray. Once the cavity is filled with placards, the placard holder may be removed and replaced with an empty or less full placard holder. The full placard holder may be discarded or recycled to remove the adhesively mounted placards therein.

Abstract: A readerboard signage system which allows signage characters to be easily changed within a pair of parallel extending tracks. In the illustrative embodiments, the system includes an optically transparent character protective viewing panel that is placed over the sequence of characters held in place within the pair of parallel extending tracks. The panel includes a lip portion which cooperates with the lower character holding track, to prevent rain, ice, and snow from entering the tracks, while the viewing panel itself protects the underlying characters from such natural elements and vandalism, without detracting from the utility and aesthetic appearance of the system.

Abstract: An emergency message sign device for vehicles for drawing attention to a disabled vehicle to receive assistance. The device includes a sign holder for supporting interchangeable signs. The sign holder comprises a front panel having upper and lower ends, and a rear panel having upper and lower ends. The upper ends of the panels are pivotally connected together for permitting pivot movement of the front panel with respect to the rear panel, so that the front and rear panels are pivotally movable between a collapsed position and an expanded position. The sign holder includes a pocket being formed on a front of the front panel. The pocket has a closed end positioned adjacent the lower end of the front panel and an opening located intermediate the upper and lower ends of the front panel. A plurality of signs is removably insertable into the pocket. Each of the signs has a front surface with indicia marked thereon.
