Abstract: Image displays are disclosed. An image display may include an image support and a plurality of foldable sections. Each foldable section may have a first segment rotatably coupled to and configured to lock with the image support and a second segment rotatably coupled to and configured to lock with the first segment. The image display may have an open and an assembled configuration. Display faces of the image support, first segment, and second segment may be co-planar in the collapsed configuration. The display faces image support and the second segment may be perpendicular to the display face of the first segment in the assembled configuration.

Abstract: A foldable easel blank includes a main panel defining a first side and a second side, the first side positioned opposite from the second side, the main panel defining a locking aperture extending through the main panel from a front main surface to a rear main surface, the front main surface positioned opposite from the rear main surface; a support panel hingedly connected to the main panel, the support panel defining a locking tab configured to engage the locking aperture; a first side panel hingedly connected to the first side of the main panel; a second side panel hingedly connected to the second side of the main panel; and a base panel, the base panel hingedly connected to the main panel, the base panel configured to secure to the first side panel and the second side panel to form a base stand.

Abstract: Certain example embodiments of this invention relate to picture frames with glass mats that have patterns painted and/or screen printed thereon, and/or methods of making the same. The patterns may include large blocks of one or more solid colors, textures, images, logos, licensed images/designs, arbitrary designs, and/or the like, in different example instances. The painted glass matting materials of certain example embodiments have been found to provide unique, aesthetically appealing framing-related products that enhance the quality of the original art in desirable ways.

Abstract: Composite boards are disclosed herein. An example of the composite board includes a first outer layer, a second outer layer, and a middle layer positioned between the first and second outer layers. The first and second outer layers each include chemical pulped cellulose fibers and low moisture absorbing fibers. The middle layer includes the cellulose fibers and a moisture repelling agent. Also disclosed herein are art frames that include the composite boards.

Abstract: A flexible, scalable multiple frame topology system capable of a wide range of multiple frame geometric topologies. Specifically a series of photographs, a series of photographic letters, or any series of flat, semi-flat, or three-dimensional display objects are displayable in a wide variety of display geometries: a horizontal line of frames, multiple, stacked, horizontal lines of frames, a vertical array of frames, multiple vertical arrays of frames, staggered arrays of frames, diagonal arrays of frames, crossword arrays of frames, and any combinations thereof. Also the disclosed display method is capable of displaying three-dimensional objects on shelves, or glass display cases, shadow boxes, on hooks, interlocking into the display cases—and the geometric display can mix a number of different display frames, for instance, a series of flat framed items with a three dimensional objects at each end of the array.

Abstract: A device for displaying photographs or other similar flat items comprising a first panel, a second panel connected to the first panel, first and second flap segments connected to bottom edges of the first and second panels, respectively, and a third and fourth panel connected to left and right side edges of the first and second panels, wherein all panel connections are along fold lines. A sloping cut disposed on each of the first and second panels is designed to create a “V” shaped slit in the middle of the device. A hole disposed at the midpoint of the slit accommodates a single point hanging means. Two holes disposed at the extreme ends of the slit accommodate a line hanging means. A folded state is achieved by folding the device along the fold lines and by maintaining suitable angles for the panels and flap segments. In both the folded and unfolded condition, adhesive on the third and fourth panels is used to secure the device on to the back of a photograph or other similar flat item.

Abstract: A convenient frame has a stand the use of which can be selected between use in a state that the frame is hung on a wall and use in a state that the frame is stood on a table surface for displaying pictures, photos, diplomas, certificates and the like. A folding stand is formed by a turning base plate and a ground seat pivotally joined to the turning base plate via an opening and closing hinge positioned on a straight line parallel to one side of a rectangular frame main body so that the ground seat can be freely operated to open and close to stand up and down to the turning base plate, and the stand is shaped into a size the whole of which is hidden behind the frame main body.

Abstract: A kit is provided for a pendant like award that assembles into an attractive display. It comprises the plaque-like member having peripheral edges on the front side with decorative materials, adhesives, and a location for event information, a predetermined cavity on back side having a counter bore rim with sides and bottom edge, a clearance cut on the top interior edge of the cavity and a fastener hole near each corner. A felt pad is positioned near each backside corner of the plaque-like member to protect other surfaces. Also a predetermined cover plate having a notch for means of either affixation to a wall surface, or used as an attachment of a leg for free standing. Fasteners are positioned through counter sunk holes in the cover plate into the plaque-like member in order to attach the cover plate. Once assembled, the invention provides a specific space where the ribbon can be stored.

Abstract: A children's playboard of the type comprising a backing having a front surface of a cloth material for adhering figurines thereto and a back surface is disclosed. The children's playboard has a support structure. The support structure is fixedly attached to the playboard and has a pair of spaced bracing members and a pair of connection plates. Each bracing member has a first leg that is detachably joined to one of the pair of connection plates along a hinge. The bracing members are extendable at an angle from the playboard. The bracing members have a second leg and a third leg that are joined at an apex portion. The second leg having a greater length than the third leg. The apex is located between the second and third legs and provides support for the bracing members against a base surface wherein the backing member can be supported in at least two different angles to the base surface.

Abstract: A package for the sale of image-quality printing paper facilitates digital image printing by providing blank sheets of image-quality printing paper pre-cut to accommodate image printing sizes for personal use. A rigid container is constructed and arranged to provide convenient protection, storage, display, and transportation of the blank sheets and the images subsequently printed thereon. The container may be provided with a multifunctional stand therein. Alternatively, or in addition, the container may be provided with a frame for surrounding, displaying, and holding the container.

The foldable back section (22) is attached to back surface (58) of the picture frame's inner longitudinal member (56). When the foldable back section (22) of the card (12) is extended outward, away from the back surface (58) of the picture frame (52), the lower edges of the card's front cover (14) and the lower member (64) of the picture frame (52) can be placed on a horizontal surface to allow both the front cover (14) and the front side (54) of the picture frame to be viewed.
