Abstract: An adaptive billboard frame mount system, and methods of use thereof, that is configured to mount to a plurality of fixedly positioned pre-existing poles. The billboard frame mount system includes a frame assembly and a plurality of mount assemblies configured to be coupled to the plurality of fixedly positioned pre-existing poles and the frame assembly such that a formed frame of the frame assembly can be positioned in a display plane that is oriented at a desired angle relative to vertical.

Abstract: A watercraft safety flag assembly comprising a flexible planar visibility-enhancing element having a forward edge and a rear edge spaced from the forward edge by a width, and a rigid planar stiffening element secured to the flexible planar visibility-enhancing element, where the planar stiffening element substantially spans the width of the flexible planar visibility-enhancing element and is configured to provide maximum stiffening proximate the forward edge, minimal stiffening proximate the rear edge, and decreasing stiffening with increasing distance from the forward edge. There is also provided a header element joined to the forward edge of the flexible planar visibility-enhancing element and which forms a cylindrical sleeve for receiving a mast, where the rigid planar stiffening element extends into the cylindrical sleeve formed by the header element.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for organizing items according to various aspects of the present invention may comprise a hanger tag system to convey information relating to an item on a hanger. The hanger tag system may comprise, for example, a mount connected to the hanger and an information medium mounted on the mount, wherein the information medium provides information relating to the item. In various embodiments, the hanger tag system further comprises a connector configured to connect the mount to the hanger. In various embodiments, the information medium comprises a labeling surface.

The apparatus includes a ground anchor coupled to the vertical bar between the upper bar and the second end of the vertical bar. The body may define one or more openings positioned to enable the feet of a child seated in the shopping cart to protrude through the body, and the shopping cart liner includes a track at least partially embedded in a portion of the shopping cart liner. A clip is slidingly engaged with the track, and defines an opening for attaching an item to the shopping cart liner. An item such as a toy, teething ring, pacifier, or other item may be attached. The body may be padded, and, and may include one or more pockets. The shopping cart liner may include a seat belt for securing a child to the shopping cart liner, and may be used in combination with a pillow.

Abstract: A sign holder for supporting electrified sign inserts that may vary in width, comprises a base having a groove into which the sign insert can be placed. In the preferred embodiment, two or more gaskets are positioned in the groove with each gasket including a resilient section adapted to engage the sign insert so as to retain the sign insert securely in place within the groove. Each of the gaskets also includes an electrical conductor, such as an electrical wire, which may be embedded in the gasket, in a position where it makes electrical contact with the electrical terminals on the sign insert.

Abstract: A panel fastening assembly comprising a frame member securable to a beam, an advertising track, a rod mating the frame member and the track, and a carrier for retaining an advertising panel therein. The carrier is secured to the track to display the advertising panel. A method of displaying an advertising panel comprising the steps of engaging an advertising panel with a carrier, attaching a frame member to a beam, attaching a rod to the frame, coupling an advertising track to the carrier, and securing the advertising track to the rod. The frame member comprises a cylindrical base which is securable to the beam. The rod extends through an aperture in the base and into the track. Upward movement of the rod locks the track and carrier together and tensions the panel. Downward movement of the rod releases the carrier from the track and the tension in the panel.

Abstract: A frameless convex header according to the invention is installed in a conventional gondola rack display system comprising a plurality of horizontal slots or channels in a rear wall, a top wall extending normally from the rear wall and a fascia piece at the terminal edge of the top wall. A clear, preferably transparent, plastic frameless panel has a flange at one edge secured by fasteners to the top wall behind the fascia. The opposite edge of the panel (which may or may not have a flange) is lodged in a horizontal slot or channel in the rear wall, leaving the panel in a convex shape extending from the fascia to the rear wall. Preferably the panel is made of clear plastic in 4 foot widths with a thickness of about ? inch. The plastic can be PETG or similar material.

Abstract: A weather-resistant, tear-resistant banner of polycarbonate material is mounted to a post or pole using a channel member and a bracket system that readily allows changing of seasonal banners. The polycarbonate die-cut banner is suspended along a single edge by the channel member which slides into the bracket. The bracket can be banded to virtually any post or pole regardless of shape or size.

Abstract: A support component comprises a tab configured to be coupled to a bar (as comprises a part of an item to be suspended), the tab including a plurality of openings disposed therethrough and configured to receive an overhead support interface (such as a corresponding flexible link) to thereby provide overhead support to the bar. These openings can be laterally offset from one another to facilitate selecting a particular pitch orientation for the bar. The tab can have a non-circular hole disposed therethrough sized and configured to receive the bar. This hole can include a surface that is configured to key with respect to a corresponding bar surface to thereby prevent the bar from rotating.

Abstract: Herein is described my flag protection assembly that prevents flag deterioration from heat, humidity, wind, rain and other adverse environmental conditions. In some embodiments the flag protection assembly also prevents flag deterioration from ultraviolet light. My flag protection assembly does not require motorized, computerized or other electrical components to fully extend the flexible covering and enclosed flag from a support. My flag protection assembly preferably includes a flexible cover through which a short rod initially inserts. A flag is coiled around this short rod and the rod is then placed within the upper interior of the flexible cover. The flag is thereafter uncoiled within the flexible cover while the rod is removed through an opening in the bottom edge of the flexible cover.

Abstract: A system is provided for hanging an overhead sign from a ceiling. The system includes an elongated member, a connector member, and a fastening mechanism. The elongated member includes an elongated portion and a set of two nodes formed on opposing ends of the elongated portion. A first node is configured to be coupled to the overhead sign. The connector member includes a hook, an extended portion, and a disk. The extended portion defines a first end and a second end opposite the first end. The hook extends from the first end of the extended portion and is coupled to the second node. The disk extends radially outwardly from the second end of the extended portion for rotatable attachment to the ceiling. The fastening mechanism is inserted through the second node and the hook of the connector member.

Abstract: A hunter safety system includes a plurality of highly visible signs that are deployed outward from a hunting spot. The signs include indicia which alerts others to the presence of a hunter to prevent them from shooting at the hunter and inform them of the location of the hunter. In this manner, others may position themselves on the backside of tree to avoid being inadvertently shot by the hunter who isn't aware of their location. The signs preferably include bright colors to contrast them from the foliage.

Abstract: The invention provides an apparatus for adjustably mounting a tablet PC, portable personal computer, or flat panel video display, which is particularly suited for use during travel and in rugged conditions. The apparatus enables stable and versatile emplacement of a tablet PC by incorporating multiple independent adjustment and attachment elements. A mounting means, such as a suction cup assembly, is attachable to various surfaces and is connected to a hanger from which cordage or straps descend to a suspended frame. The frame features clips, resilient spacers, and adjustable dimensions to securely hold any commercially available tablet PC therein. The frame may further comprise various swappable stabilizer elements to separately regulate the orientation and attachment of the tablet PC to a surface. In a preferred embodiment, the apparatus is mounted to a windshield and the frame positions the tablet PC over the center console in an automobile.

Abstract: An adjustable sign frame and a method of using the same are provided. The adjustable sign frame has a main support rod and an adjustable hanging bar. During use, the main support rod and hanging bar are substantially parallel with respect to one another. Further, the main support rod and hanging bar are substantially identical in length. A plurality of wires may be used to hang the main support rod to the ceiling. A plurality of support clamps attached to the main support rod may temporarily hold the hanging bar which may have a retail sign attached thereto. Pegs on the hanging bar may allow a user to adjust the overall location of the retail sign hanging from the main support rod with respect to the ceiling.

Abstract: A mobile comprising one or more: (1) support arm structures (e.g., having one or more elongate arms); (2) charms (e.g., items that are supported by the mobile and that are adapted to provide a desired visual effect); and/or (3) charm attachment members that are adapted to support the mobile's various charms. The mobile may include one or more hanger assemblies for rotatably attaching the mobile (or various individual components of the mobile) to a mobile support or to other components of the mobile. One or more of the hanger assemblies may be adapted to be attached adjacent a plurality of different portions of a particular one of the mobile's support arm structures. This may facilitate adjusting a fulcrum about which the particular support arm structure is supported, allowing the support arm structure to support charms of varying weights and sizes and to, for example, remain in a substantially horizontal orientation while doing so.

Abstract: A tag system for vehicle repair shops or collision repair centers includes a set of mirror tags, a set of releasably attachable key ring tags with associated key rings, and a set of releasably attachable instruction tags. The mirror tags are adapted to be hung from the rear view mirror of a vehicle, and are reusable to allow each tag to be used multiple times while conveying different information to service personnel. Each mirror tag may include an identifier for identifying the mirror tag, a hook-and-loop attachment strip for releasably attaching a key ring with keys to the vehicle, and a hook-and-loop attachment strip for releasably attaching one or more members of a set of instruction tags. Each key ring tab may include an identifier matching the identifier of the mirror tag, a key ring for holding the key to the vehicle, and a hook-and-loop attachment strip for attaching the key ring to a mirror tag.

Abstract: A hanging placard assembly with a pouch and a related method of manufacturing are provided. The hanging placard has a base layer and a pouch formed thereon by securing a film to selected locations on the base. A top edge of the pouch may be sealed to form an enclosure or left open. A hole or at least one slit is formed in the base between the pouch and the top edge of the base to define a hanging portion. The hanging portion is dimensioned to be mounted on a bottle or other object. The item retained between the pouch can be a product sample, an instruction booklet, promotional material, or any other item. A method is provided for manufacturing the hanging placard, including the steps of unwinding rolls of base material and film, placing items at intervals on the base material, and selectively sealing the film thereover.

Abstract: A flexible, scalable multiple frame topology system capable of a wide range of multiple frame geometric topologies. Specifically a series of photographs, a series of photographic letters, or any series of flat, semi-flat, or three-dimensional display objects are displayable in a wide variety of display geometries: a horizontal line of frames, multiple, stacked, horizontal lines of frames, a vertical array of frames, multiple vertical arrays of frames, staggered arrays of frames, diagonal arrays of frames, crossword arrays of frames, and any combinations thereof. Also the disclosed display method is capable of displaying three-dimensional objects on shelves, or glass display cases, shadow boxes, on hooks, interlocking into the display cases—and the geometric display can mix a number of different display frames, for instance, a series of flat framed items with a three dimensional objects at each end of the array.

Abstract: A signage structure includes a first drum, a valance and a plurality of bracket assemblies. The first drum is suspended from a ceiling and includes a first frame supporting a first material having an outer circumferential surface for displaying indicia. The first frame has an upper frame ring and a lower frame ring. The valance is located outwardly from the outer circumferential surface of the first drum and includes at least one curved section having a plurality of spaced apart lights positioned along the interior side of the valance. The plurality of bracket assemblies include arms that couple the upper frame ring of the first drum to the valance. A first end of each arm is configured to attach to the upper frame ring of the first drum and a second end of each arm is configured to attach to the valance.

Abstract: An advertising apparatus for placement on a food cart or “duty free” cart permits the passenger to readily identify that “duty free” sale is taking place. The advertising apparatus also permit vendors and manufacturers of the “duty free” items to advertise their products directly on the cart for clear viewing by the passenger. It is further envisioned that the advertising apparatus may be mounted to the service cart at any time to enable third party advertising even when “duty free” sale is not taking place, e.g., during the distribution of food, snacks, meals etc. during the flight.

Abstract: A high ceiling sign hanging arrangement for enabling the attachment and removal of a suspended sign from an extended height, comprising: an elongated upper rail having an upper channel therein for receipt of a ceiling attachment member, the upper rail having an upper rail support cleat, for receipt of a sign bearing anchor rail; an elongated anchor rail for bearing a sign therefrom, the anchor rail comprising an anchor cleat on an upper edge thereon; and a lift means comprising a main flange for mating with the anchor rail and subsequent dis-engagement from the anchor rail upon deposit of the anchor rail on the upper rail support cleat of the upper rail.

Conventional U-bolts (5) are located within the cable saddle and are used to clamp down to the span wire while still allowing traffic signal cables to be inserted through a cable slot (4) within the cable saddle (1). A cant tilt slot (11) is located on the sign bracket for leveling signage.

The apparatus includes, in one aspect, a hanger bracket adapted to removably mount to the pole. A frame to which the device can be mounted is attached to the hanger bracket. In one embodiment, the frame has first and second cross-arms and an elongated member spacing the cross-arms from each other. In another aspect, a second hanger bracket can be used to further connect the frame to a pole. A locking device can be used to lock at least one of the hanging brackets to the pole. In a further aspect of the invention, the device is a banner or sheet-like device. In another aspect of the invention, the bracket and/or banner is in combination with the pole and/or device.

Two edges of the main body can be attached to form a closed loop structure. The extensions may extend from both ends of the base portion to form fully enclosed surfaces, for example a sphere.

Abstract: The present invention relates to hanger devices to secure a tablet to a post-like support member on an upright support surface. The hanger device includes an elongated header portion, a flap panel portion extending therefrom, and an attachment element to secure the tablet. The header portion includes an opening such as an elongate slot or a plurality of bores. The support member is selectively positionable along the length of the slot or in the bores such that the tablet is suspended under the force of gravity in a skewed orientation relative to the support surface. A pouch may be securable to the panel portion so as to be interposed between it and the tablet. The present invention also relates to a calendar assembly that incorporates the hanger device as well as a calendar having a header portion allowing it to be supported in a skewed orientation.

The rotary body is rotatably connected to the lower end of the main body. In the main body is disposed a battery. The side covers are connected to both ends of each of the main body and the rotary body. The canopy is disposed on the top of the main body. The sign panel of such an illuminated emergency sign can be rotated within 180 degrees and fixed at a proper angle under action of the friction.
